Guests are required to provided Photo ID containing a date of birth to check in. Passport, Driving License & National ID only accepted. The Credit card provided must match the name and details of the booking and is required to be presented on arrival. Alchohol is only permitted in the groud floor area of the Hostel Please note that towels are charged at EUR 2 each. For group bookings of 3 people or more, a refundable security deposit may be required of €25 per person. This is payable on arrival by cash or credit card and is fully refundable on departure, subject to adherence to house rules. For Groups of 8 or more different booking policies and terms apply. A 25% non refundable deposit is required on Booking and outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks in advance of arrival. All payments are Non Refundable. Please note that photo IDs are required at check-in and must display the date of birth. All persons under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in dorm rooms. There a maximum stay policy of 7 Nights. We do not offer long term accommodation. All other bookings are charged up to 3 days in advance of arrival. Failed Payment can result in the reservation being cancelled.

- Elena (6/5): Budget hostel with a need of improvement - The hostel looks nice and modern, location is super nice, very close to the city center. The room was warm and provided for the very basic needs of a traveler on a budget. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to store food and cook your own meals. They have a free luggage room where you can leave your things after check-out. The room was too small for the number of beds installed in there. It had like 9 beds and even since we had only 7 people (2 beds were not occupied), it was still super crowded. The room had an en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower inside), but it was close to impossible to get in there in the mornings when everyone was taking a shower. They had an additional bathroom on the floor with 2 extra toilets and 1 shower, that was helpful, but still you had to wait for the shower. In the morning they provided breakfast, but it was close to nothing - just porridge, bread and coffee/tea. No meat or cheese. No towels or padlocks provided. Lockers were big metal cages under the bed, not comfortable to use at all. It was big enough to fit my bag, but not for big suitcases.

- Alba (7/5): Normal - Por el precio, la habitación está bien. Eramos un grupo de tres y no tuvimos que compartir habitación con nadie más, estábamos solos. Los baños no estaban limpios. Las duchas estaban sucias y no sé si hubo algun problema, pero la cadena no funcionaba. El desayuno un caos, muchísima gente a la vez y la calidad deja mucho que desear. Unas tostadas con un café o zumo imposible de beber.

Malgré ce que je n' ai pas apprécié, nous avons bien déjeuné (ok le porridge ce n' est pas pour moi 😁) et je remet un 👍 pour le personnel. Je trouve que l' établissement est légèrement vétuste. au moins pour la chambre que nous occupions(13) . La VMC est pleine de poussière. Les toilettes et la douche étaient très vétustes et la propreté était légère.(Une rénovation serait pas mal).. dommage qu'on ne puisse pas ouvrir les fenêtres cela a créé de l' humidité.

- Beverley (10/5): Amazing, 2nd stay, would definitely stay again - It’s an amazing place, my 2nd time staying and I loved it even more than last time, it’s in a central location, you get free tea and coffee all day, a breakfast is included every morning, you have use of fridges so you can buy your own food to save money on eating out, the staff are very pleasant and always on hand to help, Kate, Connor and Francesca were the staff I spoke to and interacted with and they all are really lovely and are one the main reasons I come back and stay here because they make you feel welcome always, I will definitely be back to stay again

The facilities were very good, with a large kitchen and a great free breakfast in the morning. Staff were all warm, friendly and very helpful; Kate was a fountain of knowledge about the history and places to visit in the city. A secure covered area for storing bicycles would be helpful

Nous avions réservé 2 lits (bon couchage) dans une chambre pour 6 qui s'est transformée en 10 donc moins cool pour la tranquillité. L'emplacement est parfait a à peine 10 minutes du centre à pied. la panne d'ascenseur quand on est au 3ème...avec les bagages!

- Jana (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were bright and welcoming. I especially liked how spacious it was – there was plenty of room, so it never felt cramped. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely come back!

- Ionata (7/5): - Buona posizione. Stanza spaziosa e con bagno in camera. Ambiente molto carino, soprattutto negli spazi in comune, in cucina c'era sempre una musica molto piacevole. Colazione molto semplice ed essenziale ma super apprezzata. Il soda bread era super!!! La prima sera non c'era acqua calda e non erano stati messi cartelli per avvisare, me ne sono accorta solo mentre ero sotto la doccia a gelare. Ho girato tutto l'ostello in cerca di una doccia calda ma senza successo e alla reception non mi hanno saputo dire molto.

- Rodrigo (2/5): Not worth the stay - Friendly staff The room was very uncomfortable, with very small bathroom and a very bright green light on the ceiling right below one of the beds that would not allow for a comfortable night sleep. The location was also quite disappointing and felt unsafe to walk at night.

- Lucrezia (8/5): Great staff and facilities - The hostel was in a good position. The breakfast was free and with a good variety of foods (mainly sweet). Also the resting areas and the other facilities provided were good. The staff was kind and always available. If you are traveling with the car the parking is not provided, but there's parking near the hostel. One parking is near the lidl and it's free from 6:30 pm to 8:00 am.

The people working at the reception are friendly, especially the guys in the evening/ night shifts (great taste in music as well 🤘)! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Wish there was an option with less people in the female dormitory (we were 9). The breakfast is pretty plain, would be great to add a plant-based milk option and some savoury spreads to put on bread as there was only jam available.
- Maulivier (7/5): Idéal pour profiter du centre de Galway - Localisation idéale, à quelques centaines de mètres de la fameuse Quay Street. Établissement très propre,, cuisine commune propre et bien équipée. Très bien sécurisé et présence de personnes à l'accueil 24/24. Nous avons séjourné un samedi soir et à part quelques claquements de porte vers 1h du matin, nuit et réveil très calmes. C'est une auberge de jeunesse, donc confort minimaliste, serviettes de toilette en supplément... et la lumière verte (équipement de sécurité) au plafond toute la nuit. Par rapport aux prix dont nous avons l'habitude en France et pays limitrophes, très cher par rapport à la prestation (mais bien moins cher que tout ce qu'on avait trouvé d'autre au centre de Galway).

- Karolina (9/5): - Location was great, breakfast was great, personnel was awesome and very helpful. Truly amazing hostel. We rented a private bedroom for 3 people. It was very very tiny, hard to get around bed. The shower could use a renovation and what triggered me was the window. There was a tiny window high up in the ceiling but I very much appreciated that I could remotely control it. That was great. Otherwise the room would not be good for claustrophobics. If I stayed one more night I think I would go insane. But I bet other rooms are better! For that price it is still awesome.
