Yataklar temizdi fakat tv çalışmıyordu bizim için önemli değildi. - Verified traveler (6/5): - Otelde iki gün konakladım. Kaldığımız ilk gün odamızda havlu eksikti. Sabah söylememe rağmen havlu akşam geldi ve sadece bir tane geldi {Çift kişiydik}. TV çalışmıyordu. Bunun dışında oda temiz ve sıcaktı. Ayrıca kahvaltıda güzeldi.
- Burak (8/5): - Great location in the centre of İzmit. Just beside a gas station. Very close to shops and supermarkets. Nearby the intercity bus stop in İzmit. Highly recommended place for short stay.

- 507yul (4/5): Not clean - A lot of cheap decorations everywhere. Furniture, carpets, AC - everything was dusty. Room walls used to be white but not anymore. Wet and hairy shower. The only good thing is that personnel was nice and helpful. In general if you have other options I would recommend not to stay in this hotel.
- 429simonm (6/5): Palace? - I stayed at Pasha Palas for 6 weeks. Generally it was Ok. The staff were friendly and the food was ok. The rooms were a good size. They have wedding receptions there about 2 or 3 times a week. If you have a room on the first floor, you will know about it. The Turks love a big loud wedding. The lift rarely worked but they kept trying to fix it. Other colleagues stayed in the rooms across the road. They also had problems with ACs not working or no hot water. I may have been lucky or they were unlucky? The mosques are far enough away not to be too much of a problem.
- 973SarahR973 (2/5): Worst service - The staff was terribly rude and unfriendly. I couldnt communicate with the staff because they don't know any language!! Besides, the room was very small and not clean and un serviced!!! I will never recommend an accommodation in this hotel!!
- Slaw1 (4/5): Mixed feelings regarding this one - Got a room for around EUR50 - and that's pretty much the only good thing. Hotel consists of two buildings and I had to walk accross the street and a dark alley to get to the second building where my room was. Stink of cigarrete smoke in the room was pretty bad. My bed was little bit tilted to one side. Water in the shower was boiling hot for the first 5 minutes, regardles tap setting. Restaurant is in the first building, so there's some walking involved up and back. Waiter brought the menu but insisted that I ordered chicken curry. I gave up after a while as he didn't seem to understand I wanted sth else. Or maybe they simply wanted to get ridd of out of date stuff. Carpark outside main building is rather small, outside second one it's inexistent. And neighbourhood itself isn't impressing either.
- DSS_Willow (4/5): Avoid it if you can - I had to stay in this hotel since our first and second choice in the area was fully booked. The hotel has two buildings; one in the main street one in a side street. The room has a funny smell, it is very stufy. The bathroom and the toilet is not cleaned properly and there were black bits of dirts falling out of the ac on the closet. Seriously, avoid it if you can.
