Joakim (10/5): Bra och prisvärt boende i CBD nära konferensanläggning, shoppingcenter, hav och tunnelbana. - Det ligger bra till nära havet, med tunnelbana precis utanför, och i direkt anslutning till ett shoppingcenter med många restauranger samt butiker som Nike, Adidas, FILA, DJI, m.fl. Området är CBD men mn kan lätt promenera till de äldre delarna kring Zhongshantorget. Generöst tilltagna rum. Bra frukost (kinesisk/japansk/västerländsk). Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig.

However, this hotel is amazing -- the rooms are huge and cozy, and everything feels so renovated!! The breakfast is great, and although Dalian has a lot of great hotels to stay in, this one felt great for the price. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel -- I highly recommend!!!

Also, the staff immediately helped with any request and always treated us in a professional and friendly manner. Finally, they allowed us to check out late on our final day.

William Patrick (10/5): A breath of fresh air - Amazing experience during Chinese new year, particularly people who work there made us so warm and welcome. We stayed on19th floor - room was beautifully cleaned with personal preference. We also very much enjoyed 6th floor library watching Dalian sunset while reading, bringing wonderful memories of the city. It is rare to have such decent reading area in five star hotel - we love it love it love it. Thank you Mrs Guo ( hotel manager ) for making everything possible here.

shengying (10/5): 99分的体验，少一分是早餐不满意。 - 各方面都很好。早餐的价位不高，88，实在不太丰盛，油条，包子还是预制的，但像富丽华，恒力的早餐团购后也就是100左右，丰盛多了，有自己包的包子，现煮的面条馄饨等选择，还有豆腐脑，油条也是新鲜的。

All other staffs are so wonderful too - 刘雪莲, Ethan, 张峰, Scott, Steven, Eric, Ata, George, Archie, Jerry, also house keeping services for 11th ( 姜阿姨） and 12th floor, and all staffs for swimming pool area, and all staffs by the main entrance - forgive me if I am not able to write all names down. Dalian Fraser has something really special and I think I know why the moment I met their elegant manager Ms Guo. I have to say each time I stay I feel Fraser makes Dalian prettier and prettier. Wherever I go I will stay with Fraser! I hope the worldwide directer will read this message and appreciate the all the efforts Dalian Fraser creates and bring more and more opportunities for all staffs here worldwide. All very good

Lisa (9/5): Sehr weiterzuempfehlen! - Zimmer waren sehr schön und sind top ausgestattet. Frühstück ist sehr gut und haben eine gute Auswahl. Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs sind im Zimmer. Pool und Fitness sind top! Es wurde zwar geputzt, jedoch war es teilweise etwas staubig. Außerdem mussten wir dreimal nachfragen bis geputzt wurde. Betten, Badezimmer und Handtücher sind sehr sauber!

HYOKSUN (10/5): 여행이 즐거워지는 숙소~ - 프론트에 한국어 할줄 아는 직원분이 계셔서 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 좋았어요. 1. 지하철 2호선, 갤러리아 몰이 연결되어 있어 관광지로 이동 및 쇼핑이 편리함. 2. 갤러리아 몰 지하에 빅유마켙과 홀리랜드가 입점해 있어 쇼핑이 편함. 3. 동강 음악분수광장, 동방수성이 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 러시아 거리나 동관지에도 택시로 이동거리가 멀지 않아 좋았음. 4. 조식도 나름 괜찮았고, 수영장은 이용해 보지 않았지만, 애들과 함께하는 가족여행객들에게는 좋지 않을까 합니다. 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소였습니다. :)

Not that there's anything serious that I didn't like, but the lobby could have been more welcoming or more decorated, the reception counter did no justice to the tastefully designed rooms, hence we thought our room would be somewhat average.
