• AIVA (4/5): - Location was good and in general apartment was OK. The bathroom did not meet our expectations, as the water from the shower did not drain properly into the sewage pipes, making it impossible for four people to use the shower without spending two hours. After each person took a shower, we had to wait 30 minutes for the water to drain. This was an extremely frustrating waste of time. Upon our arrival at the apartment, there was no heating and no hot water connected. To have this arranged, we spent two days communicating with the online support team until the issue was resolved. This was an unnecessary waste of our time, as I had been asked multiple times what time we would arrive, and it should have been their responsibility to ensure that heating and hot water were available when we arrived, rather than us having to discover the issue and organize the connection ourselves.

• raymond (9/5): - Very quiet apartment but only 100 yards around the corner from lively late night bars and restaurants. Perfectly positioned within walking distance of all the major attractions ( galleries, palaces etc ). Spotlessly clean with excellent facilities.

• Simon (10/5): A wonderful property with excellent facilities really made our family trip to Madrid a truly great experience. - Everything worked well. Plenty of lights, Airconditioning and power points. Small details were exceptional like power adapters, working iron and ironing board, Washing machine, drying racks and kitchen beautifully designed, new and in great working order. Windows kept out any street noise so we all slept very well. The place was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable and great bed linen. Everything was great

• Sumaya (10/5): We loved it thann you very much .🙏 - The owner of this apartment complex is extremely kind, gave us a run through of how the utilities in the apartment functioned. He even went out of his way to send us locations of different restaurants, and places to visit at our stay in the town via WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean and secure, well equipped with everything you may need and even more. Overall we loved our stay here.

The staff delivered the keys at the apartment, which is very helpful. Best staff support I’ve experienced! The shower water temp oscillates between very hot and very cold for a while before stabilizing, it is also very sensitive to turning the knob. The mattress and pillows are too soft. My neck and back hurt when sleeping.

The fact that there was no cleaning supplies for us to clean the place during our stay. There was no dish soap either. I understand the cleaning money we pay is for the property to clean once we’ve left but it would be good if they could provide cleaning stuff for people to clean while staying on a long time. Plus the bed sheets in the twin bedroom were not clean. We found hair and dirts on these beds and couldn’t even wash the sheets as there was no detergent either.

• Édouard (7/5): Good but can be improved! - The very central location although in a pretty dirty street (people peeing everywhere)! The flat is really nicely decorated and beds are comfy and there are nice amenities. It’s very cosy despite the lack of natural light, when in Madrid you spend so much time outdoor that it’s not an issue. Indoor temperature is fine and easily adjusted. Lacks a real oven to bake the eventual pizza in and a better shower head. Also they really need to improve the soundproofing between the main bedroom and the building’s entrance hall as we could hear people coming in and out and it woke us up a few times. The kids’ bedroom is perfectly fine though. They need to give the bathroom a better door as it doesn’t lock and it gives zero intimacy and you have to be careful with small kids as there are some steep steps at the entrance close to the sink.
• Peter (9/5): A quiet, attractive and well equipped apartment. - The location is good for the Plaza Mayor and the tapas bars of La Latina, less so for the Prado and Reina Sofia. The apartment is very close to the Tirso de Molina Metro but in a quiet street with very little traffic. It has been well converted and equipped and is ideal for three or four people, but not more given there is only one bathroom. There could have been more information left about the equipment especially the heating system. We had problems with this. There could have been some information about local shops and restaurants and a telephone number to contact someone in charge of the flat.

• Julia (9/5): Superb - The place is located very central. We could walk to all main attractions of the city, also shops and restaurants were close. The closest metro station, having a direct connection to the railway station is some 200 meters away. The representative of the company was waiting for us when we arrived, the only difficulty was that we did not have a telephone number and did not know which flat to call, but with the help of booking.com messenger we found the connection really fast - apparently they were waiting for us :) The flat is stylish and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. And instructions in regards life-organization (garbage etc) very clear. This is definitely a very nice and recommended place. The flat is not very soundproof, especially at the weekend there was a lot of noise from entrance door and neighbors above, who had a party. The warm shower power is not very good. The air-refresher (electric was switched on when we arrived) and was very strong, I immediately got a headache and had to open windows.

• William (6/5): Disappointed. - The location was good, as it was close to Tirso de Molina, but even if this is a scruffy noisy cafe/bar area, it could not be heard from the apartment. The property had good quality interior design furnishings. The noise from the building's front door could be heard every time it was opened or closed by any one of the several rental apartment users within the building; it was less than 1 metre away from the bedhead of the main bedroom. The design of the steps from the bathroom, about 60 cm from the basin, meant that if one was not fully conscious of it, one could have had a serious accident. The radiator in the bathroom dripped water, and the safe in the bedroom was locked, and unusable. The basin in the bathroom was clogged, (as previously reported by another renter), and no effort had been made to clear it. The location meant that some drunks lurked outside the bedroom, and urinated in the building's outside corners.
