Abdallah (9/5): It was Excellent - I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Agava in Tbilisi. The hotel itself was quite comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and a friendly, accommodating staff. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I enjoyed the amenities provided. Very friendly reception staff. However, one downside I encountered was the lack of restaurants nearby. While the hotel offered great service, dining options within walking distance were limited. Additionally, I found it a bit inconvenient that there was no money exchange office on the premises, making it necessary to travel a bit further to find one. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Hotel Agava for anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay in Tbilisi.

Randall (6/5): Don't expect good treatment here. - We returned to Hotel Agava for another two-night stay. I must now downgrade the good review I gave them on Dec. 4. Once again, the biggest problem was their refusal to honor my request for 3:30pm check-out, despite the fact that the hotel was almost empty. I had requested this at the time of my reservation on Hotels.com, explaining that we had a long wait before our train. This was summarily refused. On neither two-night stay did we receive any housekeeping. Very disappointing. This is a good facility with a front-desk person totally insensitive to the needs of elderly people.

Comfortable and rightly located accessible to all major attractions Welcome was great, however there was no registration as such nor any receipts provided for the money we paid for the hotel stay. One staff member spoke English, but all were nice. I was disappointed that breakfast was not available, and that high prices were charged for instant coffee. I went to the lobby on the morning of departure to request a late checkout, but there was nobody available with English so I could not do so. When I returned later, the English-speaker refused my request because I had not asked earlier. I had to sit in the lobby for four hours before my train,when the hotel was almost empty. Not appreciated.

JESSE (8/5): Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Tbilisi - We were just using the hotel for 1 night in Tbilisi before we embarked on a road trip. For that purpose, the hotel was good. The room was comfortable and cabs could easily access it. If you are looking to explore Tbilisi, you will have to take cabs down to the old town. The room was comfortable and spacious.
