Gaziantepe gitsen tekrar tercih edeceğim otel. Tr hotels.com üzerinden on ödeme, apmadan reservasyon yapabilmekte iyi idi.

- TAMER (6/5): 4 star hotel, hardly - First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.
- Ali Kemal (8/5): Sıcak su sorun - Otelin mutfağı iyi. Beyran ve kuru kavurma yedim, başarılı. Ancak 16. Kata nasıl sıcak su gelmez anlamak mümkün değil. En az 7-8 dakika ısıtınca tir tir titreyen bir duş. Resepsiyonda oda kartınızı bırakın ve min bar kullanımını belirtin diyen yazılı pankartlar var ben çok rahatsız oldum.
- Ali Kemal (8/5): Sıcak su sorunu - Odalar geniş, temizlik ile ilgili bir sorun görmedim ama 16. Kata neden sıcak su gelmez anlamadım. 9 dakika akıttıktan sonra ancak duş alınacak sıcaklığa ulaştı. Kahvaltıyı denemedim o yüzden bilmiyorum ancak akşam beyran ve kara kavurma yedim onlar güzeldi.

The reception staff should be more kind and not use a police method... When the customer has used two vaccines and completed the procedures of the World Health Organization, he does not need to force him to wear a thin mask that does not stand up to The virus...the breakfast is great, the calm is good, and the price is great

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The space of the normal room is very good, the price is excellent, the hygeinic precautions are good, the services are so good, most of the stuff speaks English, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is excellent specially that the tram station is so near.
- Ahmed (8/5): Not bad but .. - The hotels is wonderful as a building but the rooms are not very clean and also the staff made us wait for 4 hours coz we arrived early and it's not like the hotel didn't have rooms they did have alot of empty rooms but for some reason we still waited , the laundry service is great and very reasonable prices the cafe has all kinda fresh juices and also fair prices in a nutshell the hotel is 5 stars but rooms are 3 stars , that location is good too you have some restaurants and a super market walking distance from the hotel I would use it again

- Verified traveler (6/5): Hey need to be more helpful - Reception staff were not helpfuĺ . Last night of my stay my friend visited me . I asked the reception to stay with me in the room and i will pay for the breakfast, but they insisted to to book new room just for the night. Surprasingly while i was doing the booking i found that price for one or 2persons are the same even 1 person room can accomodate 2. They were hard mind .even cleaning staff were easily irritated.
