Johan (8/5): - Third time staying at the L7 chain of hotels. First time at Gangnam but it doesn't change much from other locations, which is good. Bed is soft with one extra large pillow and a smaller one, both super soft. Staff is friendly. They have switched to the Lotte branded shampoo and soaps, but I quite like them. In fact I bought some in the shop to bring home! This facility does not have a pool but the breakfast is quite good with a wide variety of choices to cater most people (no pancakes though). Ability to hold housekeeping with a sign on the door and a button at the entrance. Location is convenient. Close to many good restaurants. There's a nice 'historical' park closeby (paid entry). Fairly easy subway access though one or two changes are necessary if coming from the airports. Far from Incheon but they offer free shuttle "bus" service if booked in advance. The distance from Incheon can be seen as a hassle for some but if you land at Gimpo it's a lot easier. They do not offer toiletries like toothbrush and razor these days so you'll need to buy or bring your own. The slippers are just simple one-time use and don't feel like they're worth using at all but that's a personal opinion.

Nicole (10/5): Nice stay in Gangnam - Located in a very convenient location. Check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Subway station was nearby, as well as plenty of stores and restaurants. Room service was also available at this hotel. The foot Spa and bar area were a very nice touch. Definitely would stay again.

Martijn (10/5): Heerlijk hotel om regio onder de rivier te ontdekken - Ons verblijf in L7 Gangnam was erg prettig. Het hotel is schoon en goed onderhouden, wat meteen een fijne indruk geeft. De locatie is ideaal: centraal gelegen in Gangnam met veel restaurants, winkels en metroverbindingen op loopafstand. Wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte, is het dakterras – een heerlijke plek om even te ontspannen met voetbad en een drankje. Daarnaast is het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat zorgt voor een gastvrije sfeer. Kortom: een fijn hotel op een toplocatie, zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf in Seoul.

Claude (7/5): Fine for a short stay - no more - Rooms are comfortable and fine. Well located not far from COEX mall. Very disappointed by the restaurant (the only one), the design is poor, furniture and lights very basic. It looks like a company canteen than a restaurant in a hotel. The breakfast is only fine, no more but not at the right level. The offer is limited and the staff does the minimum.

David (9/5): - Outstanding value for both price and the rooms size. The staff spoke English quite well and helped with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. It’s not a didn’t like, but the location wasn’t exactly close to where we were going, but its location made it easy to travel to our destinations via taxis (we still haven’t tried the public transportation system yet).

The gym was ok. Decent for a business trip Breakfast felt poor - very little variety in fruit, and overall, fresh items. The room was dated and worn out. The sheets were very worn and ripped in areas. The room could use a painting and repair of the walls and toe board, and overall refresh of the decor that was showing its age.
