- Jenny (1/5): - The hotel has closed down, there is no accommodation. I had to make other arrangements. Do not charge me for my stay there.
- Siobhan (2/5): Will never stay here again. - Local to friends we were visiting. Where to begin. We stayed for 2 nights, the first night my partner had to kill 3 cockroaches that were crawling up the walls. At 4pm the next day staff were calling us and knocking on the door saying we had over stayed. I showed the staff member my booking confirmation and payment for 2 nights. He said he had other guests who needed the room, all while on the phone. My partner went down to reception with him, where they found the booking came through for 2 nights, but their team booked us for 1 night and wrote notes stating “two night stay”. We got a piss poor apology for being yelled at and told to leave. Genuinely shocked with the blatant disregard for guests without checking the booking before coming to see us.

- Donovan (3/5): Decent place, but smelled terrible. - Decent location, friendly staff The place stunk of what smelled like a broken sewage pipe outside, and given the louvre windows could not be sealed the unit smelled terrible the whole time and was also quite cold unless the heater was running. It was quite uncomfortable.

- michael (7/5): -
- Milton (5/5): I would love to see improvement for other guests to help the hospitality on the region - Location Noise heater , kitchen closed by 10 pm , not food was available after my work.
Patrons or staff was parked on the designated room number spot.

- Nola (8/5): - The Bistro had a lovely meal and staff were attentive. Didn't like that I could smell the smoke from the gaming area. The room gad been refurbished and was good.
- Glenda (6/5): - The air con was loud
- Maduri (2/5): Uncomfortable. - The bar staff was lovely. The security guard was aggressive and waited outside the women’s toilet to check my ID and when she was told I only needed to use the bathroom her response was I don’t care.
Felt really uncomfortable and the experience was not nice. The bathroom light didn’t work and the door was broken.
- Claire (4/5): Missed the mark! - Staff were friendly and helpful. Broken curtains = no privacy.
Cobwebs, dust & stained sheets.
Very loud and rough crowd in the area. Burnout hotspot at 2am!
Has been many moons between deep clean.
Budget accommodation definitely but doesn’t have to mean unkept.
- Andrea (7/5): -
- Gareth (10/5): - Lots of parking but get in quick to be close to your room. Perfect 1 night stay in good lo ation for heading north or south. Good bostro options and close to supermarkets and other restaurants.
- Gareth (10/5): - Handy to shops and lots of food options, including a large bistro in the hotel. Good location on the way out of Albury if you're headed North
- Shaun (4/5): - Used dirty sheets, speeding cars drunk people fighting
- Corridan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Decarli (6/5): Pleasant -

Beds could do with an upgrade. Old and spongy
- Baden (8/5): - The staff were amazing, Dinner was delicious, room very cclean
- George (8/5): - Neat and tidy, restaurant was excellent
- BECK (6/5): - Clean enough, staff, shower and food great! But undone by lots of things. Saggy mattress, step out of shower into main room. People having loud conversations and smoking right outside door both nights. Turned the noisy aircon on to drown them out. Yappy dog at 4am in somenes room. No housekeeping done, or anything to clean supplied dishes with. Won't be back.
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jovita (7/5): Good - Location and facilities Nothing
- Ethan (7/5): Ok - The fact that it was in a good spot The fact that I showed up 15 mins early to fill out my room paper work
But for some reason still couldn’t get my key till 2:25 with a 2 pm check in
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Wayne (10/5): - Good
- Anthony (10/5): - aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
- Ena (6/5): - Air condition was too noisy, not enough car spots.
Shower had water flow problem.
Staff are so helpful and great.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cockroach - Being Boxing Day there was only one staff member in the bar that also was checking in guests to their rooms. While efficient, the staff member was curt rather than welcoming and I and my daughter waited while someone else checked in before us and someone else was waiting while we were separately checked in.
One light bulb didn’t work in my daughter’s room so the room was subdued.
A cockroach appeared in the bathroom doorway in my daughter’s room so I sprayed around the edges.
After ambiguity regarding the menu, the waiter told us that the chef said that both dishes served were identical. The barramundi was the best we had been served during that week of travel’ The vegetables on one plate were perfectly cooked with some sauce underneath, but those on the other one were tough, dry and without sauce and the broccolini was difficult to cut. No one asked how our meals were as there seemed to be a “take it or leave it attitude”.
- Mandy (10/5): - Lovely room fantastic food friendly staff
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- Des (8/5): - The parking outside of the rooms was general parking for other customers.
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Dhiman (1/5): Bad -
- Bateman (9/5): Welcoming helpful staff - Great to meet family at Hotel for dinner
- Scott (8/5): - staff are very friendly and helpful
- Bob (8/5): - No hot water early morning
- Scott (10/5): - Property is nice and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly
- Tyron (1/5): Bad -
- Bill (2/5): No water - Terrible. Renovations in progress and over night stay was good until morning. Went to have shower and no water. Couldn’t use toilet as no water. Couldn’t brush teeth or clean up as no water. We should have been given notice that water supply was to be effected.
- Lachlan (4/5): - Pub was under reno so no food available.
- Erin (4/5): - The staff are lovely but we were told the incorrect room number and the heater was broken. Not great when its.-1degrees
- Kym (8/5): Very good - Great location, very comfortable bed No restaurant as it was under renovation
- gae (8/5): - Inconvenience for parking at the moment because of construction going on otherwise petty good
- Frances (2/5): I would never stay there again or recommend it - The staff were great As a female staying by myself I did not feel safe at all one push on the door and it would have opened. Did not know they were doing renovations and was unable to park at my door
- Stanley (6/5): Pleasant - Happy to grab a bed
- Peter (4/5): Because it was just me I put up with it but my wife would have been horrified. - Clearly the staff are trying to make the best of the very ordinary rooms. Given renovations we’re going on in the property hopefully they tackle the accommodation soon. Aircon was old and noisy. Poor insulation.
- Cassandra (2/5): - No hot water for the shower and construction started at 7am. Also hard to find.
- Fiona (4/5): Under Renovation! - Arrived to find motel area fences off and at the beginning of renovation. Kitchen closed too. Tiny rooms with toulet and shower room open directly onto the living space
- Viki (5/5): Passable - The internet connection was not good.
- Heather (1/5): Bad -
- Tiffany (4/5): - I had requested a room on the ground floor as I cannot climb stairs and when I arrived they had booked a room on the first floor and there were no others available. The manager rang around to try and get me a room elsewhere and the only one available in Albury was double the price of the room I had booked in the Hotel Northside. I believe they should have paid half the bill of the alternate accommodation.
- Peter (8/5): Great stay lovely staff ease of booking in great location - The meals accommodation Lack of respect of other guests partying until 3am
- Analaura (8/5): Very good - Comfy and big bed It seems cheaper compare with the prices
- Tina (4/5): Not good value for money. - Friendly staff. Room was clean. About 20 large black grass hoppers that also were in the room and jumped on me in my sleep. Also it was a windy night and there was a door out the back somewhere that was banging all night. Did not get much sleep. Not good value for money overall.
- Karl (10/5): - Great atmosphere.
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (4/5): - Nothing
- Freddy (6/5): - All good for that price.
- Horst (8/5): - Noisy
- adam (8/5): - basic room clean and tidy
- Robert (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sharon (8/5): - Comfie room.Hot shower, comfie mattress.
Good dining room with reasonably priced food and beverages. Friendly staff and easy location back to the motorway to Sydney. Only complaint was argument over lack of security for uploading drivers licence. This is a no-no. I paid upfront and spent money with dinner. Licence info is high security. Happy to show licence for ID BUT dont expect people to give permission for p
upload and potential ID theft.
- Gary (8/5): - Bed was uncomfortable, but that is me. I am fussy. Place is tired and appears old but the service of staff was awesome. Room was ready early - great for us to check in early. Had lunch and dinner their and food was great, very yummy. All in all, value for money. Courtesy bus to and from the cricket was a very unexpected bonus.
- Sebastian (9/5): Everything one requires and desires. - Location was excellent, along with the facilities, and in particular the staff! Room was very clean. All necessary amenities (restaurant, bar... bottle shop across the street) were on hand and right on location. Thank you for accommodating me guys!
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (4/5): - very shabby, broken door and light in toilet, kettle and toaster dirty, noisy from pub patrons...
- Darren (7/5): Good -
- William (5/5): Passable -
- Jerome (8/5): - Stayed for the night and had a very good night sleep.
- Justin (7/5): Good -
- Matthew (6/5): - Had no day light blocking facilities not suitable for shift workers
- Stephanie (8/5): - Nice place
- Fiona (2/5): - Room very poor quality- staff delightful
- austin (8/5): - Sometimes annoying to park at night BUT! always an amazing stay 👍
- austin (8/5): - Wifi needs to be stronger. Couldn't access next flix or other apps.
- Tiger77 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Blaine (6/5): - Just hope it doesn't rain during your stay. I was woken up at 4am by water running down a (broken?) Pipe. Sounded like I left the shower running, but 10x worse.
Was unable to close windows (which are permanently open to air out room) which I understand... but when returning the key, I was advised that management were aware of the issue and its only a problem when it rains.
If it wasn't for that, I'd give this place 10/10.
Clean, tidy nice room for a good price (even though they charged me $10 extra than wotif quoted me)
- Craig (6/5): Average - Location is fine for where I was doing some work Called and tried to book direct as I was paying on a company card for an employee amd he wouldn't have the physical card so I wanted to pay up front.
Was told couldn't do so book through external agent. On arrival employee was almost not let stay due to him not having physical card. Took 15 minutes back and forth on phone to sort out
- Sean (4/5): - Shower didn’t work
- Hoichaan (8/5): - Easy to find
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Ben (10/5): - We only stayed 1 night but what we experienced was great
- Joan (8/5): Very good -
- Ann (10/5): - 👍
- Robert (8/5): - Good pub stay
- Peter (9/5): Good value. - Conveniently situated. Parking OK. Reasonably well equipped. Needs a second bedside table and new curtains. A screen door would be good too!
