• Quang-Binh (9/5): Tolle Villa, toller Pool, tolle Aussicht, toller Gastgeber - Die Villa ist sauber und bietet viel Patz. Sie hat einen tollem privaten Pool mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf Ko Tao und das Meer. Die Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Bettern und bieten viel Platz. Check-In war super einfach und problemlos. Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar etwas später auschecken und wurden sogar kostenlos zum Pier gefahren. Es gab allgemein relativ viele Ameisen in der Villa und auch im Schlafzimmer. Sie haben sich teilweise in unseren Koffern breitgemacht. Ameisen lassen sich im Dschungel natürlich nicht vermeiden. Keine Kritik, nur als Information: Die Villa liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Der "Aufstieg" zu Fuss ist bei den Temperaturen nicht zu unterschätzen. Ein Roller ist von Vorteil.

It is an uphill walk from the local amenities but worth it for the view! They advertised breakfast on site which wasn’t operating which was a shame!

The view was exceptional and it was great having the pool to cool down. There were options for food delivery in the property and Nanyas was AMAZING! It was difficult to keep cool in the outside lounge area and the shower pressure & temperature could be better.

• Drew (10/5): Great Stay in Koh Tao - We loved this little villa with the great view over Sairee beach. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the beach which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful. n/a
• Holly (8/5): Studio room great value - Lovely view from the studio property, but note you can’t see the sunset from the room/balcony as it sets round the corner. We were comfortable in this property and it was great value for money, but not luxurious. Two geckos seemed to live in our room which were cute but I’m sure staff would have gently removed them if we had wanted. 15 min walk home from the beach is fairly chaotic and as others have noted extraordinarily steep at the end. There could have been more water provided to the room since carrying big bottles up the hill with beach bags was tough. Kettle was not a kettle, some strange water heater instead with no instructions which did not boil water properly so we couldn’t make proper tea. Shower did not have hot water for more than 30 seconds at a time. When we arrived there was an overwhelming chemical smell which made us feel quite unwell but thankfully this subsided over the next 24 hours - I think it was a mosquito repellent but this needs to be used far more sparingly! It was very clean however which we appreciated! Overall a great value stay at £50/night in the studio room, and lovely kind friendly staff.

Das Bett war das bequemste in dem wir während unserer Reise geschlafen haben Oben gibt es nichts, kein Restaurant oder einen Gemeinschaftspool o.ä. Man hat wirklich sein Zimmer und das war’s. Die „Rezeption“ ist etwas spärlich besetzt, man hat oft keinen Ansprechpartner bei Rückfragen 😅

Possibilité de louer scooter ou réserver taxi en bas du logement. 15mn à pied de Sairee Beach et des commerces / restaurants. Le logement est situé en haut d'une colline assez raide, il faut être en bonne condition physique.

• Stephan (10/5): - Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt Wir hatten (bewusst) die Villa ohne Pool gewählt, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war fantastisch. Die Villa bietet einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Die Besitzerin war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft: relativ nah am Zentrum, aber dennoch super ruhig und entspannt, mit einem kleinen recht steilen Aufstieg verbunden (man bleibt fit) der die Umgebung wie eine Oase wirken lässt. Der Balkon war herrlich, traumhafter Blick mit tollen Sitzgelegenheiten. Den Strand und das Zentrum kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen – ein großer Vorteil! Unten am Strand gibt es überall Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen. Man kann sich aber auch Speisen in die Villa liefern lassen, was wir am ersten Abend nach der Ankunft einmal ausprobiert haben, das klappte prima.(Flyer der Restaurants liegen in der Villa). Der Wohnraum ist ebenfalls traumhaft: Man kann vom Bett aus die Bucht sehen, die Betten sind super bequem, und es gibt sogar eine kleine Couch zum Ausruhen – perfekt zum Entspannen . Einziges kleines Detail, das man wissen sollte: Die Dusche ist offen begehbar und die Toilettentür hat oben an der hohen Decke eine kleine Lücke – uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Alles in allem waren wir mit allem rundum glücklich. Ein perfekter Ort für Ruhe, Entspannung und einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht – wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen und würden immer wiederkommen. Nichts

Auch das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Da wir früh ausgecheckt haben, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir haben mit der Managerin Kontakt aufgenommen und sie hat gesagt, sie übernimmt die Getränke. • Melissa (10/5): We loved it here! - The view from the balcony is sensational!!! The room size and bathroom were very specious. The staff were lovely and Kit even gave us a lift to the pier for free. Nothing for us!! It’s on a very steep hill and about a 15 min walk from the main part with all the restaurants but the view is sooo worth it. We are fit and like the exercise but if you have mobility issues then maybe not for you or a scooter!!

• Monika (10/5): Very happy times - Amazing staff who helped us with everything, especially during the heavy rainfall on our departure day when we didn’t dare to ride the motorbike back to the rental. We felt very welcome here. Communication with the staff was easy whenever we needed to ask or arrange something. The room was clean, the view from the villa was amazing, the garden was well maintained, the pool was cleaned every day, the room was of a decent size, great shower. You simply have a feeling stay in not necessary to go down (you can order food, anything you need). In some reviews, people complain about ants, but at the end of the day, you need to consider that you are staying on a tropical island surrounded by lush gardens. This naturally means that you may occasionally have ants or geckos in the outdoor living areas near the pool.

The villa was stunning - outside living space with a fantastic view from the private pool. All the staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. Kit gave us information on hiring a moped whilst we stayed and transported us to the ferry port for departure. Thoroughly recommend staying at this property. Unique, beautiful and utterly worth it!

• Joanne (10/5): - Super Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht! Immer wieder gern! Die Holzverkleidung des Daches ist leider runtergefallen, zum Glück ist niemanden etwas passiert. War aber darauf zurückzuführen, dass es vorher extrem geregnet hatte über Tage oder Wochen. Das Personal hat direkt überall die Verkleidung entfernt und nach unserem Auszug erneuert. Bei den leeren Häusern neben uns wurde nach dem Vorfall die Verkleidung direkt erneuert. Wir haben 2 nächste erstattet bekommen. Würde trotzdem immer wieder hin!

Its 5mins to the beach and 10mins into the town and restaurant's. I was worried that it might be a little too far out of town, but as the previous reviewers have said, its really close. The views over Sairee beach and bay are incredible. Kit the property manager was brilliant and so helpful throughout my stay. The mattress and pillows were a little firm but this is just a personal preference. Otherwise theres nothing not to like.
• Orit (8/5): וילה מדהימה, צוות מקסים! - הוילה מעלפת ביופיה, הנוף זה משהו מטורף. חלל עצום בגודלו ונקי. הצוות נתן - שירות של מלכים. מכל הלב, ותוך דקות. קיט המושלמת הייתה זמינה לכל בקשה. עליה תלולה - לא כל כך נוראית (לא עשינו אותה עם מזוודות). מומלץ לסגור מונית בתשלום שתיקח אתכם הלוך ושוב עם מזוודות מהמזח. דאגו לנו למים בכל אחד מהימים. המחווה הנחמדה שעשו עבורנו - אפשרו לנו לבצע צק אאוט בשלוש בצהריים בשל זמני המעבורת שסגרנו. הבריכה מהממת, אך המים היו קרים (מזג אויר). יש אפשרות להשכרת רכב, מונית או קטנוע מהוילה עצמה או מבית עסק שממש מרחק כמה מטרים. ההליכה לחוף לקחה לנו כשמונה דקות (עם ילד צעיר). נמלים, נמלים (בכיור שירותים ובמטבח) . גם כשטופלו- חזרו כעבור כמה שעות וחוזר חלילה. מים במקלחת - זרם מאוד חלש, למים החמים לוקח שתי דקות להגיע, ואז הם מתחממים מדי, ואחרי דקה הופכים קפואים וחוזר חלילה. על אף שבאו 4 פעמים לטפל, זה לא הסתדר לצערי בסוף.

• Bruce (7/5): We had a comfortable experience on a clean room with a view - a place that has a lot of potential!😄 - We enjoyed our stay at Anakhira! The staff were friendly and helpful. My recommendations are as follows : A basin where the water doesn’t stop after 5 seconds and the water in the basin wasn’t hot. Fresh, white, fluffy towels 😄 The bedside lamps were not bright enough for reading and a headboard is needed as the net was always flopping forward. A bigger soap please! The place is comfortable but looks tired…with a few minor changes, it could be fabulous! Beach towels were more like blankets than towels??? More suggestions of what the island offers would have been nice. These are constructive criticisms because we would definitely return to this peaceful, calming place!

• Michal (10/5): Amazing stay - connection with nature - This was definitely the best stay on our way around Thailand! Villas are very nice, modern and private, own pool with view is just amazing! The best thing is definitely connection with nature, which you can feel all around - lot of palms and plants. We really recommend this stay if you are looking for little escape from city rush. Villas are pretty away from city centre, so it’s definitely better to have scooter. But Ko Tao is not big island, so you are everywhere in few minutes.

• Felix (10/5): Einzigartige Unterkunft auf Koh Tao! - Die Location war einmalig. Es fühlte sich an als wäre man mitten im Dschungel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Managerin ist einfach nur TOP! Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt nie vergessen! Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

The Vila itself is beautiful, the room is nice and clean and a good size (for couples) and the shower is wow! the view is incredible, it overlooks the whole of koh toh and the pool is also great! the staff is sooo nice and helpful ! I think it’s worth the money :) The only thing is that it’s got a lot of stairs, it was fine for us but take that into account. Location wise it’s a few mins from everything by scooter, also worked for us but take that into account

Siempre serviciales y atentos a cualquier inconveniente que surgiera resolviendolos de manera muy profesional La ubicación pese a ser clara, el acceso a ella es complicado debido a las elevadas cuestas que hay para poder llegar, sin un vehículo se dificulta mucho el acceso y en caso de no tener experiencia en moto, la caída es más que posible.

Location is also very good, it is quiet with a beautiful view but not too far away from restaurants, shops, bars etc. Staff and management is amazing! They make everything to make your stay as good as possible! Nothing :)

• Anna (10/5): Estancia excepcional en una isla preciosa - Las vistas son excepcionales, y el personal extremadamente amables. La piscina de la villa es muy agradable. Teniendo en cuenta su ubicación (entre tantísima vegetación) hay muy pocos mosquitos. Se podía estar en la terraza estupendamente bien. La subida hasta la villa grande es muy empinada, lo menciono aquí para que se tenga en cuenta para gente mayor o con niños pequeños. Aunque no fue una sorpresa, pues ya lo sabía.

• Jan Jaap (9/5): Heerlijk!!! - Wat een prachtig uitzicht heeft deze grote en ruime villa!! Met een heerlijk zwembadje op het balkon. Niets. Maar bijvoorbeeld een shuttle service naar het centrum van Sairee beach zou fijn zijn.
• Nick (8/5): Panoramic views, refreshing plunge pool - Everything is built to enjoy the sensational view - a panorama across Koh Tao. And as the sun drops to the horizon and the colours blaze across the sky, you’ll be delighted you chose Anankhira. Jumping into the little infinity plunge pool after walking back from Sairee beach is such a reward! The bed is comfy, the AC is ice cold, the room and bathroom are nicely appointed. It feels like a cool little hideaway from the world, but within striking distance of the beach. Fridge, microwave, kettle all provided in the neat little outdoor area. And it’s nice to have the option to pet the resort’s friendly cats if you want, and see the cute little / naughty squirrels 🐿️ It’s about 6-7 minutes walk through another resort to the beach and about 15 mins to town, but it’s pretty easy along the beach and a very nice walk. Not a huge neg but for a property in this price bracket and this far from the town, it really should include a breakfast option and it seems like they could easily offer a simple fruit / eggs / cereal combination. And no restaurant but easy food delivery available or you’ll probably find yourself walking into town anyway.

• Tatiana (9/5): - Tolles Haus, am Hang mit Terasse, Pool mit Meerblick, Küche, 2 Badezimmer. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Für uns war der Weg vom Strand zum Haus unproblematisch. Man muss aber mit kleineren Kindern bedenken, dass es ein steiler fußmarsch nach oben ist.
