• Mohan (4/5): Disappointing - Pillows, bed, towels, floor were clean. Bathroom miserably small. No lift When I arrived to check in, I rang the door bell several times but no one opened the door. I called their land line, mobile number and no one picked up. I called Booking.com to cancel my booking and they asked me to wait 3 hours until the hotel replies. Then I saw a cleaner coming downstairs and he opened the door for me. At night around 11pm, there were 3 boys at the reception giggling, laughing and talking loudly. I tried to keep calm about 45 minutes .Then i had no choice but to go and tell them to shut up as I couldn't sleep, or give me a refund! And on 2nd day I had same problem of No staff available when I wanted to go in. Called number on the door but no one picked up. Called another number then the staff said he's coming. How if every time like this need to wait fr someone to come and open the door. Not acceptable! Hotel is in good location and clean hotel. I like it but staff attitude will turn you away.

• Lambert (4/5): Disappointing - Eating shops nearby 1. Noisy...stayed at grd room. Heard a Chinese guy singing so loudly. Staffs seems not taking any action. Affected our sleep. 2. Toilet bowl position seating design..totally out. Not comfortable at all. 3. TV not connected...wen asked. Said wil troubleshoot. But did not come back and did not solve te problem. Can te hotel refund te stayed amt..due to te abv issues highlited. ?

• Karinalsy (1/5): Bad - The penthouse is nothing like the pictures. Very dirty and sofa was broken. Can't be stayed at all. Luckily they allowed us to change to 2 rooms but apparently it is the same price as a penthouse. Would totally not recommend to book the penthouse. The normal rooms are ok

The room I stayed in was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities like AC, TV, and water. I had no complaints about any of the facilities. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff, especially Sheni. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. I greatly appreciate the effort they put into ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable stay with excellent service. No anything special

• Keng (2/5): Really bad and I will never, never go back there again. - Apart from being close to my friend's house and the receptionist being polite, there is nothing good about his hotel Booking.com price is double the actual walk-in price by 100%. My first room when I turned on the lights was infested by cockroaches (at least more than 10). They gave me another room on the ground floor which is much smaller than the first and the smell of humidity and sweat in the room. There was so much noise in the small reception area until 2 am at night. At first, was a group of friends that visited the person working, then the speaker phone was very loud with a woman talking and laughing and then loud motorbike noise. The bed was too hard and not comfortable. The comforter (blanket) was moist like it is not dry. There is no cup for water available. For the price I am paying, it is like living in a dormitory. What bothers me, is I paid about RM139 for one night and when I looked at the advertised price from their own big poster in front of the hotel for the room which I stayed is only RM61. The towels were torn and worn out. Luckily I brought my own towel.
