- Pia (4/5): Werde ich nicht mehr buchen - Die Betten und die Lage Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, kein Frühstück (obwohl es Hotel Garni heisst) kein Aufenthaltsraum, Licht kann nur bei der Tür ein-und ausgeschaltet werden. Bei Schlüsselabgabe hat die Rezeptionistin telefoniert, Schlüssel genommen, kein auf Wiedersehen nichts.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura durante un viaggio di lavoro a Lugano e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Accoglienza e Professionalità I proprietari sono stati estremamente cordiali e professionali. Non si sono limitati a gestire la camera, ma mi hanno supportato concretamente con consigli preziosi sulla città e sul mercato del lavoro locale, dato che ero lì proprio per cercare impiego. La loro disponibilità nel rispondere alle mie domande personali sul paese è stata davvero rara e molto apprezzata. La Stanza La camera è bellissima e moderna, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia è impeccabile, uno standard davvero elevato che fa sentire subito a proprio agio. Servizi e Comfort Non manca nulla: ho trovato tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, tra cui: Asciugamani freschi e morbidi. Kit di cortesia completo (shampoo, sapone, ecc.). Tutti i comfort essenziali per chi viaggia. In sintesi: Un’accoglienza calorosa in una cornice moderna e pulitissima. Se cercate un posto a Lugano dove sentirvi a casa, questo è quello giusto. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
