They lied to us about the house.

- Danitza (2/5): Unpleasant and tricked - We pay in full for this rental a little more than 1 month prior to our trip that was as the best accommodation for our group. And 3 days previous to pur arrival, we got a message that they were canceling the rental because oh a house's pipe repair. Also they mentioned were giving us full regund of the charges. Now, 16 days layer still we have not received the refund on the cancelled rental that they did at the very ladt moment. This was very stressful and still does. They have not responded any email message yet either. Service is so bad. We are very unpleasant and feel tricked.
- Christopher (4/5): - First off, getting off of the highway onto 27 wasn't ideal and there is always a traffic back up or accident. Arrived at the house which seemed like a nice neighborhood. Didn't find out the refrigerator was not working until we arrived and it was warm. At least they put a small refrigerator in the hallway for us to use... not enough room in it for the groceries we purchased. Messaged about the fridge and THEN was advised that they were waiting for a part...not before we arrived. Pillows were old and stained in the master. No pillow covers on them. Only 2 on each bed(not a major issue, but not a plus for this place). Found a live cockroach in the master shower. Sheets felt like there was sand in them. Screen house over the pool had numerous missing screens which led to numerous bugs and little lizards in the pool. Numerous little ants located on the counter in the kitchen. One bedroom has a ceiling fan light with no way to turn the fan on. Master bath had some damage on the bottom of the vanity, probably from a water issue.

Reached out again after we checked out and was told by Alexis in reservation support that i would receive my refund between 7-12 days. Reached out again because i had to have my card replaced and wanted to give them the new card info so the refund could be sent to the new card and nobody responded. Then i reached out to expedia and they’re telling me they cannot do anything. The rentals united properties only responding to expedia and yet Expedia telling me there’s nothing they can do i must contact the property that refuses to respond to me myself. This was the worst vacation ever and i would not recommend rentals united properties to nobody because all they care about is taking your money. Dont waste your time booking here because they dont care how you spend your vacation as long as you can pay

Being a home owner myself there was a few things very noticable that I thought could of been fixed before our stay the shower in master bedroom we did not use ! Water was back flowing up pipes .sink in master bed room left one plug we could not get it to open !! The kitchen sink faucet is not right it moves all over the place an the pool pump never shut off during our stay my wife took the time to clean the pool !! But that's minor to how we enjoyed our stay I'm truly thankful I could bring my family together I travel for work so it was nice thank you !!!

- Regina (8/5): - PROS: nice area, nice home with plenty of room for our party. Quiet area. CONS: Not located in advertised are. Pictures not accurate. House advertised has pool in pictures and is a house. DUPLEX given and no pool. Not in close proximity to theme parks. After driving 14 hours to get there wasn’t interested in the hour drive to get to Theme parks. Drive is shorter on toll roads with less…. Rented house but given a duplex. Should have been told this. Family had concerns when arriving and someone was sitting outside the door. Notification that home was duplex instead of house we rented would have prevented these concerns. Community pool was in a different community away from ours. If going just to get away this is nice quiet area, away from everything. NOTHING in walking distance. Not the place to stay if you want close proximity to theme parks or anything related.
- Alicia (6/5): Little to far and need some TLC - There were tiny little ant like bugs all over the place. Dishwasher didn’t work and many outlets didn’t work, the pool wasn’t very clean. The pump only ran maybe once a day… had bugs all on top and a worm in it… we didn’t use the pool, we turned the pump on while we left to hopefully get it clean so we could but someone turned it off while we were gone… we slept good and felt at home but the property was still to far from Orlando with all the traffic… it took about 45 minutes stuck in traffic.

They changed property and the house the house that was given was dirty and needs a little fixing. It had mold carpets was stained, no soap or Garbage bags, i had to buy cleaning supplies, also the AC of the property wasn’t working the first night and we had to buy 3 fans in Walmart. The community was pretty but property needs to be fix. The communication was horrible and no number to actually contact with anybody. Response took almost 5 hours.

This property definitely needs attention. Lastly...30+ minutes from attractions and not close to stores.

- Dionne (10/5): Perfect home and love iy!! - Making sure i had everything was key, no real way to call just send messages and emails...property was beautiful. 5 or 6 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 1 wash cloth is what we had to shower with...the rooms were great and the beds very comfortably sleeping able. I love thr property and pool i did get 30 mins to swim the last night there...yes i would rent it again...stores and resturants close by.....big enough for everyone that came with me....nice decor....parking lot stayed full...beautiful property and nice ppl in the community. I hope when i decide to return it will be open. I cleaned the property myself to return it clean and took pics of it....i hope my $200.00 dollar deposit comes returned soon since its been 2 days already!! Not sure how long but i will have to ask hotels.com for verification and hope it wont be an issue!! It was great so i hope the deposit is returned as given...

Like the pool was supposed to be heated with a hot tub, well it was not hot tub and no heat. Also a jacuzzi the was supposed to be in the room, not. There were ants all over the kitchen counter and refrigerator everytime we got ice we also got ants. When you turn the kitchen sink on water sprays across the room. The beds were so uncomfortable. There needs to be a child proof added to the doors the handles are the pull down handles so very easy for my 2 year old to open and try to leave. The was made a horrific noise sometimes it scared us out of nowhere. Overall we loved the house it was big beautiful just a few things we didn’t like.

- April (6/5): Nice house, no communication - I tried to contact the property multiple times before my stay and was never able reach them or responded to. When choosing which property I wanted to rent, I specifically chose the one that said "private hot tub", there was no hot tub. The house was nice enough and pretty clean but I was very upset about the lack of communication and hot tub. I tried to contact them after my stay, so I would know when I should expect my deposit back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - When we arrived after a 9 hour drive, our apartment was 91 degrees. It took a long time to figure out how to get in touch with the management. After getting in touch with the management, they said they would send someone out the next morning to look into the issue. The issue was never fixed. After arriving the second night, the apartment was 91 degrees again. I contacted them again and requested the issue be fixed immediately or for us to be moved to another apartment. I also asked for reimbursement of the 2 night stay with no air conditioner. They moved my family to another apartment and agreed to the reimbursement. The apartments were clean and well kept. Not sure what was going on with the air but the management did try to make it right. If the air has been running, I would absolutely have no complaints.

Front window by door had no covering so anyone could look straight in. Inside house in bad need of painting. Towels looked used and rags were cheat had to buy my own. Was very dissatisfied. Place needs some TLC.

The pool is heated but they don’t tell you it’s additional daily cost to turn the heat. We wanted the pool heated for two days when we were there because it was like ice water. It took a full day just to get ahold of anyone to find out how to turn the heat on then they didn’t come out until 5:00 pm on the day we wanted it but still charged us for a full day. Even when it was turned on it wasn’t enough time to actually heat the pool so it was just money wasted. This is among the many extras we had to buy for the house like paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and coffee filters that normally stay stocked inside rental properties.

Sofa had pet hair. Clean dishes stacked on top of dirty dishes. My daughter and i cleaned dirty dishes and washed all hanging towels. Left home cleaner than checkin, but no response on cleaning deposit return. Can't state party or noise....neither happened and we were hardly there.

The furniture was old and wored , carpet stains, toilet not running properly, vertical blinds had missing pieces. I waited a month and half to at least hear from the bank about my deposit that they had not returned. If you are thinking about this place , please save yourself the trouble of being disappointed. All of things lost above I notified the gentleman that answered my calls only while I was there, after that if you try to reach them they will not respond. It's like they see your number on caller I'd. Stay away from here

(was not provided heater purchase options for pool) some properties have ability to add pool heater for extra cost. Overall property was a good size, enough room and bathroom for everyone. The communication from Vacations USA prior to arrival was good and informative. No issues using the barcode at the entrance gate. Would definitely use them again on future visits. The property is located not far from Publix a couple restaurants and gas stations.

The need to spray for roaches..

The only complaint is the housekeeper showing up at 8am when clearly check out was 10am and she was EXTREMELY rude. We had basically cleaned, did the laundry and dishes before our stay and before check out all she had to do was change the bed linens. Now I'm waiting for my deposit to be returned and it's been 24 hours since check out. Not sure what the hold up is with that and I'm not pleased with it!

- Jody (4/5): - The size of the house was great and it was clean. Just way outdated furniture. But if you get in from long days at Disney on your feet don't expect to hang in the hot tub to relax your muscles, its turned off at 10 pm!! Which was the point of getting THIS place. The microwave door is broken so be careful with trying to open it. Trash can lid broken so you have to touch it every time. No cleaning supplies left anywhere and I am not going to supply them and even the dish scrubber for the pans was old and nasty. Super small washer so goodluck with washing all the towels at check out time like they request. Also the dresser and the armiore in the master really need to be switched because you cant lay in bed and watch tv, its facing the other side of the room. Why even have a tv in there? That last one is probably picky but seriously. Lol.

- Kevin (8/5): 8 out of 10. Would definitely come back. - Overall a very nice place to stay for a larger family. My unit had 4 bedrooms, 3 queens and two twins (would have preferred a king in the master). Some recommendations would be the mattresses are too hard. Woke up with a stiff back and the bathroom that 3 bedrooms shared,the toilet did not work so well and finally the cable was hard to figure out with 2 remotes and having to adjust the inputs. Besides those minor inconveniences, the price was right and it was not very far from the theme parks. Had a big dining room table where we enjoyed 2 breakfast meals as a family. Had all the kitchen supplies necessary to cook if you wanted to. Would certainly come back again.
- Lisette (6/5): Go somewhere else. - The beds were horrible ! Extremely stiff and out dated. The tv had 2 channels. The cups and plates provided were dirty. Everything in the apartment was outdated and way too many rules on light and air conditioning usage. Not ever going back
