- Mercedes (7/5): maravillosa - el desayuno excelente, estilo inglés la ubicación estupenda a 5 minutos de la catedral la habitación tenia buen tamaño El personal muy bien, sobre todo Charlotte, nos explicó un montón de sitios para visitar y comer en la ciudad. Lo único que no me ha gustado han sido las escaleras para acceder al establecimiento. Soy una persona de edad avanzada y me costaba subirlas, pero viajaba con una sobrina de 18 años y ella las subía corriendo 😊

My room was on an interior courtyard and was quiet. There is also a small in room safe. The property is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator so it would not be a good fit if someone has mobility issues.

- ZIAZEVA (10/5): Если будет возможность - обязательно сюда вернемся! - Однозначно рекомендую! Моя любовь! Самое восхитительное место в Италии, где мы жили в отпуске. Очень много картин, очень уютно и романтично. На завтрак кофе, сок и выпечка, украшенная свежими фруктами - вкуснее не ела. Приносят на красивом подносе, завтрак на красивом столике под окном в комнате - романтика) На входе есть холодильник с питьевой водой - берите сколько выпьете, есть кофемашина, но мы не пользовались. Девушка при заселении подробно рассказал что к чему и дала карту с рекомендациями и где покушать и что увидеть (у нас было 4 дня только). Пиццерия по ее рекомендациям на мой взгляд самая вкусная, что я ела. Если нужен ранний завтрак - по договоренности с кафе в соседнем доме его вам организуют (вы ничего не платите, если у вас завтрак в отеле оплачен). Рядом железнодорожный вокзал, что очень удобно, когда путешествуешь на поезде. Если будет возможность - обязательно сюда вернемся! Крутые ступеньки для подъема, т.к. не на первом этаже. Нам было не принципиально, но если у вас будет громоздкий багаж и вы ограничены в движениях - присмотрите другой вариант. Ровно под окнами очень популярный бар с почти наивысшей отметкой по отзывом - сами понимаете, что молодежь там отдыхает не тихо.

Le rapport qualité prix est cher, on paye surtout la localisation, le petit déjeuner inclus était en dessous de ce qu'on attendait pour un petit déjeuner inclus, des petites améliorations a prévoir surtout cpte tenu du prix payé par nuit de 160euros environ. A noté l'accessibilité au 3e etage avec un escalier particulièrement étroit et marches haute qui peut mettre en difficulté certaines personnes.

- David (10/5): If you're coming to Florence, this place is very hightly recommended - - we wanted a good place to stay close to the Duomo - a tall order since so many people are looking for exactly the same thing. We were amazed that our T-2 tram line from the airport put us just 8 minutes walk away from Via Del Sole 7! Charlotte sent us regular updates and directions on finding and how to get in the building. Everything worked like clockwork. The Breakfast was "over-the-top" - delicious and more than we could ever eat. Our private room was perfect - it even had my name (David) taped on the door. We all walked many miles each day, and coming home to our flat was always such a relief. Oh, and our best dinner in our 4 day stay was only 2 doors down the road. Can't ask for better than that! In Florence, as in so many other European big cities, there are always lots of stairs to go up and down. This hotel was no different, and we were accustomed to it. So, to say we "didn't like all the stairs" is really being unrealistic. So I'll leave it at that :-)

Рядом хороший супермаркет. В номерах есть все, что нужно. Есть, где положить чемоданы. Кровать мягкая, удобная. Круглосуточно доступны чай и кофе. Завтраки хозяйка готовит сама и приносит в номер после того, как не об этом попросить. Вообще, Шарлотта очень доброжелательная и внимательная. Делает все, чтобы проживание было комфортным.

Esta en todos los detalles La habitación es super cómoda, la cama es lejos la mejor en la que dormí en mi vida (y eso que estuve enferma varios dias) El baño tiene calentador de toallas y ducha escocesa que ayuda mucho después de caminar 20mil pasos al dia. El desayuno es nivel dios: sándwich y cornettos riquísimos El lugar aparte cuenta con cafetera y tetera para tomar infusiones en cualquier momento del día. Al igual que agua fresca Lo único a remarcar que en mi caso no me resultó negativo, es que son 3 pisos por escalera. Para tenerlo en cuenta Nada. Impresionante alojamiento

The breakfast was abundant. Coffee machine available and some cutlery. Also a small fridge in the room. It is an old building so no elevator (can get a bit tough with the bags). The room is a bit small, though functional enough.

Colazione ottima e servita in camera. Se proprio devo fare un appunto ad una struttura quasi perfetta, direi due cose: la prima che la struttura si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore ma normale credo in un palazzo storico; la seconda che le finestre non sono perfettamente insonorizzate e al sabato sera un po' di macello da centro città si sente.

- Amanda (10/5): Better than Expected. - It was nicer than I expected with going by the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything one might expect from B&B accommodation was available. The breakfast was excellent. Beautifully presented, accompanied by a selection of fresh fruit. Communication was good in anticipation of our arrival. Charlotte welcomed us and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideally central for rail travel and the main attractions. It's easy to miss the door to the third floor hotel (look out for the wine shop next door). The stairwell up to the hotel is unwelcoming, but keep the faith, it will be worth it. The shower has many functions. Set the control knob between 10 and 11 o'clock if you want to use the hand held head only and avoid surprises.

The breakfasts were tasty and there was plenty of coffee. Liked that the shower was not slippery. Also, the location was close to the train station and the main attractions. The accommodation was on the 3rd floor which would be difficult for people with a lot of luggage.

Alberto, el dueño, fue encantador y extremadamente atento en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. Las instalaciones estaban muy cuidadas y cómodas, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para una experiencia agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable: a pocos minutos del Duomo y cerca de todos los puntos de interés, lo que nos permitió movernos con total facilidad. Y lo mejor de todo: los desayunos que preparaba Alberto cada mañana. Eran espectaculares —abundantes, deliciosos y presentados con muchísimo mimo—, sin duda un detalle que hizo nuestra visita aún más especial. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

The matress in the room, too soft. The problem with the heater in our first night there (sorted afterwards). Just a note, the property is in a 3rd floor without lift, if you are planning to go there with a heavy bag, think better ...

- Douglas (9/5): Great property in heart of Florence, stay for the breakfast! - Niccolo was superb host! He makes an awesome breakfast served straight to your room!! No AC, so if you want some kind of air circulation you need to open windows, with no screens, which is probably typical across Europe, but we awoke at 5am with mosquitos (full of blood)… had a great time otherwise! But disrupted sleep is not ideal! 😢

- Michalios (5/5): Could have been better - Breakfast was excellent and the receptionist was kind and helpful. Our fridge didn't work at all during our stay neither got replaced after we flagged it 2 times. Storing stuff like medicine, beverages and food is essential for a good stay. The mattress was extremely soft. So much so that you would sink towards the center and have difficulty moving. Also the hairdryer wasn't good, It stopped working for at least 15 minutes after pushing the button for 5 times that lasted only 5 seconds, making it impossible to dry our hair.

- Mariela (10/5): Excelente - Todo. Es el alojamiento perfecto, tanto la hubicacion como las instalaciones, no podría haber encontrado algo mejor. Está a 10 min andando de la estación de tren y a 5 min andando del centro. La habitación estaba súper limpia, quedamos encantados con el baño y todos los detalles ( jabón, crema, acondicionador…), ofrecen un desayuno fantástico y te lo traen a la habitación. El personal fue súper amable, proporcionando consejos y guardando las maletas el día del check out. Si vuelvo a Florencia intentaré volver alojarme allí. Todo estaba genial, el único pero quizá es que no haya ascensor, en mi caso no fue un problema, pero si tienes movilidad reducida sería un inconveniente.

- Lucía Florencia (10/5): Hospedaje practico y hermoso - La ubicación es excelente. La atención desde la llegada es amable y cálida. La limpieza de la habitación , la comodidad de la cama , todos los elementos de higiene necesarios y más. No nos queríamos ir!

- Mihnea (9/5): Delicious and very walkable! - The breakfast was delightful! The property is in the city centre, so we walked everywhere. When we did day trips, we walked to the train station or the main bus station. I would really recommend it if you are someone who enjoys walking around and wants to avoid public transport. Also, our host was amazingly kind and recommended some great spots in Florence, including restaurants and non-touristic places. The building is a bit older, so it is not very well insulated. This means that if you are someone who is sensitive to noise, you might want to have a look at properties outside the city centre. We were also unfortunate to be there when reparation work was being done for the building across the street, so it was really loud (thus take my review with a grain of salt). However, our host even apologised for that, but it wasn't her fault, nor was there anything we could do, except wake up at 7-8 every morning
