• Jonathan (9/5): Good location, trendy area. - Great location, walking distance to everything. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and we had a very short walk home from the main square it was amazing. The area is very trendy with cool independent shops and cafes.
• Wint Thiri (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast. The omelette was just so silky and tasteful. The room was homey and the beds were comfortable. There is a common dinning room, with utensils and free coffee/tea provided 24 hours a day. This was our second and third time staying here (2 adults + 2 children). The location is perfect-- walkable to the Maya Shopping Mall and all the eateries and shops on Nimmanhaemin area. Also, the place is close to the airport-- a quick trip back to the airport was a plus. Thank you so much to all the staff at Sabaiday Guesthouse.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig - war für mich kein Problem, aber wer sensibel ist, sollte das bei der Buchung bedenken

• Margarita (8/5): - Muy buena hubicación y limpieza. Buen tamaño de la habitación, baño muy nuevo. El desayuno, no ofrecen café fresco ni leche fresca. Solo cafe instantaneo y leche en polvo. Si quieres café fresco tienes que ir a las cafeterias de alrededor, lo cual es un fastidio cuando quieres desayunar. La comida del desayuno está muy rica pero te dan dos opciones para elegir, que están bien, pero sin poder acompañar con un café decente...aunque sea una cafetera amaricana... con el café que hay en Chiang Mai, sacrilegio. Los baños son muy bonitos y nuevos pero del tipo que no tienen mampara ni cirtina, osea que cuando te duchas mojas todo el baño y asi va a estar siempre, porque te duchas tú y tu compañero/a todos los dias y quizas mas de una vez segun el calor que haga...osea siempre mojado todo el baño. En Asia se ve mucho estoy y yo no le veo el sentido a no poner una simple cortina...

An sich war ich mit dem preis leistungsverhältnis total zufrieden und das frühstück war super lecker Leider war das bett so hart ich hatte echt starke Rückenschmerzen…

Smells good and they keep the place clean. Here's why I said the staff were amazing (this is from Social Media post, please forgive the phrasing): I almost slept in the streets of Chiang Mai last night because of a mistake I made in my accommodation bookings. I left a day without a place to stay and to make it worse - it happens to be the first day of the Yipeng Festival. All accommodations are full! And yes guys this happens and it happened to me. But God is good and Thais are wonderful people. The staff and the owner of Sabai Day where I thought I’d be staying at helped me look for a place to stay even if it took them hours to find one. They even got me a car/driver too because it was a very busy day that it was very difficult to book Grab/Bolt cars. They found Hotel Rosy after a guest had a late check out. Rosy was nice too. Rosy gave me a discount of 200 Baht / 2,000 Baht regular rate. When I asked why, they said because they were told that I’m a single (solo) female traveller. Rosy chose to give me discount even when they are my last choice. Rosy chose not to be greedy by over pricing because they’re my last resort. Thank you God for the provision and for sending me to the right places and people even when I really could have done better to prevent this from happening. Thank you to your angels Nong Aum, Aun and Raph Putti♥️ Kindness over Greed. Caring over Heartlessness. If everyone is like this - the world would be a better place.
• Gabi (10/5): Stunning - Absolutely everything was perfect. Booked based on reviews to celebrate my 30th birthday and I couldn’t be happier with this choice. For breakfast there was only one option, but it was one of the most tasty things I’ve ever tried in my life. The place is absolutely lovely and staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the frogs in the garden during the night made my stay better. Thank you so much for this wonderful space and time. I couldn’t recommend enough!

• Karim (6/5): Pleasant - The position is optimal to visit the neighbourhood. The room has a beautiful view. Unfortunately the access code they provided to us to open the door during the night was wrong and we had some issues to enter into the guesthouse. The breakfast was poor but they tried to catch our needs. The AC remote control didn’t work well, we were not able to turn off it. Small insects (ants, small spiders) inside the room (probably the trade-off with the nature).

The staff who take care of the accommodation are nice & very kind. There is no parking and the road is narrow and a dead end, it is not very suitable if driving.
• Joshua (8/5): Good value guesthouse in a really nice part of Chiang Mai. Perfect for a couple of nights visit. - The guesthouse allowed us to check-in early, which was very nice. They also provided a really good laundry service. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and had decent AC. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was a little on the firm side.

And it's super affordable for what it is. The staff are super nice and when I asked to extend by 4 nights (because it's so lovely here) they offered me the same per night price as I paid on Booking.com. Wonderful bedding and comfy beds. Great location downtown amongst the hustle and bustle but secluded enough to not feel like you living upstairs from a bar. Sad to leave 😥 Wish the bathroom had hand soap and wish the shower/body wash was better. Wish there was one small cupboard to pack away your clothing.
