• Yelena (3/5): I'd never stay there again. - Close to the center. It's not a one bedroom apartment, but a very tiny studio with a sofa, and a bed behind the part of the wall without a door. There are no closets in the apartment, no space for your belongings. Two high bar-chairs near the low table. Tiny uncomfortable shower cabin; glass door of the bathroom. The floor is a cold stone, and the whole apartment is definitely damp with an awful smell.
• Tania (1/5): Terriblemente desastrosa - La cana era cómoda pero habían pelos por todas las esquinas y se dormía fatal ya que la ventana daba a un patio de vecino y cada vez que se despertaba uno encendía la luz y se iluminaba toda la habitación además del ruido terrible que había No me gustó nada, el baño olía fatal, la puerta de la calle era de cristal, estaba el apartamento sucio la nevera goteaba nos tocaron una noche a las 23:00 horas para decir que los vecinos habían dicho que estábamos haciendo ruido y mi hija de dos años durmiendo, HORRIBLE!! El apartamento es como una habitación en un patio la típica casa del portero , no se lo aconsejo a NADIE

• Gianluca (1/5): INFESTATA DI SCARAFAGGI ENORMI - Solo la posizione Abbiamo affittato quest'appartamento per un viaggio di famiglia, vedendolo dalle foto, e sembrava una buona struttura per posizione e altro, MA LE FOTO CI HANNO INGANNATO. Un mini locale al centro della citta, all'interno di un condominio degradato e posto al piano terra. Assenza totale del proprietario sia per il check in che per il check out, Se si ha bisogno di qualsiasi informazione. non danno nessun supporto nonostante vari messaggi inviati, mai nessuna risposta, Appena si entra si avverte una fortissima puzza di muffa e umidita, che e' impossibile stare dentro, questo è causato perchè l'appartamento non è possibile farlo areegiare in quanto al piano terra con due minuscole finestrine poste, una sulla camera da letto e una sulla sala pranzo che passando le persone dalle scale guardano all'interno dell'appartamento. Casa che necessita di svariati lavori importanti di ristrutturazione MA SOPRATTUTTO DI PULIZIA, in quanto la casa e' INFESTATA DI SCARAFAGGI ENORMI per come vedete dalle foto. All'ingresso si trova il bagno con una porta di vetro che rischia di cadere e fare male qualcuno in quanto staccata dal muro, per altro abbiamo dovuto mettere del nastro isolante per non far guardare i bimbi dai fori del vetro della porta. Battiscopa ammuffiti e gonfi di umidità. Cartelli staccati e poggiati come nulla fosse. Assenza di armadi per riporre bagagli e guardaroba visto che è una casa vacanza l'appartamento lo richiede, ci siamo dovuti accampare come gli zingari. Accendendo il ventilatore del tetto è volata una marea di polvere. Camera da letto scomodissima non so neanche come hanno fatto a far entrare il letto in quella stanza, ogni qualvolta che si doveva andare in bagno si doveva svegliare la persona che dormiva per poter scendere dal letto per passarci di sopra. La sala pranzo e' composta con una piccola penisola a cui ci sono solo due sgabelli e uno reciclato molto piccolo e non all'altezza del piano.

• Templar75 (8/5): Jól felszerelt kis apartman jó helyen városnézéshez - Automatikus kulcsfelvétel, telefonnal nyitottam a kaput a bejáratnál. A konyha jól felszerelt volt, az ágy kényelmes, és az apartman jó helyen van. Nem volt jelezve, hogy a szállás elfoglalásához előzetesen regisztrálni kell a Charming rendszerben. Fáradtan a kapuban ez hosszas telefonálások és 30 percnyi telefon nyomkodással sikerült is. Nagyon hasznos lett volna ez az információ, hogy ne az utcán kelljen a regisztrációs folyamatot végig szenvedni! Ezen kívül az étkezőben a ventilátor lapátjain 1cm-es kosz volt, azt úgy nem lehetett volna használni ha szerettük volna se!
• Rita (10/5): - Todo en general nos gustó. A la hora de hacer el check-in la chica súper amable para indicarnos todo en cada momento. El apartamento súper limpio y cómodo, para lo que íbamos nosotros que era dormir, comer y cambiarnos de ropa es fantástico. Tanto la cama y sofá cama súper cómodo. Tienen aire acondicionado por lo que calor no se pasa. Aunque sea pequeño lo veo espectacular ya que además está súper céntrico y solamente tardas en metro 5 mins para llegar a Gran Vía o Puerta del Sol

• OSCARZOEMARGA (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, la atencion del anfitrion, aunque fuese via wshapp fue muy buena, la ropa de cama y aseo en perfectas condiciones Sobretodo el olor a humedad, soportable pero no es agradable cada vez que entras al apartamento, aunque todo estaba bastante limpio, habia segun que elemento que tenia mucho polvo, ventilador techo, estante superior habitacion, interior mueble wc. La tostadora no la pudimos utilizar pq al conectarla saltaba el diferencial de la luz. La puerta de entrada al apartamento que da al patio comunitario, se encalla bastante. La ausencia de puerta en la habitacion y la puerta de vidrio del aseo que es muy poco discreta. La cama muy comoda, pero las almohadas, no.

• Yuval (8/5): Good apartment, great location - Great location! In the center, very close to Raina sophia museum. The apartment is small but convenient and very well equipped (from washing machine to the kitchen equipment) Unlike what was written in some reviews, the room has 3 windows (including one in the door) and was well ventilated, although into the corridor/air shaft of the building, so sometimes people smoke there. The staff (which we met only once and communicated with via phone/whatzapp) is nice friendly and helpful. It's an apartment and not a hotel so without a reception. We didn't appreciate the implications - no reception means for example you can't leave your luggage before check-in/after checkout (there is a solution, however - there is a locker facility two blocks away). Also, we had to coordinate a time in which to collect the key (which is not always convenient if you don't know the exact time you'll arrive, since the staff is also limited), and there is the registration procedure (taking photos of the passports, etc) which is normally done "transparently" in the reception, and you have to do it yourself (10 minutes). All in all, these were small hassles and the apartment was quite convenient
