• Jesse (10/5): Great location, quite and spacious. - Great location on the Main Street, plenty of space, apt amenities and even though is right at the heart of the old town, the apt is quite and you hear no outside noise You share the patio and washer with the apt next door which is also an AirB&B owed by the same person, and if the other guests are not very clean and leave garbage laying around in the patio it may appear as it was you.

We were very happy with the apartment, but it's good to know it's situated in a lively neighborhood. It can be a bit noisy in the streets. But that's part of the location!

• TAIKI (8/5): 良いです！ - 旧市街にありとてもアクセスが良かった。 鍵を中に入れてしまい、鍵開けの人が来たのだが80ユーロの請求。それじたいはよかったのだが半分半分の請求との話だったのに全額払わされたのが少しもやっとした。 しかしながら自分のミスが招いたこと。日々勉強！ あと少し使用感がところどころあった。

• Fran (7/5): Excellent location . - Location Host was very helpful for arrival. Bathroom needs attention - leaking toilet - unsealed shower and it needs a good scrub. Seems like the shower problem was already there through some of the comments, so probably should’ve been addressed before the next guests. One towel per guest for 6 nights! More were coming, but never delivered.
• Oliver (8/5): Loved it, amazing place. - Amazing location. There is a hard court sports park directly behind the apartment, it is noisy but it only bothered me late afternoon. Noise from surrounding apartments but if you want to be in the old town this is what it’s like.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Great apartment in midst of centre of San Sebastián but also peaceful once inside. - Great location, well equipped, clean & comfortable All good - we knew in advance there was no parking outside the apartment so it meant a walk of about 8 minutes to a nearby public car park & of course, like most cities the expense of parking for 2 nights.

Was a little bit dark inside and the football pitch at the rear of the property was used until after 10 at night by kids who sometimes could be a little bit noisy. If you are going to be out late every night this won’t bother you at all.

Also if you’re coming in a car, it’s a 10 min walk to the property (to keep in mind if you have large luggage or strollers). There is also an annoying electrical unit sound all night in the main room which made it tough to sleep. We checked out a day early because of all these issues.

• Lyndsay (8/5): Fantastic Location - Great location very central in old town. It couldn't be better. Easy check in. Decent size rooms and very clean. Apartment needs a little TLC. A few things didn't work (fan in bedroom had switch removed, 1 toilet out of order, bedroom door hard to open/close, no cushions on sofa, taps hot/cold wrong way round.) just small things that let it down a little.

Eating out at different bars in area very nice. Easy walk to La Concha beach. Apartment darker than expected. The apartment close to a sport square, which can be noisy. Our weekend was in the regatta weekend. Saturday night extremely noisy.

• Rod (8/5): Spacious apartment right in the action in Old Town San Sebastian - Location was great right in the heart of the Old Town. Good space, even had a loft if you needed to accommodate more than 2 people Welcome wasn’t very welcoming. Felt like we were very much imposing by turning up. Bed was not good. Shared washing machine was often not available. Didn’t have a decent ironing board.

• Stephanie (10/5): Stylish and well located apartment - The location was perfect. In the old town and close to the beaches. The apartment was tastefully furnished and communication with the host was very good. Nothing to dislike, but a colander for the kitchen would have been useful.
• Vincent (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location in the old town. We were welcomed immediately when we arrived and shown around a - Amazing location. Plenty of space for us and our twin boys aged 11. Well stocked with almost everything we needed. The hot water seemed to ‘run out’ with the 4 of us taking showers. I actually had a cold shower on our first night so after that we strictly limited the time we spent in the shower to try to conserve the hot water.
• David (8/5): We enjoyed our stay but certain elements of the accommodation needed attention. - The location was good. The walls were very thin resulting in noise from the apartment above us. The drum of the shared washing machine was not functioning meaning that the clothes did not spin. The toilet seat was not fixed correctly.

The apartment was really cool and very comfortable, and had an elevator which was super helpful for the bags. Would definitely stay again Nothing

• Mark (9/5): A perfect place to stay if you want to experience all that San Sebastian has to offer. - The apartment was in a great central location. It was very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable It was very easy to contact someone if we needed help. On one evening, some local youths gathered in the playground beside the apartment and were noisy until 4am. Other than that, it was perfect.
• Joan (9/5): Loved it! - The host met us at the front door, despite pouring rain. She took us to the apartment, gave us the keys, and answered our questions. She was very responsive to our questions during our stay as well. The apartment is large and very cozy. There is also a loft which is handy.. There was a huge festival the night we arrived, which was noisy. Otherwise, the place was very quiet. It's extremely well located. It was wonderful to have a washing machine, but it's important to know that it is outside the apartment (but very closeby). So it can be a bit inconvenient to do laundry when it's raining. Also, there is no dryer, but many heating registers where you can hang clothing to dry. The stovetop is very small (2 elements) if you plan to do much cooking.

Hardly any toilet roll, husband had to climb into a loft space to get the heating to work! Exceptionally noisy, when the other apartments were occupied the WiFi didn’t work! The list is endless….!

• William (6/5): Pleasant - Location was perfect, & apartment was more than adequate. Contact person not very friendly. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes for her to turn up with a key No hot water on my second day,I waited for over 5 hours for it to be fixed. When I complained to my contact,I was told that I could go to a hotel which would be more expensive, & I could claim a refund I had no further contact with this person, & the rest of my stay was pleasant.
• James (5/5): Look elsewhere if you want to take a hot shower. - The location was perfect and the apt facility itself was quite nice. 1) There is practically no hot water! I was warned to reduce the water flow to have enough hot water for showers but even at the lowest practical level it was sufficient for no more than 2 minutes max. That is absurd for such prices. 2) There is no closet space whatsoever. So the only place to hang clothes is the hat rack in the living room. Also the map on the Booking.com site gives the location of the management company office, not the apt. And the management company does a rather poor job overall.

• Jocelyn (8/5): Very good - Nice décor with original art. High ceilings. Courtyard reducing noise is helpful. The location could not be more perfect. Leather couch is comfortable for two. There are actually several apartments in this complex that share the entry and communal washing machine. Ours was the furthest one back with enough windows for a small cross breeze. It also meant that we were right up against the public sports area behind us. At first the noise bothered me but it quickly became apparent it was mostly during the day, with kids playing and groups practicing music or singing. Since we ALWAYS travel with ear plugs in European cities, this was never a problem (plus we were only there Monday through Friday). You will also want an eye mask for this apartment since the public lights outside the windows are bright, and you will likely need the windows and blinds open for ventilation. Coffee service is not available in this town until 8 am at the earliest. The only coffee machine in the apartment is a tiny metal pot that goes on a burner that I did not know how to use. Beginning at 8 am there’s a tiny coffee-to-go shop straight down the street—pretty novel for this town. Do a search on “coffee near me” and you’ll find it. There’s no AC, so we found ourselves running the electric fan the whole time even in October. This created good white noise. I would not have been happy had it been much warmer, as it is also quite humid. Groceries are not far. We did not cook in the apartment but it did seem to have most of the basics including paper towels. There was hand soap in the bathroom but you’ll need your own shampoo. No Kleenex. Everything was very nice--thank you. Two things you will want to fix: the toilet is loose on its base and needs to be tightened back down or otherwise stabilized. It is very scary each time we sit down. Also I notice that it is running a tiny bit of water from the tank into the bowl, which is costing you unnecessary water. Finally I would suggest that you replace the shower door because the water that leaks out (no matter what we did) is very distressing for us as guests. It is also clearly creating mold and swelling wood, which you do not want. The mold in particular all across the bottom of the shower where it meets the floor is yucky and very easily got on the floor mat (which got soaked each time we showered). I would have liked a coffee maker drip style. This seems to me to be a major lack.

• Karsen (7/5): Great location. Has the basics you need for a stay but nothing more. Needs a deep clean - wear flipflops in the bathroom - Great location on the door step of the old town. Had everything we needed and lots of space which was great. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Mould and dirty grout was everywhere in the bathroom. Staff member who greeted us was very abrupt and rude, didn’t want to answer little questions we had about the apartment and area. Front door didn’t lock properly, felt insecure.

• Kenneth (10/5): Great old town and superb vistas! - Old town of San Sebastion, where walking to everything of interest was very easy. Great beaches and views in all directions, from the sea scape to the mountains behind San Sebastion.
• Chris (7/5): Good - Central location right in the middle of the old town. Quiet environment given the location. The apartment was very dark. The bathroom needed some attention. It was clean but in need of a better shower and shower cubicle which wasn't really water tight.

• Maryana (9/5): Lovely town that caters to different interests. - Lovely property in a great location right in the heart of old town, close to the beach and lovely walks and beautiful churches. The apartment was wonderfully clean and fresh and nice decoration throughout. Beautiful sandy beach , where we swam early in the morning! Bliss. As other reviewers have noted it can be very noisy despite the excellent double glazing. The property backs onto well used courts and happy people enjoyed bouncing balls / playing hand ball to late into the evening. The town is beautiful and the council clearly puts in a lot of effort into clearing up after the evening revellers - so a positive in many ways!

• Jeffries (9/5): We loved the location and the accommodations and would rent this apartment again on a future visit. - This is a perfect location in the heart of Old Town - it is a 10 minute walk to all 3 beaches and most restaurants are also that close. Since it is a rear apartment we did not have noise from the street and bars. The elevator was a nice convenience and the updated kitchen was great. We had 3 floor fans and one ceiling fan in the main area. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was not working but the floor fans were fine.
