Julia (10/5): - Восхитительный отель, дом старый и это придаёт потрясающую атмосферу, ощущаешь себя местным жителем. Прекрасное расположение. Терраса с невероятно красивым видом. Холодно. Так как дом старый, стены толстые, то внутри холодно даже летом, берите с собой домашние тёплые вещи.

Die Küchenzeile hatte quasi kein Licht. Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt. Beim Wasser musste man in der Dusche länger laufen lassen, wenn man nicht kalt duschen wollte

Timi (10/5): - Michele, the manager was absolutely kind and helped with everything. I would choose this team again when I return to Procida. The rooftop is a big extra. Also the view from my room was exceptional, I saw sunrise from bed. :) Location is quiet, half an hour walk from any edges of the island. I like walking , but next time I would rend an electric bicycle, like everyone on the island. I had a wonderful time.

Zofia (10/5): Wrócimy jeszcze na procide i napewno będziemy korzystać z tych apartamentów. - Lokalizacja, czystość, świetny kontakt z pracownikami Trochę zimno, ale to przez pogodę raczej. Musiałyśmy w nocy grzać klimatyzacja.

Carfora (1/5): Esperienza da dimenticare - Nulla. Non abbiamo mai incontrato l’host. La parte peggiore del nostro soggiorno è l’aver prenotato una camera King tramite Booking, ma aver ricevuto invece le chiavi per accedere a una camera comfort. Ci era stato detto tramite whatsapp dall’host che ci avevano addirittura effettuato un upgrade della camera prenotata (dunque ci aspettavamo una camera ancora migliore della King), invece ci è stato un peggioramento sotto tutti i punti di vista. L’acqua calda in bagno usciva dopo troppo tempo creando quindi un disagio e una scomodità nell’usufruire dei servizi. Le stanze non erano per nulla accoglienti e luminose, come ci era stato detto, anzi le stanze risultavano umide e fredde. Terminiamo questo pessimo soggiorno volendo lasciare le valigie dopo il check out al civico 19, come indicato da loro. In realtà al civico 19 non c’era nulla, era un semplice portone e probabilmente la casa di qualcuno. Contattiamo l’host che ci dice che in realtà il deposito bagagli si trovava in una sorta di stanzino alle spalle del nostro appartamento, ma non c’era nessun lucchetto, nessun controllo e quindi non ispirava per niente fiducia. Questo ci ha creato ulteriore disagio perché abbiamo dovuto passare il resto della giornata con le valigie. Pertanto, non consiglierei per nulla questa struttura. Da evitare assolutamente.
Anne (5/5): Ein Preis-Leistungskompromiss, den ich nicht noch einmal eingehen würde. - Die direkte Nachbarschaft zur Mittelschule und zur Turnhalle war witzig und authentisch Bodenfliesen, Geschirr, Besteck und Bettdecken waren schmutzig. Die Gardinenstange hing lose. Die Wassertemperatur blieb unangenehm kühl zum Duschen.

Quynh Nhu (9/5): - La posizione è ottima per visitare a piedi l'isola, si raggiunge tutto. Posizione riparata e silenziosa. C'è una panetteria a 20 m :). Bellissimo terrazzo comune sul tetto. Personale gentile e reattivo.
Titti (7/5): - La cosa che non mi è piaciuta sono i rumori dagli appartamenti adiacenti soprattutto quello sopra....sono stata disturbata e svegliata tutta la notte .
Linda (10/5): Excelente departamento - El espacio es increíble para una pareja, hasta 4 personas. Tiene una bonita iluminación, excelente ventilación y calefacción. La cama es cómoda, la terraza es increíble. Tiene una excelente ubicación, al lado de u a hermosa playa. Nada, todo ok.
Luca (10/5): Superb - The position in the middle of the island, a 20-30 minutes walk from everything. The rooftop was amazing, with chairs and tables and a great view. Polite staff. Our stay was fantastic 10/10.

Vittoria (8/5): CASA CONFORTEVOLE - Appartamento piccolo ma carino. Una stanza matrimoniale e letti a castello in cucina. Dispone di un bellissimo terrazzo. Vicino alla spiaggia raggiungibile con circa 180 gradini. Intorno ci sono supermercati, bar , panifici . Munita di aria condizionata e TV. Personale molto gentile e disponibile Sarebbe stato utile qualche utensile in più, una scopa, una paletta ed eventuale attrezzi per asciugare e pulire a terra.

Matthew (4/5): - The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. The door locking system battery was running out of battery power. Only on1 of the 2 hobs worked. All of the above reported to the operators - no action taken by them. Half the levers for the louvre doors were missing. The advertised swimming pool did not exist.

Greg (3/5): Disappointed - Not much really. The apartment was dirty. The towels were old and frayed. They should have been in the rag bin. The sink leaked. The shower wasn’t draining properly. There was coffee grounds on the kitchen table. There was no kettle/ jug.
Guido (5/5): Below expectations given the price paid. - Clean, WIFi and Air Conditioning OK. Friendly staff, location OK, convenient place for having within reach all the island, even by foot. Nice view from the terrace on the rooftop. Shops and a great bakery very close to the place. We had a leakage in the bathroom: it kept worsening day by day. Some repair was attempted but the personnel, though friendly and very polite, had no real technical skills. Kitchenware: scarce. Linen and towels: clean but very worn.

Walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Everything was great. What stay again! Bathroom floor easily wet after a shower. Needs curtain or something to stop water from leaking out. But not big deal.

Dennis (4/5): - The location was central that was the only thing I liked. I had an apartment on the ground floor, it was way too dark inside, the lights inside the apartment where to shiny... Soo it was either too dark or the feeling that you were in a showroom. They really should use some other lights to make your feel comfortable in the room. The toilet flushed poorly and the sink didn't let the water go. The contact of the fridge was broke so I had to put it in another contact. These things should have been checked when a guest arrives and the guest should not have to notice... So get it together and make people feel comfortable

Verified traveler (6/5): 屋上テラスが気に入りました - 港からバスに乗車、オルモ停留所で下車。進行方向右側の路を上り徒歩2分程度で到着。屋上テラスにはキッチンや冷蔵庫、テーブルビーチベッド、シャワーなどの設備が充実。眺めも良いです最寄りのビーチまで徒歩5-6分。
D&M (10/5): A piedi vai dappertutto! - Appartamentino fantastico, non mancava niente e io e il mio bimbo di 4 anni siamo stati benissimo! Struttura super consigliata!
