- Erika Santre (2/5): - No nos quedamos, tan solo ver la fachada por fuera entendimos que habíamos caído en un "catfish" de Booking. Las instalaciones NO son como se ven en las fotos, quizás hace 6 o 7 años lucían así. Nadie sabía cómo hacer el check-in, la estancia de espera desordenada y sucia, los baños de planta baja terriblemente sucios y oscuros. Pedí que me enseñaran una habitación antes de entrar con mi familia y estaba completamente húmeda, olía a humedad/moho y a suciedad... Parece que impregnan el detergente en lugar de usarlo para quitar la suciedad. El aire acondicionado afuera de las ventanas se veía completamente sucio y las ventanas mismas en pésimo estado.

Su ubicación es una gran ventaja por su cercanía a la playa y a lugares turísticos (malecón y el faro) y para alimentos, así como lugares recreativos para estar con la familia. Muy buen hotel, recomendado completamente.

When we opened the door, we saw a room with no windows. It was like a cave, claustrophobic. We immediately went downstairs and asked José if he would change our room to one with a window to the outside world, that our room was claustrophobic, like a cave, and that we were uncomfortable with it. - Daniel (5/5): Ok for 1 Night - The room was a really good size with a kitchen although we didn't use it. The bed was big and comfy enough and the staff were friendly, helping us to park the car and leave it somewhere we felt was safe and they offered to keep an eye on it for us which was lovely of them. The room smelt damp, although I'm not sure if there was much the hotel could do. Being so close to the seafront and having the wind flowing in just left a damp feel to the room. The bathroom could've been cleaner, there was a bath but I wouldn't have used it. It was ok for one night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Rente habitación con cama king y solo me dieron dos almohadas, éramos 3 huéspedes y al solicitar dos almohadas más me comentaron que no tenían más solo las que estaban en la habitación, el elevador no funcionaba justo en el piso 2 y mi esposa embarazada tubo que usar las escaleras. La regadera muy sucia en la coladera y el aire se apagó a mitad de la noche. Terrible...
