Parking right out front of apartment. Good price compared to many motels in same area. Owner lady very helpful, friendly and nice. Offered discount vouchers for Polynesian spa and good supply of pamphlets what to do in Rotorua. On leaving owner lady attentive and checked we were happy with our stay. Bathroom door handle and lock is a bit dodgy, needs securing.

- Emily (10/5): Brilliant stay, Very friendly staff - This property was very clean with a fantastic open plan layout. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed for my short stay. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel or motel and I slept so well. The large windows allowed in so much natural light and fresh air. The highlights of my stay were the spa bath tub and the very kind, friendly and attentive staff. Big shout out to Lia, who went above and beyond to make my stay great. N/A

She really looked out for us to enjoy our stay not only at the motel but also Rotorua. I like the individual style of our room (in a decagon shape) not being a row of rooms next to each other. Our cabin with spa was very spacious & had all the convenience of a self contained room.

The only thing I didn't like was because of the weather warning we only stayed one night. So grateful to our host who refunded our second night to us. - Olaf (10/5): - Einfacher und schneller check in und check out. Ruhig gelegen. Durch Bushaltestellen in der Nähe sehr einfach ins Stadtzentrum und zu weiteren Interessanten Plätzen zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Whirlpool im Badezimmer hilft sehr bei der Entspannung am Abend. Leider dauert es ein wenig bis der whirlpool gefüllt ist.
- Russ (8/5): I would recommend this motel for a short stay (one to three nights) if you are on a budget. - Excellent owner/manager who was very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with the microwave and the owner replaced it with a brand new one within a couple of hours. We stayed in a two bedroom upstairs unit for two nights. It was very spacious with good separation between bed rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were quite large. The pillows were just right for us. There was an excellent supply of towels and face cloths etc. There were good black out curtains in the bedrooms. It had aircon and fans and heaters. Overall, we consider that this unit was good value for the money. The unit we stayed in needs a bit of paint and upgrading in some areas. It looks like it’s been started but not yet finished. I would recommend that they fit some window treatments in the kitchen and the bathroom (the bathroom was private enough but it needs something to stop the heat from the sun). We heard the people downstairs at night when trying to sleep, which was a wee bit annoying.

- Karen (10/5): Brilliant stay near the Maori experience a few mins away - The Pure Motel was clean, warm with exceptionally comfortable beds. The lovely man who ran it met us out of hour as planes were delayed. It had everything you needed oven, toaster, refrigerator, space outside and laundry facilities.
