• Joaquim Augusto (10/5): MELHOR DO ESSENCIAL! - O hotel conta com o melhor do essencial, tudo limpo e organizado, café da manhã bem servido, atendimento muito bom com pessoas simpáticas e bem dispostas, falam português, inglês e espanhol. Ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo para quem quer ter uma viagem sem grande luxo, mas com o conforto necessário para o descanso. Ariel e Noêmia forram simplesmente perfeitos no atendimento e simpatia. Não percebi se tinha área para fumantes com aquecimento, seria um plus.

• Terence (4/5): Was fine for a three day stay but I would never reccomend this property. - They cleaned the room during the day and it wasn’t too far of a walk up hill to the mountain Bed was lumpy, toilet was making the refill noise the entire night, could hear the conversation going on in the room next to me. Elevator shook like crazy on the way up and did not seem up to proper standards.

The room is ok if you just need to sleep The worst part is the toilet, is impossible to sit normally because you got your knees stuck with the crystal of the shower. • Iván (7/5): Bien y mal - El personal Todo extremadamente viejo la calefacción de la habitación no funcionó menos mal que la del baño si y al menos no se enfría y se mantenía templada la habitación pero nunca calentito, y el baño también antiguo y con pinta de sucio, le hace falta reforma y cambio de imagen, la cama era cómoda que al menos eso y un par de mantas hicieron una buena estancia

• Nitesh (7/5): A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would be happy to stay a second time. - The location is excellent. the breakfast was good. The room was also good. The staff were excellent. The cleanliness was also excellent. As per the late arrival time, some communication as to the keycode to the hotel would have helped, as we were very lucky that a place opposite helped us contact the hotel, otherwise we would have been without a room for the night.
