Guest Reviews
Espero volver a vernos pronto
- Rocio (9/5): DESCONEXIÓN Y TRANQUILIDAD - Una casa rural preciosa, tranquila y acogedora.
- Yevheniia (10/5): Great experience, would definitely come back here while visiting the Aínsa area. Very comfortable and relaxed experience - The whole facility was very clean, neat and tidy. The views in the morning are incredible. Attention to small details and the thought behind the guest’s comfort are on a high level.
Having a dinner at the place is recommended as well, the owner is a great cook! We enjoyed it a lot.
In general the owner is a nice person who was highly attentive to us and to other guests to ensure everyone has a great experience in his house and in the area in general.
If you’re into bird watching, you’ll be pleased here as well. Not really anything to dislike there. If you’re know that you’re going to have a rural experience in a calm and tranquil environment, you will love it.

- Cesar (9/5): Autoctono, natural y familiar.
Desayunos y comidas,;personalizados, naturales y autoctonos.

- Llibert (10/5): relax i benestar - Un lloc fantàstic gestionat per gent fantàstica

- Maggie (8/5): Beautiful and accommodating place to stay, food was delicious and excellent as was the feel, style and views. Perfect sp - Secluded quaint property driving distance to many towns. A little town up a quiet drive and only a few houses. Perfect spot if you are looking for a peaceful few nights away. Few hot water issues but luckily was in the warmer season so didnt mind the cold showers. Host was very apologetic and got onto it straight away. Very accommodating. Unfortunately the hot tub wasnt working either which was one thing we were really looking forward to. Some scaffolding and renovations going on in the town but still we were able to appreciate the pretty view.

- Gonzalez Agullo (10/5): -
- SANDRA (9/5): Welcome to the Spanish Pyrenees! - The host and the amenities were superb. It is not easy to locate but getting there is part of the adventure. When you opt for meals you get locally produced food and may meet other guests. The surrounding countryside is lovely and peaceful and the other people living in the small hamlet where it is located are friendly and helpful. My friend and I loved our stay. Hmm? Actually it was perfect for us.
- Marc (10/5): -

Volveremos. Nada

- Juliette (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay in this tiny village with 11 inhabitants. Our hosts, Blanca and Ferran couldn't have been more welcoming. Our room in the basement was lovely and included use of a shared kitchen and lounge. Dinner was delicious and very good value home cooking. A very special place.
- Catherine (10/5): A great place to stay in the countryside near Aínsa - Beautiful location and the owners were very friendly. Very clean and comfortable with lots of space to sit around both inside and outside. There were tea and coffee making facilities and an honesty fridge for beer and wine.
We had a lovely breakfast overlooking the valley with birds flying around. The shower wasn’t very hot

The owners were caring, friendly and very helpful with perfect recommendations. Breakfast was great and having dinner at least once is a must!
- Tommi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nz (10/5): A little slice of perfection in idyllic surroundings. - This is a special place. You feel like you are welcomed like an old friend. The location is beautiful and the house sympathetically restored. There is a huge emphasis on ecological solutions and everything is well thougt out. Feran is a wonderful chef and we loved eating there. Blanco was the most wonderful hostess who took such trouble to engage with us. This is a place with a huge heart. Stay there. You will not regret it. The stay was perfect. We forgave the cockrel for waking us up because that's what cockrels do and if you are annoyed by an early call from a cockrel then stay at home!
- Teo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Quynh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional! - Ferran is an absolutely fantastic host, his care and attention comes through in everything about his guest house, cannot recommend highly enough. Simply superb!
Suggest taking advantage of the delicious breakfasts and dinners that can be included, fresh produce, beautifully prepared and served.
His partner too is super friendly and helpful, all in all, a perfect place to enjoy a few nights away with a variety of nice walking and outdoor activities in the surrounding area. There is nothing not to like. You do need to park 100 metres or so away but this wasn't a problem and it's a very quiet village.
- Anne-lieke (9/5): Superb - Lovely owners, delicious food and a beautiful location. We loved the personal attention and a luxury to use the hottub under the stars. /
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional stay. Lovely hosts. Rural location perfect. Lots of amazing places to visit locally. - The rural location, use of locally sourced products and the help the owners provided on where to visit during our stay, linked to what we wanted to get out of our holiday. Nothing.
- Katelyn (10/5): Would go back to Spain just to stay here - Beautiful escape from the city with gorgeous views, welcoming hosts, beautiful gardens, original stone walls. The place is beautifully restored - an oasis. Meals made by Ferrán were excellent, special to have foods made from local produce, some home grown - breakfast and dinner. Reasonable drive to stunning national parks. The place is like a dream. Wish we stayed longer! It was not clear on booking.com - breakfast is an additional charge of 8 euros/person and dinner is 20 euros/person. But well worth it!
- Diego (9/5): Superb -
- Lana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andy (10/5): incredible, welcoming & hard to leave! - it’s a secluded, beautiful place. it’s very relaxing and we were made to feel extremely welcome. The food cooked by Ferran was all fabulous (we ate dinner there every night), and they accommodated some food allergies well. The rooms were lovely too. A craft beer sitting under fig trees on the shady terrace overlooking their garden is to be recommended!
- David (2/5): - The property is definitely unique in the sense that there were unpleasant surprises at every turn. The property is located on the side of a remote hill approximately 1 km up a treacherous one lane path. The signage to the property was nonexistent. Offsite parking was approximately 500 m away
Thankfully, we had the foresight to purchase water, bread, cheese, and a bottle of wine in the closest town about 30 minutes away. If we had chosen not to we would have been forced to eat at the property. Meal "service" began at 9 pm and consisted of soup at €17 per person ...no other option! There are no stores or shops within 10 km of this property. Basically once you arrive at this "hostel" you are a hostage.
The tiny room, though clean, featured a single tiny window facing a barn. Unfortunately, one must crouch down one's knees in order to look out the window as it reached only 1 meter from the floor. We made the huge mistake of opening the window. Immediately, the room was flooded with aggressive flies forcing us to dine outside; unfortunately, once outside we were attacked by hordes of ravenous and determined cats. Hence we were forced to return to our tiny spartan room to eat our provisions.
There was only one small chair in the room, forcing one of us to sit on the bed.
And then the fun part… Trying to sleep was virtually impossible. There is absolutely NO soundproofing whatsoever throughout the auberge. Constant noisy people shouting, coughing, sneezing, flushing toilets,
