Чито было, полотенце новые Нет лифта-с коляской было тяжеловато. Нет завтраков полноценных. Муравьи завелись быстро, как только ребенок крошки оставил на столе, было холодно в номере и те кофей свет в номере.

• Marlon (10/5): Excelente ! Sin duda regresaré - Está súper bien ubicado, cerca de la estación del ferry, la zona es muy bonita y tiene su restaurante que está súper delicioso. La atención fue muy buena y el anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, la habitación estaba muy limpia, bien equipada y muy linda , nos tocó con una pequeña terraza muy agradable. Tiene su secadora de pelo, caja de seguridad, cafetera, unas galletas muy ricas.

• Isabelle (10/5): Very comfortable stay in an ideal location! - Clean and well appointed rooms in an ideal location in the old city centre. Surrounded by lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. The restaurant downstairs is also excellent. Very comfortable beds. Tea, coffee and snacks provided. We stayed twice as part of a tour around the lake - would definitely return again.

• Raphael (6/5): Central location but unbearable noise of restaurant - Location in Como is great Impossible to sleep before midnight as the rooms are right atop the restaurant room (with the windows right atop the tables. Not very nice to cross cross the restaurant to make it through the rooms
• Markus (8/5): Gut geschlafen in perfekter Lage! - Die Lage war bestens! Das Personal empfing uns sehr freundlich und alles administrative konnte unkompliziert erledigt werden. Das Bett war prima zum Schlafen und das Bad groß. Der kleine Balkon zum Innenhof lädt zum Buchlesen oder Verweilen mit einem Aperitif ein. Fällt mir nichts ein. Wir waren nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs. Wer also mit dem Auto kommt, sollte ich vorher um einen Parkplatz bemühen.

Accolti da Nadia molto cordiale e simpatica che ci ha spiegato orari ecc per quanto riguarda le chiavi. Inoltre biscotti, thè e acqua in stanza e Caffe fette biscottate, brioche e marmellata offerti dalla struttura! Torneremo sicuramente! Consiglio vivamente 🙌🏼

• Alessio (10/5): Posizione centralissima, struttura meravigliosa, personale straordinario! - L’hotel si trova in una zona centralissima della città, ideale per visitare tutto che c’è da vedere. Quartiere molto bello con molti negozi vintage. Personale veramente gentile. Anche se non dichiarato la stanza offre bollitore, te, acqua e un pacchetto di biscotti Crumini (che buoni) tutto offerto. Inoltre al mattino c’è un angolo con caffè e briosi e sempre offerte dalla direzione. Non potevo desiderare di più

As the rooms are located above a restaurant (which had a great menu and was very popular), this would potentially be a bit noisy for a stay longer than a couple of nights.

Room was nice - bathroom nice too. Left a delicious bag of Italian cookies and cold water in the room as welcome treats. They were also quite helpful calling us a taxi when we left and even took our bags down the street to meet our taxi driver. Bed wasn't amazing - and a little bit of noise in our room from the restaurant below us.
• Keith (7/5): Great Location. Friendly Staff. - The central location is excellent. Rumi Rooms is located at the apex of three streets, which makes for an energetic feeling. They have their own restaurant below, which is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is unreliable and, when working, painfully slow. It can get noisy from noise outside (i.e., not the restaurant below).

• Shivangi (1/5): Jewelry stolen from bag - My jewelry small travel jewelry case was stolen out of k bag. There’s a place to store luggage after check out and while we were gone for a few hours, my small jewelry box was stolen out of my bag. It wasn’t easily visible or at the top of the bag. I understand that I left it at my own risk but the storage area isn’t in a public area but is easily visible and accessible to staff. Such a shame.

• Eric (8/5): Lovely stay, great location, good hosts - Great location, 10 minute walk from the train station which isn't too bad. Easy to check in and the rooms themselves were nice and clean. Bedroom was big and the bathroom was also relatively large. The only nitpick were the stairs leading up to the rooms, if you have heavy luggage it could be a slight challenge!

They did their best to accommodate to our requests, leaving out luggage and returning later. The hotel itself is located on top of a restaurant, but that was no issue at all given the clear instructions. The room and bathroom are also spacious. A little on the pricer side but I guess that's how it is in Como these days

Direkter Zugang zum eigenen sehr guten Restaurant sowie vielen anderen Bars, etc. Sehr Hunde freundlich, keine Zusatzgebühr. Wir kommen wieder, aber den Gang mit Gepäck auf langer Reise durch die Gassen Comos werden wir demnächst bedenken. Kleine Reisekoffer statt schwerem Gepäck zu empfehlen.
