• Léane (9/5): - L’appartement est agréable et propre. La véranda Partagée ajoute un charme à l’appartement et surtout un extérieur. Il manquait un peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner confortablement.
• CIRO (10/5): Excelente - Muy buen ambiente, el entorno tenía vegetación y vestigios de personas que han pasado por ahí, eso otorgaba un buen ambiente. Adicionalmente creo que Zuni, la anfitriona se portó muy bien con nosotros. Un poco el entorno del edificio. Pero eso es algo que está fuera del control de los arrendatarios, así que no podría echarles la culpa. Desde la puerta hacia adentro todo muy bien. Sumado al hecho de que existe seguridad dentro del recinto del edificio, Y la entrada no era directa al departamento. Eso añade seguridad desde mi punto de vista. Es decir, se tiene que pasar por dos puerta bajo llave.

• Katja (6/5): - Das Bett war bequem, wir konnten früher einchecken, in der Nähe gibt es gutes Frühstück. Es war nicht so sauber, die Einrichtung war etwas heruntergekommen, es hat im Zimmer modrig gerochen.

• Benjamín (7/5): Decente, pero no volvería. - La ubicación es muy central y cómoda. No hay cosas esenciales como: secador de pelo, champú, jabón de cuerpo, tabla de cortar, más de dos almohadas, más de un recambio de toallas. Hay mucho insecto en el baño.

El día anterior a mi llegada me informaron que si les había dañado el aire y que si quería me devolvían el dinero, pero ya hacer otra reserva en esa premura fue imposible, sin contar que para realizar esta reserva me exigieron el pago completo, y que si quería me devolvían lo pagado. Pero sin tener en cuenta que como fue con tarjeta de crédito los intereses, ellos no los pagaban. A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento y mayor aseo habían incluso colillas de cigarrillo tiradas.

• daniel (5/5): If you are low in budget and backpacking, you may consider this one. - The high ceilings. And location wasn’t that bad. Entry to the building is secure, but the apartment not that much. The apartment is noisy, you hear everything from the apartment next door. It’s wasn’t clean at all. They say it’s for four with a kitchenette. We don’t expect much, but the kitchen had close to nothing. Didn’t even have 4 glasses, neither plates or bowls. The shower was dirty and blocked.
• John Alexander (8/5): Un espacio idóneo para un viaje de trabajo con comodidades básicas. - Las instalaciones son bonitas. El apartamento necesita mejorar su dotación. Tanto colchón como utensilios de cocina están bastante deteriorados.

La heladera tendría que tener un poco mas de mantenimiento, el congelador está a full de hielo y no se puede meter ni un helado de agua. el resto todo ok! nada para agregar ni quitar!

• catherine (7/5): Bien situé mais un peu vétuste. - Appartement bien situé dans un quartier vivant et typique de Buenos aires. La personne qui nous a accueillis était sympathique. Douche chaude et lit confortable. L'appartement est assez vétuste, surtout le coin cuisine. Peu de vaisselle, des plaques de cuisson hors d'âge et c'est sale. La terrasse n'est pas amenagée.

• Anderson (10/5): Recomendo a acomodação - Gostamos muito da estadia, acomodação limpa, nao tivemos contato com a recepção foi tudo via WhatsApp, as chaves ficam em um cofre e ele te passa a senha, achei bem interessante. Na saida mesma coisa, tem uma instrução para deixar as chaves. Fomos no periodo de 4 a 9 de setembro, estava bem silencioso o lugar. Localização achei otimo, fizemos muitas coisas a pé. Tem tudo o que precisa perto, retaurante, padaria, supermercado....

• Nancy (4/5): Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza, pobre atención - La ubicación y el concepto de casona antigua Falta de mantenimiento, se descompuso la calefacción en la segunda noche, si bien era domingo y es entendible que no consiguieran un técnico, no hubo intento de solución alguna, ni mantas, ni calefacción portatil adicional, cambiarnos de depto, algo. Simplemente la anfitriona se disculpó por whatsapp y nos dejó que nos congelaramos y hacia mucho frío. Además la higiene de los deptos dejo mucho que desear. La verdad desilusionadas

• Michael (9/5): I will choose this property for my future visits to BA - Great location at the edge of San Telmo. Good restaurants and bars close by and an easy walk to the main tourist centre around Obelisk. Very responsive host who provided extra towels immediately. Would have liked a way to adjust air conditioning.
• Toby (10/5): - Lovely property, was quiet and safe and was housed in a lovely little complex of apartments, with a small courtyard in the centre and a lovely terrace on the roof. Room was clean and had all the needed amenities to get by for a couple days. The only thing I’d mention is as the room is quite big it can get a little cold (keep in mind It was one of the coldest days BA as had for a long time so if you’re going when the weather isn’t below zero you should be totally fine!) The woman who owns the property was friendly and overall I had a great experience.
