• Isa (9/5): 2nd time staying here, very Modern & Comfy place to stay - 2nd Time Booking here, really like how close this hotel to the Main Market, Breakfast was Simple Turkish style & was good enough - this time there were no Simit for Breakfast :( Rooms are Very New & clean and comfortable but you have to request for a foldable bed from housekeeping if you don't want to be in the same main bedroom - the 4 person room layout is 3+1, the 3rd person would have a big Sofa bed usually only complain is the small Fridge which was not cold at all & this being in main market, there are some food items you cant buy / store in the small fridge as they would spoil (we like to buy cheeses & other fruits) but can't keep them

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Nisan ayında 2 gece kaldık. Konum olarak kaleye ve bakırcılar çarşısına yürüme mesafesinde sayılır. Çarşı içinde. Otopark sorunu yok. Gerekirse vale yardımcı oluyor. Odalar biraz daha geniş olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak odalar gayet temiz. Banyo tuvalet kısmı geniş ve temiz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü.
• Hazal (8/5): - Ailemle birlikte 1 haftalık doğu turunun 2 gününü Antep Kaleli Otel'de geçirdik. Çok memnun kaldım. özellikli otelde beni mutlu eden şey odalarda klimanın yanı sıra petek olmasıydı. Gittiğimiz hafta Güneydoğu biraz serindi. Diğer otellerde klima açmaktan nefret etmiştim artık, ama Kaleli'de petek olması çok konforluydu. Çalışanların hizmeti alakası çok güzeldi. Otopark ile bir probleminiz yok çalışanlar sizin için araç parkını organize ediyor, saat kaç olursa olsun. Oda temizliği çok yeterliydi. havlu ve nevresimler çok temizdi. Antep mutfağını mükemmel olduğu için otelde kahvaltıyı çok fazla yapmanıza gerek kalmıyor o sebeple verdikleri kahvaltı gayet yeterli. fakat sadece peynir bölümüne ezine ya da güzel bir tulum koysalar daha iyi olur. Bunun dışında çok güzeldi konaklamamız. herkese tavsiye ederim.

• Richard (10/5): Good Hotel. - The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are very helpful. My only suggestions would be to improve on the breakfasts served every morning. No change each day. Also the programming offered on Television are not catering to English speaking visitors at all. Other than that I highly recommend the hotel, the location is ideal.

• Yunus Emre (6/5): Mehr bezahlt als gebucht - Ich hsbe 2 Nächte gebucht wovon die erste Nacht teurer war, wie ich gebucht habe. Gekostet hat es eigentlich 47,60 bezahlt habe ich 51,..€. Finde ich eine riesen Frechheit.
• Selcuk (8/5): Güzeldi - Varışımızda erken giriş imkânının sunulması çok hoşumuza gitti. Hotel görevlileri nazik ve yardımcıydılar. Oda temizliğinden memnun kaldık. Bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda personel ilgiliydi ve hemen geri dönüş yapıldı. Kahvaltısı çok zengin değil ama güzeldi. Konumu çok merkezi, kale, bakırcılar çarşısı gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Memnun ayrıldık.

• DENIS (10/5): Жемчужина Газиантепа - Очень чистый и прятный отель. Единственный минус это парковка. Когда приехали на улице возле отеля было негде встать. поэтому мы вьехали в проулок и оставили на платной парковке. Оказывается у отеля есть своя парковка подземная закрытая. Зная об этом не пришлось бы отдать 8 лир. Но это не испортило общее впечатление об отеле. Пять из пяти.

• yesim (8/5): Pleasant stay - Great hotel, rooms are very clean & beds are comfortable. Service was also good in general, the only issue we had was during breakfast. Around half an hour before breakfast was due to finish they had no eggs left. When we would ask for some we were told breakfast finishes at 10 when reception told us it was 10:30.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - We originally booked a standard double room, but upgraded to the suite because the standard was tiny. My wife and I had plans to catch up on work at this hotel, and it there was too little room in the standard. Then in the suite we had electrical issues and had to switch rooms at 10:30 pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the issues with the hotel were annoying. The hotel is in a good location - we found most sights in Gaziantep walkable from here.

Garázs nem volt de gond nélkül parkoltunk a hotel előtt. A hotel szép újszerű és rendezett. Ha még járrok erre, biztosan itt szálok meg újból. Nagyon jó helyen, közvetlenül üzletek sokasága és a bazár mellett található.

El personal extremadamente amable, desde los conserjes (Mohamet Günes y Adnan Seker, hasta los demás empleados del hotel y del restaurante) nos ofrecieron agua nada más llegar (verano , 35°). Nos orientaron en las visitas, incluso nos ayudaron con una reserva de hotel para la siguiente ciudad que visitaríamos. Altamente recomendable, por calidad y precio
• Abdurrahman (10/5): - otelin konumu ve konforu iyiydi fakat yatak üzerine konulan kirlentler cok pisti yatmadan önce iyiki bakmışım ve malesef onlar normal gecelik yastıklara yaşlanmış vaziyetteydi biraz iğrendim açıkçası..kısa saçlı bir erkek olmama rağmen uzun bir kadın saçı gördüm kırlentte sonra bir yakindan bakayim dedim kirlentin heryerinde saç ve kıl vardı pandemiyle ilgili bu kadar önlem alındığı söylenirken bu hoş değildi..fotoğrafları yüklüyorum.Onun haricinde hersey cok güzeldi
