• Michael (6/5): Avoid if you have mobility issues or are a light sleeper. - The breakfast was excellent. They allowed us twice to have breakfast before the 8 am start when had to leave before that. The communication was terrible. No instructions on how to get in to the building/unit. No instructions on what to use to enter the 3 doors (outside, entry door at top of stairs and door to room). When the outside door key was not working we were told we could call them to give us remote entry. Luckily the key worked for us after a few minutes of fiddling with it. The WIFI password provided for the named service did not worked but it did for another service but only as long as we were in the common room not on our room. The QRCODE also had the wrong credentials. Found out from the resident manager that the password on the board was wrong. All of the rooms were close to the common area. When the breakfast was being prepared the noise woke us up so forget sleeping in. The table could barely serve 6 people - on the first morning there was a family of 7 sitting at the table leaving no room for my husband and I. The person who showed us how the three entry keys worked demanded a tip for doing what should have been done at the beginning. Our room (better described as a closet) was up a steep winding stair case (which I fell down when the housekeeper put a pile of towels on the steps) with a folding entry door that could easily be broken into by a child.
• Edyta (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. - Śniadania przepyszne, duży wybór i na ciepło!! Pani gospodyni serwuje kawy wg życzenia. Fajna atmosfera. Było bardzo czysto i elegancko. Lokalizacja w centrum, w pobliżu głównej ulicy/ deptaku, prowadzącej do Quatro Canti - centrum Palermo. Był problem z zamkiem do drzwi wejściowych - trudno się otwierało. Trochę się namęczyliśmy. Uliczka, gdzie mieści się mieszkanie trochę nieciekawa, za to blisko do targowiska.

• JOSE (9/5): 5 nuits à Palerme - Après 4 nuits passées dans la suite nous sommes revenus quelques 10 jours après pour une nuit dans la chambre 1, super accueil et confort, proximité de la gare, du marché Balarò et du centre historique. Laetizia qui en semaine nous sert le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié est d'une grande gentillesse. Un petit bémol l'acoustique n'est pas parfaite

• Chiara (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti con tutta la famiglia presso questo hotel. La padrona, Giusy è stata molto accogliente e super disponibile. Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli su cosa fare e vedere in città. Colazione buonissima e abbondantissima, ricca di cibi dolci e salati. Struttura situata al centro della città, molto vicina alla stazione. Siamo riusciti a visitare le principali attrazioni spostandoci a piedi.

• Maciej (7/5): Mimo kilku wad, można tam spędzić kilka dni :) - Dobra lokalizacja. Pokój czysty, odpowiedniej wielkości. Istnieje możliwość korzystania z aneksu kuchennego przez cały dzień a rano serwowane są śniadania, co jest wygodne. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy przechować bagaże. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. UWAGA - pokój na piętrze (4) ma tylko 180cm wysokości i cały czas trzeba się schylać by nie uderzyć głową (jeśli chcesz tam tylko spędzać noce to nie duży problem). Począwszy od momentu rezerwacji do ostatnich godzin przed przylotem - brak wystarczających informacji ani kontaktu przez Booking/WhatsUp. Dzień przed przyjazdem informacja o możliwości zameldowania od 15:00, mimo, że w ofercie podane jest od 11:00. Do godziny 15:00 w dniu przyjazdu nie otrzymaliśmy wskazówek jak dostać się do obiektu - staliśmy pod drzwiami aż nie zauważył nas sąsiad obiektu i nie powiadomił właścicieli. Mimo noclegu w pokoju najbardziej oddalonym od kuchni, gdzie obsługa przygotowuje śniadanie od godziny 6:00, to hałasy były bardzo odczuwalne - pobudka gwarantowana codziennie! Same śniadania na koniec pobytu były już nudne (codziennie to samo). Dostęp do obiektu i pokoju jest dość skomplikowany - młode osoby dadzą sobie radę, ale seniorzy mogą mieć problem.

• Zuzanna (7/5): W porządku na kilka dni - Lokalizacja, blisko centrum Mieliśmy pokój tuż obok kuchni, drzwi w żaden sposób nie wygłuszały hałasu, który od 7 panował w kuchni. Mieliśmy problem z zameldowaniem (do środka wpuścili nas inni goście, po tym jak w końcu dodzwoniłam się do obiektu przez telefon pokierowano mnie skąd mam wziąć klucze). Śniadania na plus jednak radzę uważać, gdy wyjeżdżaliśmy (byliśmy 3 dni) na śniadanie były dokładnie te same rzeczy (ciasta na słodko i wyroby na wytrwanie), który były pierwszego dnia. Nie wiadomo jak długo leżały wcześniej, nie powinno to tak wyglądać, bo łatwo można się zatruć.

• NATHALIE (9/5): - J'ai occupé la chambre 4 pour 2 nuits. Le B&B est bien situé, tout près de la rue Maqueda, de la gare centrale et du marché Ballaro. Propre, confortable, bon et copieux petit déjeuner. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de laisser mes bagages le dernier jour et un check-in avancé en arrivant. Merci ! Le Wi-Fi ne passe pas dans la chambre, ce n'est pas un problème majeur. Les chambres donnent directement sur la petite salle commune où se prend le petit déjeuner : un peu de bruit le matin m'a réveillé le premier matin. Il faut donc que tout le monde reste discret par respect aux autres occupants. Enfin, la hauteur de la chambre ne doit pas atteindre 2m, un peu bas de plafond pour de grandes personnes, elle est pour autant spacieuse et confortable. Là encore cela ne m'a pas gêné.

• MICHELA (10/5): - Avevamo una prenotazione per una notte presso la struttura B&B Xenia ma per problemi strutturali, il proprietario ci ha avvisato che saremmo stati spostati in un Hotel 4 stelle, con le stesse identiche condizioni e nessuna aggiunta da pagare. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto il gesto e l'attenzione pertanto non possiamo non dare il massimo. Inoltre nella nuova struttura ci siamo trovati benissimo, Hotel Artemisia Palace, super consigliato!

Kuchen u.v.m. Freundliche Gastgeber! Super Zentrale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden; in unmittelbarer Nähe ein lebhafter Markt mit tollen frischen Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch und leckeren fertig zubereiteten sizilianischen Spezialitäten! Wichtig zu wissen, das B&B liegt im 1. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Notre remarque n'a rien changé, toutes les chambres avec balcon étaient occupées.... nous avons donc payé une prestation que nous n'avons pas eu!!!
• Antonia Marie (6/5): Zentral gelegene mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, jedoch laut am Morgen, Zimmer nicht wie gebucht und kleinere Mäng - Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis gut. Zentral gelegen, man ist ganz flott im wunderschönen Zentrum. Direkte Umgebung Richtung Bahnhof ist jedoch nicht sehr schön. Am Morgen ist es bereits sehr laut, da das Frühstückszimmer direkt an die Zimmertür angrenzt. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. In der Dusche war etwas Schimmel ansonsten alles sauber. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber an sich gut aus. Wenig vegane Optionen.

Il sistema per entrare nel B&B faceva propio 💩💩💩 le batterie si scaricavano e non potevi entrare e dovevi telefonare al proprietario per farti aprire.

• Maike (4/5): Apartment mit Schimmel, ohne WLAN & kein Englisch möglich - Gute Lage zwischen Hbf & Altstadt Das war's dann aber auch schon - kein WLAN Empfang (trotz Angabe dessen auf Booking) & sehr schlechter mobiler Empfang - Schimmel in Ecken des Apartments --> trotz Lüften ist die Luft schlecht (haben Vermieter auch darauf angesprochen, aber - so wie auf alle Nachrichten - keine Antwort bekommen) - unangenehmer Geruch in Küche und bei Bett, den man nicht zuordnen kann - Check-In nach 19 Uhr kostet 15€ (dafür muss man jemanden anrufen) - Frau beim Frühstück ist einzige Ansprechperson, spricht aber kein Wort Englisch & spricht (als wäre nichts) auf Italienisch mit Einem & ist unfreundlich & verlangt dann noch Trinkgeld - Heizung geht nicht, deshalb ist es im Winter relativ kühl - Küche vorhanden, aber fällt auseinander (& kein Wasserkocher)

• diana avalos (5/5): Impossible to sleep in the morning - The flat is not sound proof and the room was just next to the kitchen/living room. you are waken up at 6h50am from all the noise in the kitchen. Impossible to sleep with all the noise. Weird that the tourist tax is 4euros per person per night when in other hotels it's 1.5euros.

• Claudia (9/5): - Absolut zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Ballaro-Marktes, aber trotzdem nachts sehr ruhig. Opulentes Frühstück, so viel konnten wir gar nicht essen. Letitia, die das Frühstück hergerichtet hat, war lebhaft und aufmerksam. Bei diesem Preis gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern 🙂 Die Decke im oberen Zimmer war tatsächlich sehr niedrig, aber bis 1,75m kein Problem.

• asia (2/5): Questo B&B l’unica cosa positiva ha soltanto la posizione centrale per il resto nulla! - Che era in una posizione centrale la pulizia,sul pavimento c’era polvere e capelli. poi il condizionatore della stanza 3 nel telecomando non funzionavo le batterie e le abbiamo cambiate,invece nella stanza 2 non funzionava la tv! Poi non c’è scritto ma si fa colazione insieme ad altre persone,solo in camera sei solo. per il resto è un appartamento condiviso! Abbiamo trovato la torta con muffa,per la colazione dolce ci sono poche opzioni,per quella salata di più!

• Giulia (10/5): - "Siamo stati ospiti di questo B&B per alcune notti e devo dire che è stato veramente il top! Eravamo in 4 abbiamo preso due stanze erano pulite, confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria Giusy è stata molto accogliente e disponibile , anche suo marito Marco.La colazione è stata squisita, una vasta scelta con prodotti freschi e fatti in casa , le collaboratrici due signore splendide e molto disponibili anche nel consigliare posti da visitare e cibi da assaggiare. La posizione è ideale, a due passi dal centro storico e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche.Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e confortevole dove soggiornare. Lo rivedrò sicuramente! 10 e lode!"
• Lilia (4/5): - Расположение B&B Xenia, завтрак, комната проживания. Ключи, замки для входа в здание, в B&B. Администрации нет. Приезжаешь вечером с экскурсии и замки не срабатывают. Хочется есть, в туалет, а войти не можешь и так, каждый день. Это испортило весь отдых! Я очень часто бываю в Италии и нигде не видела таких замков, смените замки и будет всё хорошо.

• Menberu (1/5): Alles in allem halte ich es für die Hölle. - Es gab nichts, was mir gefallen hat. Es war ein wirklich schlimmer Ort. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe dort vier Tage geschlafen und sie haben es nie aufgeräumt. Kein Internet, keine Toilettenpapier kein Respekt vor den Gästen Es gibt keinen Strom. Kann morgens nicht schlafen.

• Maciej (9/5): - Swietna lokalizacja, dobre sniadania. Wszedzie czysto, mila obsluga. Polecam Lazienka w kiepskim stanie. Grzyb na scianach, uszkodzone elementy wyposazenia.
