- Tyler (10/5): - Great value and amenities. I loved my stay, but make sure you’re aware that it’s a love hotel. Might be a culture shock if you’re unaware.

- Madison (8/5): Good location, great staff and quiet stay! Would recommend. - Good location to shinjuku, and surrounding stations. Staff were attentive and provided exceptional support especially when we didn’t have an umbrella during a really rainy time. Very kind. They gave lots of free amenities (hair brush, tooth brush, face masks, water, etc). Lots of room in the hotel space. Bed was a bit stiff but overall still very good hotel.
- Shrai Pradhan (10/5): Amazing - Amazing rooms and great amenities. Location is superb as well.

- GORDON (10/5): Good value in a great location. - Great location, large room with excellent facilities. Nothing, all good.
- Lewis (10/5): Clean, huge rooms, value for money - Huge rooms, huge bathroom, very comfortable and private. Yes it’s a “love hotel” but who cares, great value for money. Due to being a love hotel everyone’s is very discreet so you don’t have to deal with crowds of people at check in times. Would stay again!

Tv do banheiro funcionava perfeitamente.
Muitas luzes e karaokê.
Bastante tomada USB e USB-C na cama.
Tem geladeira e microondas, isso é ótimo! Salva muito. Tinha chinelos disponíveis, pijamas e bastante toalha.

- irene (8/5): - Room size. The amenities included were amazing (lotions, soap, face cream, set for straightening and curling your hair, etc). The massage armchair was a godsend after a day of walking around! There was un unpleasant smell in the bathroom room. It could as well begin from the street, so we didn't complained. Otherwise the room exceeded our expectations
- Thomas (8/5): - Geräumiges bestens ausgestattetes Zimmer in fussläufiger Lage zum Bahnhof
- Alon (10/5): -
- Emily (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Tokyo and a great room! - When I first arrived I was apprehensive of staying in a "love hotel" and thought it was a bit seedy. All of the entrances are covered and downstairs, and the check in staff are behind frosted glass so you can't see them. I am happy to say that I loved our stay and did not find it seedy at all once we spent some time there. The room was large (which is why we booked) and beautiful in traditional Japanese style. The bed was comfy, everything as clean. It was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful if we ever needed anything. We didn't see or hear anything that wasn't exactly what you'd expect at any other hotel. You can definitely stay here even if you aren't looking for a "love hotel" experience. If you are looking for that they have a range of options you can try, certain channels on the TV, and a huge bath with lights, bubbles, and a tv haha, but all of that can easily be left up to you and ignored if it's not what you're there for!
I will definitely be recommending Hotel Perrier to anyone I know staying in Tokyo without kids. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and we had a non-smoking room. They did provide an air freshener spray for us to use and we used it a lot, but every time you entered the room you could still smell stale smoke
- Kayla (4/5): Not worth the money - Amenities were nice! Not like the pictures.
- Leo (10/5): -
- Anisha (8/5): - Comfortable but interesting interiors. Did not know the connotations behind it being a love hotel prior to booking Bathroom smelt musty with window closed, not much natural light
- Torrey (9/5): -
- Hana (8/5): Spacious, clean, comfy, central location and large comfy bed. - Good central location. Super close to a number of stations and the main part of Shinjuku. Spacious room and comfy bed. Complete black out window and soundproof so perfect for a sleep in. Big bathroom and loved the fact there was a hairdryer, straightener and lots of amenities. Having to leave the key at the front desk everytime we left the hotel. When we arrived they had no record of our payment even though we paid through booking.com. It got sorted out but was a bit stressful on arrival being told we hadn’t paid and having to wait around not knowing what was happening.
- Lordi (10/5): - Minimal interaction with staff. Over came language barrier easily.
- Marcela (8/5): -
- Brian (5/5): - Location How do I put this ,its a hotel that makes its money renting rooms by the hour 🤔, never seen staff ,reception is frosted glass with a 6 inch gap at bottom to get and hand in keys ,I have never stayed in a hotel that provided condoms beside the bed
- Dan (6/5): - Air conditioner was on full power and it was still hot at night. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable
- Jack-Douglas (10/5): - Massive room for Tokyo, a little unique in terms of leaving the hotel, but being a “love hotel” I guess you can expect things like that.
- Aidan (6/5): - First time using a love hotel. Entire experience felt “sketchy”. The hotel clerk is hidden behind a screen and you don’t see their face. Jacuzzi was nice. Location was nice. The room was nice but not clean. Our mattress had stains.

- USSVoyager (10/5): Brilliant Adults Only Hotel. - This is as the name states, an ADULTS ONLY hotel, so this is NOT the hotel for you if you are lugging your children all the way to Japan for a holiday. This is what is known in Japan as a 'Love Hotel' but in no way let this deter you as it is really not any different from any other hotel - even better as there are no noisy entitled kids screaming about with their irresponsible parents. The room is very spacious with space even for 2 large suite cases, and bathroom is exceptionally spacious: it has a large Jacuzzi with a waterproof TV screen with it, which comes in handy after a day's touring. It is also a combined wet room shower. The toilet is separate from this bathroom. The room comes with 2 fridges and a microwave, and also drawers for storage, which seems very rare in Japan. Staff are also extremely helpful and English is not a problem. It's also very central, close to Shinjuku train station, and in the centre of the entertainment district, but still very quiet Highly recommended.
- Daniel (6/5): - Good, quiet and inexpensive. In a great location for shopping and eating. Near train and subway lines. The room decor and furniture could use a little updating.
- Safira (8/5): Nice and clean hotel but only looks very vintage.but location is Good - Location is very nice. There’s a lot of mini market and restaurants Close by. 😍 amenities were amazing, they gave basically everything that you need. If you are a woman, you must be love it! 😍 Also the jacuzzi inside the room, really needs this after a long day exploring Tokyo. The room is to dark because we can’t really get the sun inside only lights. 🥲 Also there’s no toilet at the lobby. But maybe bcoz this is love hotel. 😜 Some ppl does’t really want to be seen at this kind of hotel. Maybe the local. 🥺

- Jerónimo (4/5): NO VOLVERÍAMOS, CLAUSTROFÓBICO Y SUCIO.
- Michael (9/5): Good hotel in a good area for walking into the heart of Shinjuku - Big room for Tokyo, lots of extras in the room , including a massage chair. Pillows not enough
- Akhyar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexie (6/5): - The massage chair in the room was broken. And the air conditioning unit was really old and didn’t really work. Staff there was really nice and polite and attempted to help in whatever way they could.
- Jon (10/5): - Ok so honestly, I thought the hotel was great. Spacious room, clean, and quiet.
There's obviously a reason it's adults only but if you aren't worried about that then it's a great place to stay for the price and location
- Charlie (8/5): Very good - It had everything you needed. Even the little extras like skincare lotions, face masks. Too much furniture in such a small space.
- Ashley (10/5): Don't overlook this hotel - Everything about this hotel was perfect. Nothing
- Roos (7/5): Decent value, you get what you pay for - The room is large and in a good location You kind of get what you pay for: it's cheap for such a big room in that area but the hotel definitely has a bit of a shady vibe and a lot of the facilities are older/poorly painted over etc
- Curtis (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very helpful and the location was amazing. By far the largest and most comfortable room we had during our stay in Japan. There was not anything we did not like.
- Trina (8/5): - Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the room initially smelling a bit like smoke (reserved a non-smoking room) and if the AC wasn’t super weak (too hot in the room half the time). The bed was pretty firm. Don’t be mistaken, this is definitely a love hotel - I wasn’t totally sure but didn’t really mind either way and yes, it is. lol. The bath and shower were incredible and the room had ample space. Karaoke in the room was fun too
- Ashley (10/5): Great Hotel - This hotel was so much better than I expected. Ended up staying an extra night. Staff all really helpful but the room was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and it was such a bonus getting free skin care sachets and use of straighteners and curlers in the room. The jacuzzi bathtub was such a nice touch. I will definitely be staying again when I visit. The room was slightly too hot but can't be helped at times.
- Kathryn (9/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable - Size of the rooms, amenities, close to a railway station, staff helpful Nothing
- Liana (7/5): Does the job, good location but a little dated. - The room was a great size and the toiletries were plentiful. The room was very clean. Our room had a very musty smell. We needed to keep the window open.
- Rob (10/5): Amazing and I wanna go again in same room it felt like a home - Loved the quirkiness and the massive tv and the cleaners did an amazing job each day Nothing I wish I stayed longer
- Janusz (9/5): Great price-to-value ratio in heart of Shinjuku. - Friendly and helpful staff.
Huge, clean rooms filled with everything we needed.
Good localization - close to the centre of Shinjuku.
Very comfy king-size bed and big jacuzzi with lighting options. Very loud AC - it's either sleep in hot temperature or in loud noise.
Couldn't get the karaoke machine to work.
Poor shower drainage.
- Yoel (9/5): Superb -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (6/5): As the name suggests, this is not a family oriented hotel so be aware before you book. - Its location and the size of the rooms. It really wasn’t fit for our purposes. Designed for a different style of clientele. Although the room and facilities were clean and very well presented, the beds were quite uncomfortable.
- Rene (10/5): Clean. Quite, spacious and centrally located. I'd stay here again. - Loved the soundproof walls and what a surprise of a huge jacuzzi tub with TV in the bath. Just think extra towel should be found in the room instead of having to request them, but that's a minor thing.
- Christopher (10/5): - Literally the most lovely hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Very cute, quaint. It was in a decent area (despite what everyone says. We loved it.) on our last night the hotelier brought us a bottle of champagne as a gift. We barely interacted with anyone but when we did to ask questions it was always a pleasure. Would stay again and will be recommending it to everyone who comes to Tokyo.
- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marlise (8/5): Very good - The room had great amenities, such as facial masks, hair straighteners, slippers, etc. It was quite spacious for the price, and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk from Golden Gai and central Kabukicho. It had a big tv with karaoke and lighting features, as well as a big bath with waterproof TV. The bed was rather small for two people and had a couch-like leather border that surrounded the mattress, which was uncomfortable to sleep on.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Prime location in Kabuchiko - Excellent location and a ten minute walking distance to Kabuchiko Tower, with direct bus to either Narita or Haneda. Room is clean with many amenities and separate area for toilet and shower. Very quiet location off the main street and there's a 7-11 just around the corner. Note this is a "love hotel" meant for short time stays but they also allow for overnights.
- Tony (10/5): - Great value if you are traveling with your significant other.
- Adam (8/5): Very good -
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Manuel (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay in the city
- Nathanial (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
Adult Only betyder nærmest bordel. Bliv væk.
- Jerod (10/5): - Good location. Large hot tub in room. Nice staff.
- Maria (8/5): Fantastic!!! Clean, friendly, close by all night life and nice size room. - Very clean and comfortable queen size bed that fit both my hubby and I (I’m a big girl lol) it was big enough to move around without a problem. Staff very helpful and friendly. The AC in our room wasn’t cooling enough during the day time but at nite it helped a bit more but that’s not a complaint since the location was great and the room was great.
- Korina (10/5): Just love this hotel - Location is perfect - everything in Kabukicho is within walking distance. True to photos. Having the massage chair was also perfect since we walked around a lot. The best smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The water the hotel uses is also free of minerals which makes the skin softer after every shower. Overall, will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Tokyo. Nothing
- Phuong (8/5): I won’t stay here again because of cigarette smell. - very spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. big bathroom and huge bathtub. smell cigarette smoke in the room. and no window to see outside .
