• Rayna (8/5): Близка и удобна дестинация до столицата с много добри условия за спа почивка и разходка - Хареса ни местоположението на хотела (в самия център на града), големината на стаята, храната, резервните хавлии. Последното е важно, защото сме били в друг 4-звезден хотел, в който 4 дни се наложи да ползваме едни и същи влажни хавлии. Дребни детайли биха подобрили много условията: телевизор и във втората стая на апартамента и малко шкафче, сушилня за хавлиите, часовник в спа-зоната. малко повече закачалки и/или столове в спа-зоната, където да се поставят хавлиите, термометър за водата, информационна табела със състав и показания на водата. Има пространство - може да се оборудва и солна стая. А за условията за спа процедури от гостите (не като плувен басейн за тренировки) водата може да е с 1-2 градуса по-топла. Неудобство е липсата на безплатен паркинг към хотела.

• Ilkin (1/5): Total disappointment - Nothing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There was a persistent water leak in the bathroom coming from the toilet. I reported it twice and asked for it to be somehow fixed, but no action was taken. Communication was also difficult, as almost all of the staff speak only Bulgarian. Only occasionally was there a younger staff member present who had limited English skills. The breakfast was beyond disappointing: options were very limited, and at one point there was even moldy bread (which they immediately removed when I pointed it out). Cleanliness was another issue. The room was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping only came after I asked reception twice. Even then, basic amenities like soap were not replenished (unless I asked for them) . Overall, the stay fell far below acceptable standards for any hotel, let alone 4-star hotel.
• Roberta (7/5): C'è di peggio ma anche di meglio - L' hotel è ben arredato, stanze accoglienti anche se deve essere richiesta la pulizia quotidiana... poi devi avere fortuna di trovare asciugamani e accappatoio puliti. Il centro benessere è accogliente ma sauna e bagno turco vengono accesi a richiesta... Non sempre si ha tempo di aspettare per la giusta temperatura Il personale in reception non parla inglese. La prima mattina... nessuna traccia della colazione prevista nel prezzo... poi hanno rimediato ma con fatica! Se non sei troppo pretenzioso la sistemazione va bene... altrimenti cambia hotel!

• Andria (1/5): The worst experience with a hotel - Everything was really wrong Not clean, there were spiders around the windows, the smell was really bad and the rooms were humid. The bedsheets were dirty with blood spots on it. Even the buttons on the elevator didn’t work, without signs of the floors. We stayed only for the night and we left the next morning for one other hotel. When i mentioned to the receptionist the problems, didn’t say anything! Was the worst experience i ever had in a hotel room! My mistake was that i underestimated the reviews!

• Marina (6/5): Добра локация ,но неприятни изненади - Локацията Банята беше с запушен канал и без вентилация.Места за паркиране НЯМА!Пише ,че местата са ограничени ,но такива няма!Паркира се зад хотела ,има зона и търсиш служител от Градска мобилност за да си платиш.Платихме 5евро за петък(от 12 .00 до 17.00) ,6 за събота(от 9.00 до 15.00).Ако си за седмица ,по 1 евро на час излиза доста неприятно!

• Асенка (4/5): - Хареса ми това, че е на центъра Не ми хареса стаята, не беше много чиста. Не ми хареса закуската, много малко неща имаше. Цената е доста висока, която изобщо не отговаря на нищо в хотела. Също така запазихме тройна стая, която помолих да сменим на двойна, тъй като едното дете се контузи и не можеше да пътува. Любезно бяхме уведомени, че няма проблем да я сменим за двойна. Когато отидохме се оказа, че въобще не е сменена и цената си е останала същата. Беше ни обяснено, че не можело да се смени цената, защото сме били запазили през други сайтове, а не през тях.

• Атанасова (1/5): - The employees and SPA. The management- poor and awful attitude towards the guests. The music in the restaurant was hired after 10 p.m. and the guests couldn't rest. If you complain about it, the management is arugant.

• Arie (6/5): Имах добър престой. - Закуската беше добра. Местоположението - отлично. Добри условия за сън. Стаята и банята са чисти. Очаквах според описанието акватоничен басейн. Такъв няма. Паркирането е кошмарно през почивните дни. Хубава и слънчева тераса, но неизползваема, защото лоби бара не работи (май така е отдавна)

• Михаела Занева (7/5): Чудесна почивка - Местоположението е чудесно и храната беше много вкусна. Леглото беше много удобно. Леко е западнал. Нямаше отопление по общите коридори. Няма топла вода на душовете в СПА центъра. Не беше достатъчно топло в стаята и миришеше в стаята от кухнята.

• Lyubka (1/5): - Отидохме единствено заради това, че в хотела има спа център. Въпреки, че като изживяване беше лошо за нас, си личеше старанието на персонала за хотела. Но не мога да пропусна лошото осветление в спа центъра и в хотела, в който работеше единствено джакузи, парна баня и басейн. Имаше места в Спа центъра, които бяха затворени от здравната инспекция. Ужасно шумно, а бяхме отишли за уикенда да си починем. Два дни не съм спала от музиката и силния бас в ресторанта на първия етаж, предвид това че бяхме на третия етаж. Леглото ми се тресеше до два и половина през нощта докато долу се чуваха поздрави и викове. Имаше гости, които пушеха в стаите си и миришеше в нашата баня и стая. Стените и вратите са много тънки и се чуваха разговорите на съседните стаи и в коридора. Закуската бедна, мноого бедна. Дистанционното на телевизора в стаята не работеше. Първата вечер умряхме от студ, даже човекът с мен спа с дрехите и халата за спа, защото нямаше допълнителни завивки. Имаше по една много тънка завивка на човек. Сутринта на закуска чух и други хора да се оплакват от същото. Голяма база и отвън изглежда много добре, но вътре ужас. Не бих повторила никога повече. Съвет към хората, които го управляват - просто спрете да предлагате нещо, което не може да си позволите.

• Kiril (10/5): - Наистина УАУ. За разлика от другите хотели в околността, цената на този въобще не е надута. СПА зоната е наистина уникална и просторна, а и сме на самия център на града. Бих го препоръчал.

• Savvas (9/5): My stay was excellent. I will definitely stay there when I visit again. - The location was amazing. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very nice. The spa was really nice. The Jacuzzi was excellent. There was also a warm pool. It was easy to get to the spa directly via the elevator. The breakfast was not that good. On weekdays there was no cornflakes and no juice. Sometimes there was omelet and sometimes not. The coffee was not good. The staff was polite but did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate.

The 2 bedroom apartment we booked / paid for, was not available on arrival which was very stressful and although with children we had to accept separate rooms. Poor breakfast choice.

Беше малко шумно поради празниците за 24 май.ю Няма частен паркинг на хотела. Зад хотела има общински паркинг, който не е голям. В почивни и празнични дни е безплатен, но през седмицата се заплаща.ю

• Romane (3/5): Extremely disappointed, it’s a scam. - Location : center, next to everything. It is a SCAM. No value for money. Poor rooms, cheap towels, cheap bedsheets. Cheap breakfast (1st day was without breakfast lol), plastic plates, plastic cups. Spa is dirty and eery. No equipment, no room service. This is Not a 4 star hotel. This is a corrupted place that stays open online cause someone’s paying for it. Don’t go there it is NOT worth it.

• Gergana (9/5): Relaxing, pleasant and convenient! - Mineral water in your room from every tap! This is priceless. I was surprised by some of the comments below. Yes it smells the water but it is mineral! It needs a little looking after but nothing that would spoil your stay.

• Люба (5/5): The cost per night was way too high for the quality of the stay. - The furniture and the interior design were nice. The exterior architecture is super. The location is the best in the city. The breakfast was more than poor. The receptionist opened the spa for us and subsequently the sauna was unusable. The spa smelled strange. We had half a roll of toilet paper from the beginning of our stay, we asked for more and they promised to come and give us but this never happened. It was not perfectly clean. There were no solid curtains taking into consideration that the hotel is exactly in the centre of the city. The bathroom is always wet even after a whole night after shower. Considering the price of the hotel room, we expected a high quality service which was non-existing.

The staff didnt speak a word of english, they had to call other people on the phone just to communicate the basics with us. Water from shower and sink smelled like sewage, we didn't even shower. We washed our hands with water from supermarket. And we couldn't even tell the staff because the next day again no one understood english. All in all a bad experience for the money paid.
