- Verified traveler (2/5): EL PEOR HOTEL DE CIUDAD VICTORIA - Hotel en muy malas condiciones en todos los aspectos, desde que llegas a la recepción te reciben sin levantarse para atenderte, las habitaciones en malas condiciones estéticas y poca limpieza. Al amanecer te dan un almuerzo en el area de “ “comedor” el cual tiene manteles muy sucios, platos de plástico en malas condiciones y lo peor de todo es la mujer que tienen en el comedor que no te dice ni los buenos días, tampoco te explica que tu eres el que se tiene que servir, ni que es lo que hay disponible para comer. Pienso que tuvimos una experiencia terrible. La empleada del comedor se la pasa viendote como si estuviera enojada, jamás se paró de una silla usando su celular. Le preguntamos que si tenía algun problema o el por qué se nos quedaba viendo tan mal y respondió “que así tenía la cara y que todos tenemos problemas” justificando su actitud. Jamás me había sentido tan mal de quedarme en un hotel. No volvería ni aunque me dieran hospedaje gratis. Si pudiera le avisaría al mundo entero antes de que lleguen a ese lugar en el que no valoran ni un poquito al cliente que los tomó como opción entre muchas otras. NO SE QUEDEN EN ESE HOTEL por favor🙏

- Israel (6/5): Nice with space for improvement - Hotel is nice, and comfortable, close to many places of interest, I just didnt like that I left my card inserted in a device so that you can have light in the room and they took it and they never refilled the shampoo or soaps.

Lo reclamé y me dijeron que si servía pero no me constó que no y ya no quise discutir. Ademas de que debería tener un pasador para mayor seguridad. Realmente no lo recomiendo. Por el.precio no los vale. Mejor por 300 pesos mas te quedas en un hotel mejor. Este Parece motel de 2 estrellas

- Emmanuel (2/5): Pague de 3 camas y me dieron de 2 - Pésimo hotel, una cucaracha pequeña en la cama, el wc tiene fuga y el piso del baño se humedece, el mini split funciona de manera deficiente, el desayuno cero recomendado, eso si el Precio casi igual que un hotel de cadena, reserve una habitación de 3 camas y no había disponibilidad, me dieron de 2.
