• Barbara (8/5): 4 giorni di svago in giro per Roma - Struttura comoda ad 1 km dalla stazione termini a 500 MT dalla fermata metro Manzoni. Stanza accogliente pulita bagno piccolo ma con doccia comoda. Colazione con prodotti confezionati dolce/salato in cucina condivisa con altre camere. Consigliata per visitare città turistica. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco Materasso comodo ma molto rigido

• Patricia (6/5): Très bon séjour Rome est à voir - Aucun personnels, à l’arrivée porte de l’immeuble fermé, il a fallu attendre sous la pluie que quelqu’un entre dans l’immeuble pour y pénétrer. Un interphone mais pas d’interlocuteur, on téléphone personne ne décroche mais message en anglais. Dans la chambre odeur d’égout qui remonte du lavabo, lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas. Un jour en rentrant de balade on a retrouvé notre porte ouverte… Petit déjeuner très moyen, à notre départ il ne restait que 1 beurre pour 2 . Bouteilles de lait dont on ne sait pas depuis combien de temps c’est ouvert… Par contre la literie était très bien.

• Palina (8/5): Good place for a reasonable price - Good location near train station. There are metro and supermarkets nearby. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff. You can easily say that the owner cares about their guests. I’ve noticed a lot of small details that other b&bs often miss like free water in your room that was refilled, toothbrush holder, kitchen towel, etc. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my stay. You can hear trains passing by. The shower was a bit moldy. The mattress was hard.

There was barely any space to open my suitcase in the room or for me to use the basin in the bathroom comfortably. There was mould in the bathroom as well. It is really just a place to lay your head and nothing else.

Egy dolog volt csak,hogy a villamos közvetlen az ablak előtt megy el,és behallatszik a zaj,de én jól alszom

• IDB (6/5): Nice. Close to the Metro. - Breakfast was included, and the breakfast supplies were left out all day. That was a nice bonus. The room was small but with lovely high ceilings and windows that could be opened. A refrigerator was a nice touch. There was a persistent, musty aroma. I suspect the ensuite was retrofitted and is not drying properly.

• Fdir (10/5): Worth it - Everything was excellent — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The shared kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom was spotless. The location is convenient: about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and just 5 minutes to the metro. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. cleanness

We had everything we needed, Andrea was very kind to us. The only thing that may be bothersome for people sensitive to noise is the fact that you can hear the tram when it passes and for my taste I would have preferred some firmer pillows: D. Otherwise, everything was more than perfect for our needs. I recommend! Very good location with shops, restaurants and means of transport close by.

No sign outside, so a bit of a challenge getting in ( cell Phone with good service a must). Lock box with keys hard to see, I have a challenge with my eyesight at night and the dials on the box were heavily worn. No elevator to second floor

Perdía agua el inodoro no para afuera sino las bien era como que no paraba ni cortaba de correr agua como un goteo . No funcionaba el wifi y no hay señal adentro de la habitación no del hotel . No del edificio. La zona era de terror y ciencia ficción. Y el desayuno de medio pelo para abajo . Tiene habitaciones mejores que la que me tocó a mi . Pero igual la zona es terrorífica.

It's usually at 12:00 PM, but I've stayed in places where it's at 11:00 AM, but never at 10:00 AM. My train left at 12:00 PM and I asked to check out at 11:00 AM, and they said no. They have absolutely no empathy or friendliness towards their customers. The explanation was that they had to clean for the next guest, but all we know that check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. They don't know how to treat customers, they have no empathy

L'ascensore era apribile con chiave che non c'è stata fornita. La camera molto piccola diversamente da quanto sembra dalle foto pubblicate da loro. Arredamento malandato. Polvere ovunque e assenza di bidet. A nostra disposizione una bottiglia d'acqua di ignota provenienza con muffa lungo il tappo. Gentile la proprietaria a cui ho fatto presente la situazione.

• Brooke (10/5): - We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and had a small fridge. In the kitchen, there was a great variety of breakfast options. It is conveniently located near the train station and is walkable distance to main attractions in Rome. The check-in process was smooth and communication with staff was easy. I would definitely stay here again if I am back. Nothing :)

• Michael (2/5): NO ELEVATOR ACCESS - The breakfast space was nice. I restaurant right below on the corner was awesome. Operator met us on the ground floor and told us the elevator was broken. Which turned out to be a lie. He helped with one of our bags but we had to lug them upstairs. I specifically chose lodging with a lift because we had elderly travel companions. Turns out, in the morning when we were leaving, a resident ion the building used his key to call the elevator for us. So either the hotel operator doesn't pay for elevator access, of didn't want to come meet us in the morning to help us use it. The beds were cheap and hard as a rock.

Felt very unsafe and could not go by on foot because it would have been un safe. Slept 1 evening because I could not go out of the B and B due to the circumstances! Had to rebook the next day and was money lost!
