• Cariocatom (8/5): Shop around - Very nice place in a good location for the beach. The family restaurans are a bit further away. But with a kitchenette and nearby large grocery story, one can eat in. The units are privately owned, so prices can vary, especially for an extended stay.
• witchdoctor_br (6/5): Friendly staff but noisy and with infrastructure issues - I was at the 2nd floor, with windows facing Abolição Avenue, which usually has heavy traffic even at night. To make things worst, the air conditioner did not work well and was very noisy, even noisier than the street outside. I asked to change to another room but the place was crowded and there was no room available so I managed to return to another hotel I’ve stayed at a few days earlier. On my last day on Praia Mansa, when I entered my room at the end of the day, I found the air conditioner power cord removed from the outlet, which was blackened and looked like it almost melted. The staff placed me on another room, supposedly better than the other. The view was magnificent but, again, the air conditioner did not work well. The staff was friendly and usually helpful but, in spite of looking a relatively new building, the rooms seem to require better maintenance.
• danilob281 (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Really nice place close to the avenida Beira mar and the beach. Aprtaments really comfortable and prices not too high . I definitely recommend . I would stay here again . The staff is really helpful and always they satisfied my requests . Cleaning staff always on time . Best location you don't need car and public transport

Anoing Water of the shower was not hot hot even after several reclamations The whole building is under construction from the fassade - noise the whole day Just came back and the person at the reception in charge was busy with his mobil and did not see me at all because he was busy with facebook etc when I complained about that he lied in an agressiv way to me...but I am NOT blind or stupid -no security. ... Wifi is a mess even after several complains nothing changed. ...ignorant They wanted to change towels every 3 days ...ignorant complained - when you shower at least twice a day.... Aircon old and noisy so you have to switch it off at night, but cannot open the door to the balcony due to mosquitos and noise of the street. .. Pool was a mess - sandy and dirty....had to complain again Sunday my room was not cleaned at all when I came back from the beach late... So my vacation was work - COMPLAINING without a result Beware also about FEREIRINHA agency as they do almost NOTHING for you Now I am tired and need vacation !
• hamrio (6/5): Building partly under construction.....very noisy.... - We have been here several times and if the price is OK we are fine.... BUT !!!! They are renovating the Fassade of this 22floor building -that means noise the whole day in the apartments and at the small pool - which is dirty even they closed the pool yesterday during the afternoon !!!!! For cleaning.....bad job boy.... WiFi very weak.... Camareirá quiet uninterested..... had to ask again for new towels toiletries- paper etc. Don't use the restaurant for breakfast.....Desaster..... Opposite side hotel tropical has a wonderful bkfst buffet for the same price
