Ściany chyba z dykty, wszystko słychać, było spokojnie, ale rozmawiając o 6 rano z ojczyzną, ktoś pukał w ścianę, czyli było słychać…

Mink O'Riley (7/5): Basic cheap bed for a night in backstreet location - It was a quick late overnight stay as needed to be near the transport centre to get intercity bus. Room was basic but met requirements for that. Cheaper than another option much closer to the bus stop. Two levels only so no lift if heavy luggage. Somewhat obscure location, particularly if arriving at night, although good street neon sign. Absolutely should have a sensor light at dark entrance to see/help open lock box for key at 1am!

Adriana (6/5): - The room was okay, and the receptionist gave us a warm welcome. The receptionist explained the deposit policy and told us we would receive a refund within 4–5 days if everything was in order, noting that international transfers take a bit longer. She was aware that we don’t have a New Zealand bank account and knew where we were from, yet she never mentioned there would be any issues. It has now been almost two weeks, and they made no effort to issue the refund until we contacted them. Now they are claiming they cannot process international transfers and are unable to return our money. They advised us to open a Wise account, but even after we did that, they continued to find excuses not to send the payment. We are still waiting for the refund.

Manpreet (3/5): Price is ok but rest all was so bad in the room but in the price easily find good anywhere - Just a price nothing else Tv wasn’t working even i told the motel staff he came to see he said IT problem cant do anything even i asked him can i get other room where tv is working he all booked but its not first it happened even last it was same tv wasn’t tv and the air conditioner is so shit its only fan there is no cold or hot air only fan working it was too hot and suffocation in the room and booking for 3 people with one double bed and one single bed but there is only 2 towels

Jessica (10/5): - The hotel is central, close and within walking distance to Manukau SupaCenta, Westfield Manukau. The room door was squeaky, the sheets were stained. The toilet seat was loose. It is close to the airport so planes are flying overhead at all times of the day/night. Not to mention that some people are disrespectful of others- drinking alcohol and playing LOUD music in their room! Lucky that was our last night there and the host was able to sort out the matter quickly.

Terry (7/5): - The new owners have set up a kiosk at reception. My wife and I have stayed here many times, the place is looking a bit fresher and the kiosk is a great idea, be interested to see what it looks like on our next visit.

O'Dowd (1/5): - Nothing at all.. This had to be the worst motel I have ever stayed in . There was mould on the dishes, hairs and rubbish in the bathroom floor, toilet seat was broken. The hile room smelled like piss & feaces. We requested clean sheets as the blankets and pillows were stained and dirty. Was told we were not allowed new sheets or we would be charged, we were also charged a $100 bond fee when we arrived, which had not been stated in any emails before we arrived, the staff on night shift, was very rude, would nor gube us his managers details and would not let us change rooms either. I would never recommend this motel to anyone , we had traveled 10hours from Wellington, only to be treated like this. Very unprofessional and would rate this a 0 for everything. Not happy at all.

En gros Bruyant et manque de propreté

The room was extremely hot, air con didn't work. Wifi cut out constantly . Blanket were discussing old blood and dribble stains. Booked for 3 people only had 2 towels in the room. Bathroom was extremely small, couldn't shower with banging the walls. Was told no manager to speak to. Kitchen facilities was very basic I.e 1 teaspoon, 3 plates, no cloth. Blocked drain in the bathroom Broken toilet seat Was traveling with teen son and autistic 6 year old, wouldn't book here again! Raised my issues and was told i just work here.
