Penelope (8/5): Very good - People who worked there were lovely, the place was very clean, as was the wonderful pool. Very quiet area, because so far from the centre, but free bicycles for an always interesting ride into the centre
Famke (10/5): Great value for money, lovely hostess, and nice spacious rooms! - We stayed here for a total of 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay here. The lady who owns it is super kind, friendly and very helpful. She helped us with transport, we could rent a scooter from her, she helped us retrieve clothing that fell off our balcony, and she advised us on places to visit. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and really good value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here! The only thing I could think of is that the hotel is a little outside the centre, but we didn’t mind that. You’re there in a few minutes with a scooter or grab, and it was nice to not be stating in the middle of all the busy areas.

Olivia (10/5): Such a lovely family business. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Hoi An, stay here! - Everything about the hotel was perfect. Room was lovely with big glass doors looking onto the pool and everything was spotless inside. Location is only a short walk from the river and the centre (you can also use the bikes for free which we enjoyed). However the best thing about this stay was the owners/staff! Thuy and the young man working on the desk were so helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond in every sense. They got us a free taxi into the city while it was raining, gave us great suggestions for activities and shops in the city and also posted a coat that we left in Hoi An all the way to Nha Trang and didn’t ask for a penny! Couldn’t recommend this place any more amazing for such a great price. Nothing, everything was great

We borrowed bikes to cycle around the town and one bike got a flat tire on the way and they came to pick it up which was very nice. The laundry service is terrible. All our white and light color clothes got big brown stains so half of our clothes got ruined which was very unpleasant.

Great value for money, great breakfast, free bicycles and above all kind and generous hosts who went above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Leeanne (10/5): Great place to stay - This place is fabulous, I would absolutely recommend. A little out of the busy town centre, 5 minutes by taxi, or grab. The family 10/10 we were made to feel like family, they could not do enough for us. The rooms large and always clean, bed so comfortable, and shower great pressure and hot - which as a traveller is so important. Nothing to be honest.

Nous avons été piquées par des punaises de lit, tellement grosses que nous avons pu en attraper en quantité. Les avons montrées à la réception, qui ne nous a proposé qu'un changement de chambre pour la nuit suivante. Literie suivante également infestée de punaises. Aucune excuses, ni dédommagement, au contraire, on nous facture une bouteille d'eau du mini-bar !
