Chefs cooked us breakfast 1 morning which meant it was the only - I liked the set up for an older family We lost power for hours over night, hot water was hit and miss. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Should have asked for a menu before paying for breakfast all week. Tumble dryer was advertised but villa sis not have one not even a drying rack for pool towels swimmers ect
Jae (6/5): Nice place and worth the price - The rooms are spacious, breakfast included was delicious. The pool is quite nice. The host is very friendly and nice. The location is pretty good too, a lot of good food options nearby. There was a security incident that happened during our stay, one night the security guard let a drunk stranger into our room without verifying.

Made our stay so wonderful (we travelled as a huge group with small kids and all our requests were acceded to no matter the time of day- insect repellents, extta slippers etc). Location. Far from malls or shops. Has no real lobby (although there's someone there for us at every point we needed help).
Thi Hang (1/5): Did not get what we paid for, had to cancel and find last min. accommodation - We ended up cancelling our stay We booked a four-bedroom villa with eight queen-size beds for our party of eight, but we were given a villa with only four beds. The manager advised that the villa we booked was under renovation for a week. Had we known this in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. We had to find last-minute accommodation, so it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The villa was also quite run down.
Kush (4/5): Ok - Location Sliding door were not up to standard, required maintenance as soon as I check in. Flush were not working in one room, hair dryer not working. Overall maintenance was biggest issue.
Ropafadzo Ivy (3/5): You get what you pay for. - Spacious rooms and very great staff, 24hr security guard. Breakfast was good, no complaints. The lounge sliding door was broken and we were told to just keep it slightly opened the whole stay.
Jo (6/5): Great stay and great location just wish they had maintained the property better. - Was in a good location next to money changer massage and shop. Didnt look like the pictures online. Was a little run down and things that should have been fixed had not been. Or replaced.

Doors were broken and couldn't close them properly, no outdoor chairs or table on top level. No coffee machine and cleanliness was poor.

Great pool My room had a terrible mould smell and we couldn’t run the aircon due to the mould smell. Our bathroom drain pipes had a bad odour.

Yogesh (9/5): Great vacation in a nice 4 bedroom villa with a private pool - 4 bedroom clean villa in a central location. Great service. Our butler Sefia was great and looked after the property well. One room had no windows - a minor consideration overall.
kaylee (10/5): Great place, strategic location, good for money - Clean, comfortable and very strategic location. The staffs were very friendly the moment we request for help or items. There were a lot of mosquitoes and they brought the mosquito repellent and spray. Has some issues with one of the room door and they came to repair it immediately. The 24 hours security guard was helpful too as I ordered Grab Food before arriving the villa. Overall, I highly recommend this villa
Shelah (10/5): I love this place, great location, big space for groups or multiple family - Loves how large it was, 4 rooms with 2 beds each and each has its own bathroom. Great for family of 4-5 there are also large common area where everyone can gather together , ac on each room is very cold which is great during hot days, there is also security on standby 24/7 , the staff are soo awsome , accomodating and soo friendly very tight to get inside the alley if you have lots of baggage

The pool and slide was great for the kids and we all loved the outdoor kitchen area - shame we couldn't get the fan to work out there though. There could be more power points for all our chargers - we had to unplug the lamps in the rooms as there was only one power point.

Limited breakfast option. You can found another property in this price. We stayed Desamuda villas for 4 days before we booked this. Desamuda is very good option to stay with every facility nearby. We will not stay again in Daha mansion.

Sylvia (9/5): Great service, average property - The location of the villa is really nice and that it has four bedrooms. The staff and manager Intan is amazing, she's very onto it and helpful. They also let us in early even though they said they couldn't accommodate. Unfortunately, the property is really dated and the rooms are not connected internally so you have to go outside and the stairs to go up to the rooms which was not good for our son who is 3 years old. The facilities were also old and very dated.

Athena (4/5): I would never return - Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, there was no reception contact apart from someone on whatsapp which was not helpful at all The door to the property would not close, we had a leak in the kitchen we had workmen come to fix the door that never returned and interrupted our day. The property does not match the photos at all, very run down and basic not at all luxury or a mansion by any means. Location wasn’t great, breakfast was terrible as well.
Jamie (10/5): Beautiful villa and amazing staff. - Everything! Property was clean and beautifully styled. Had everything we needed and the added extra of a security outside 24/7. The cleaners asked what time to come everyday to avoid disturbing our son’s nap time. All rooms connected to a smart tv and google home which opens the blinds by voice activation. Nothing at all.

There was 7 of us and we had a double bed each and four bathrooms each to share between us. It was great!! Nothing all Of it was great!

The pool turned our skin green which would wash off in the shower but our bathers are stained. One traveller spent $80aud getting her hair treated after it also turned green.

Noora (9/5): Great location - The location is perfect, near to shopping mall and local shops, restaurants, and cafes (especially the cafe in front of the villa “ The Claremont Social” they have an amazing breakfast). The number of beds was great to a big family or group of friends. The room services staff and the securities are friendly and professional. The noises in the area around will wake you up; however, we solved it with ear plugs :)

Sophie (7/5): Very Comfortable but Pool was 90% in the shade - Breakfast was great had to go to cafe down the road which was great. The Villa was roomy. When booking the Villa i thought I had booked the larger Villa but was told that I had booked the Villa with the slide which was unclear at the time. The Villa was a bit tired, for the money paid and the Pool is in the shade 90% of the time which was disappointing. Hard to get a taxi there. So you need to walk to the main street. On arrival we were warned about the theft by locals on bikes. Which was unnerving.
Carmen (8/5): Very good - Location was great and all the staff were fantastic. Nothing except the extremely loud music coming from one of the other mansions one night when a new group arrived.
Natasha (8/5): Very good - Our stay was lovely, the rooms were generous size and very clean. The location was good, walking distance down the laneway to the main road where all the nightlife including La Fevola is located. Very friendly staff and security 24 hours outside the villa. The only thing that would have been nice was to have a coffee/tea station with UHT milk and face washer towels, but otherwise could not fault the property.

Surina (8/5): Awesome villa for girls trip! - The villa was very clean, huge and accommodated 7 of us very comfortably. Walkable to some eateries and massage centres. Staff always available and security was also always there especially when we were away. Had ample privacy which was a huge plus. Breakfast also tasted good. 1) Required abit more of walking to access main streets and more shops- not too bad but should be a factor to consider when booking this property. 2) There were mosquitoes in our villa- pls bring repellant 3) Hot water for shower was limited - barely 5 -7 mins before water gets cold. If this is due to large group of 7, property can consider ways to increase volume/period of hot water access.

All bedrooms had aircon and tv’s. Daily housekeeping. Basketball ring upstairs. Hard to locate and very small driveway. No fly screens, main doors did not completely shut a lot of mosquitos and bugs were able to get in. Stairs that take you to the upstairs bedrooms are located outside and are quite steep for children. All rooms are very separated and the only communal area is the pool. Good for individual guests, not so much for one big family.
