- Jazmin (8/5): - It's located in a nice area. You can go to Tokyo station by walking. Lots of shopping around Ginza. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of variety of food. The staff was kind and helpful. The size of the room, too small. But I understand in Tokyo it's what you get at this price.

Mimo, że każdego dnia zestaw potraw był prawie taki sam, to różnorodność była na tyle duża, że nie było mowy o monotonii. Sam personel był bardzo kompetentny, a jednocześnie zupełnie nie narzucający się - to lubię. Nie miałem potrzeby korzystać z dodatkowych udogodnień, ale spodobało mi się to, że gdy pogoda nie była najlepsza - padało, hotel zapewnił parasole (oczywiście za darmo). Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

- OK_123 (10/5): Convenient stay near Tokyo Station - Very convenient location, less than a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station which was perfect before our early train trip. There is also a FamilyMart in the same building which made everything very easy. The room was small but well laid out and the bathroom was a good size compared to other hotels. It suited us well for a one night stay. The hotel also had all toiletries available in case you forgot anything. Note that the lobby is on level 2.

- kim (7/5): 조식이 훌륭한 곳 - 부모님하고 지내기 좋은 숙소/ 도쿄역에서 약간 거리가 있으므로 무조건 택시추천(500엔) 조식이 진짜 잘 나옴 하루정도는 괜찮음 (메뉴가 같아서 이틀이상은 좀 질림) 깨끗하고 도쿄는 벽뷰인 곳이 많던데 배정받은 곳이 채광이 잘되어서 기분이 좋았고 방 크기도 쾌적했음 가격이 좀 부담되었고, 조식메뉴가 약간씩은 바뀌면 좋을것 같음 위치적으로 좋은지는 의문.. 엘베가 두개뿐이라 오래기달려야함

- Kristina (10/5): Fantastic spot in the city - Excellent value for money. Really great location for tokyo. I thought I had paid more! Patient staff. Breakfast cost was a bit expensive but I guess that's necessary or they'd have too many people there! There was no laundry to do your own washing or laundry service. This might have been a golden week problem. If I'm really being picky I could say the shower head angle could be better (adjustable).

- YUKO (9/5): 便利で快適、安心して滞在できる希少なホテルです！ - 今回で5回目の滞在です。GW丸の内音楽祭の私の定宿で、会場の国際フォーラムから徒歩でひたすらまっすぐ7分程でしょうか。閉演が22時過ぎでもコンサートの余韻に浸りながら安心してホテルへ戻ることが出来ます。銀座、有楽町、京橋へはお散歩が楽しく、グルメ三昧の虎ノ門までもメトロでほんの15分です。雨に濡れることなくメトロ駅（宝町が至近）へ出向けますし、便利すぎる立地です。今回はシングルルームでしたが、お部屋の設備は過不足なく、思ったより広くて静かで快適でした。朝食は家庭的なお惣菜が多くて毎回とっても楽しみです。そしてスタッフさんの細やかなお心遣いにも感謝しています。 外国からのお客様が年々増えているので、宿泊費の高騰を実感しています。 10階のシングルルーム。残念だったのはベッドリネンの臭い…枕の清潔感がやや気になりました。
- MASAYA (8/5): もう一歩。 - ロケーション 禁煙ルームに移れなかったこと。 朝食は、近くにもっと安くて美味しい所があった。 外国籍の従業員の方の駐車場誘導がイマイチだった。

- Silvia (8/5): Calidad-precio bien, recomendable. - Estuvimos 2 noches y bien. Ubicado a unos 10 min de la estación de Tokio y a 20 metros de la parada de metro de la Asakusa Line que te lleva al aeropuerto directo. Es una zona tranquila, sin ruidos. Tiene un Family Mart integrado con acceso directo. Como todos los hoteles en Tokio, la habitación era bastante pequeña, pero podíamos tener abiertas dos maletas grandes al mismo tiempo. Baño prefabricado (como la mayoría en los hoteles de Japón). Te dejaban pijama y zapatillas. En la recepción había un montón de amenities para coger libremente. Es una pega un poco tonta pero los ascensores paran SIEMPRE en la planta de la recepción, por un tema de seguridad según ellos. No se puede abrir la ventana. No tengo pegas porque no esperaba que fuese una habitación gigante ni nada del estilo. Al final aquí pasas la noche y ya porque el resto del día estás fuera.
- Matteo (7/5): Poteva essere meglio - La posizione molto vicina alla tokyo station, preso principalmente per questa ragione per una sola notte di soggiorno prima di dovere partire. Staff gentile e disponibile La stanza, nonostante avessi preso una leggermente più grande, non è niente di chè, strutturata in maniera strana con spazi poco sfruttabili. Anche il bagno piccolino.

- Blanca (9/5): TODO MUY CUIDADO!!! - Es la segunda vez que voy. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes (es Tokyo), pero están muy bien iluminadas y son muy confortables. La zona común donde la recepción no es muy grande pero es muy agradable si uno no quiere permanecer en la habitación. Y además por la tarde convierten ese lounge en una especie de mini oferta gastronómica continua para huéspedes.

- 佐々木 (10/5): - スタッフ対応丁寧で、とても感じが良かったです。 部屋も過ごしやすく贅沢にTVがベット前とソファー前と２台あり見たいTVを別々に見ることもできとても配慮を感じられました。朝食も、バイキングでコンパクトながら種類もあり美味しく頂きました。 兎に角スタッフの対応は、始まりから終わりまで、とても感じが良かったです。 お世話になりました。 登録の確認依頼をされた時、老眼鏡を持っていない場合もしくは探す事でスタッフの方に迷惑を掛けてしまい焦る気持ちが強くなります。老眼鏡が、あると非常に助かると感じました。 ベットのシーツですが擦れあう音が気になりました。

- Justin (8/5): Great location, cheap hotel - Rooms are small, however managable if travelling alone. Once i had checked out, i had asked for a bottle of water, and was told no. I feel this is a small gesture that could go a long way.

- 佳蓉林 (9/5): - 入住之後下午有提供下午茶，晚上有小點心(湯泡飯)，公共空間很舒服。下雨還有備用傘可以借用，這些都是旅遊中的小確幸。交通地點超級方便，在銀座線跟淺草線中間，走路到東京車站也只要十分鐘，下樓路口就有7-11。 價格不是很漂亮，早餐很貴所以沒有加購。

Very clean room , room was serviced every day , free coffee and tea at the Reception area , free snacks and deserts after 5 pm , great hospitality, mouthwash , toothbrush, shaving set , bathtub salt , etc all available at Reception level for self-pick up , even Pyjamas in the room Even if we booked double room slightly bigger ( 19 sqm) , room layout is not practical, we were not able to open 2 mid-size suitcases at the same time . Construction at next building, windows are sound-proofed , but when we opened the windows the construction noise was present

- Harmen (8/5): Prima hotel, goede prijs en locatie - Goede locatie in de wijk Ginza, vlak bij metro. Allerlei snacks en drankjes inbegrepen tijdens thee tijd en happy hour. Kamers zijn klein maar netjes met luchtreiniger / bevochtiger. Ramen kunnen helaas niet open dus airco moet altijd aan. Kleine kamers, ramen kunnen niet open.

- David (10/5): Magnifique - La chambre incroyable très calme, agréable et grande qualité du service. On a passé plus de 5 nuits à cet hotel due à son grand qualité, on a eu la chance de trouver un hotel comme ça à Tokyo. Rien. Tout était parfait.
