The hotel is conveniently located near College Road and Sankara Nethralaya, which made my visit easy and stress-free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to relax after a long day. The staff were well-trained, professional, and always polite — every request was handled quickly with a smile. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Nungambakkam area.

The hotel is perfectly located near Greams Road, with clean, modern rooms and strong Wi-Fi. The staff were extremely polite, caring, and always ready to help, which made me feel truly comfortable and at home. Their hospitality really stood out — everything was well taken care of. It is located at model school road which is very near to apollo hospitals, greams road. The rooms were neat and clean, also the service was very good. Auto and taxi were easily available. Our overall experience was good.

- souvikb298 (10/5): A pleasant experience under Mr Aslam's supervision - Had been to the hotel two weeks before purpose being Cardiac Checkup of my father at Apollo Main .Reached there late night owing to flight delay.The hotel led my a very capable Manager Mr Aslam and his focussed and dedicated staff helped us to be at peace.While medical tourism schedules are often hectic and strenuous , the hotel ensured all our requests are accomodated, tea being available very early morning before leaving for registration, rooms and sheets being cleaned every day. The best part was availability of hygenic Bengali food at a reasonable price, to be orderes from nearby resturants.Hotel had no objection regarding consumption of outside food inside their premises.The staff even went extra mile and provided for the plates and spoons to ensure we are not eating out of plastic containers.

Price I mean is too much for what it has to offer.

I had booked the hotel through Booking.com, the price for 1N was 2200INR. But when I reached there, they had asked 2800INR for 1N due to TAX! People visit that area mainly for treatment purpose, not for vacation. So, such cost for hotel is kinda out of line!

Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Whether it is reception staff or room boys, all were well behaved and pleasant. Rooms were clean and had a kitchen Linens were old and had some holes in them. There was a distinct odor on the linens. Bad smell keeps coming in through the bathroom because of a dumpster on the road, so you will have to keep your bathroom doors closed all th etime.

- indiumar (2/5): Be aware bed bugs - I'm staying in this hotel because my booking with other hotel trough makemytrip.com had problem. We are staying in deluxe room with bed bugs as complimentary. The room has small kitchen room, English channel tv, hot water and water heater for tea/coffee. The room is clean but however there are many bed bugs in my room. We reported to the receptionist then they shift us to standard room. Not recommended for any guest who are on medical treatment in hospital nearby for long stay. Not recommended for guest with sensitive skin. Bed bugs can be really disturbing, sucks my blood all over my body, make my body itching and stay awake till morning.

Am glad that I checked into this one. I agree that the road is not constructed well but this is not their fault! - JayaD_Blore (2/5): If zero also could have been a possible option in rating, I should have opt for it instead of one - I came to Chennai for US visa appointment and booked this hotel much prior before appearing in person. Called to the reception and they noted down details and clearly mentioned about availability and confirmation of the room. Upon arriving at 6am, they said to wait till 11am since rest of the people are following online booking so they cannot allocate room before 11.30am. With my visa interview scheduled at morning and after a night journey in train this situation was not expected from the management. They claims to have 24 hours checking checkout and then blaming online booking services to allow till 12pm was unfair. We had to run for some other hotel on that day.
- nama141192 (10/5): PURPOSE FULFILLED - Located on a very noisy street(maybe not the fault of the hotel). A typical oyo hotel. Wifi very slow. Food average. WALKING DISTANCE FROM US CONSULATE. The only pleasant aspect of my stay was the Staff on the reception(i am sorry to have forgotten his name). Lots of eating options for all the three meals nearby and delivery too. If looking for a hotel just to stay near to US CONSULATE at very reasonable price. Nothing better than this.

- Sankish (6/5): Convenient, economical stay around Apollo hospitals, Greams road, Chennai - Booked for one night stay through Cleartrip.com. Could reach midnight only (checkout is 12 Noon - if booked through travel sites, but - 24 hrs - if booked through hotel website or locally). Had appointment at Apollo hospitals in the forenoon, but was not sure whether could have finished by 12 noon for check-out. Return journey was by 5 PM. Front desk was very helpful, offered stay upto 5 PM -in case needed. Very near to Apollo hospital (1.2 KM), Locality is not clean, with a garbage bin right in front of hotel. Got a ground floor room. Once you step-in, room is small/compact - clean, has all provisions like good split AC, TV, kettle with coffee powder, milk, sugar sachets, Shaving & dental kits, comb, a bottle of mineral water. Surprisingly, had a stove with gas connection - if inclined to cook your own food. Complimentary - simple breakfast was served in room ( brought from elsewhere?). Bed linen - passable- had some stains. Bathroom / toilet - OK, with hot water running. One bath towel was provided - white, but -jaded. . Free WiFi provided - but not very useful, 300 MB quota at 512 Kpbs Main negative point is the smell in bathroom - drainage smell + smell from surroundings. (Bathroom itself was clean, Room was not having that smell though). Another irritation was mosquitoes in the room - no mosquito coils were there. Overall, good cost-effective for a short stay - where you are out most of the time & need a place to rest and move on.
