Matsumoto (2/5): 最低のスタッフで全て台無し！ - こちら５回目の宿泊でした。チェックインの際、対応していた外国人の細めの女性スタッフが、アイスかヨーグルトを立って食べながら説明していたが、接客の時ぐらい食べるのをやめたらどうなんだ！どういう躾をされてきたのでしょうか？彼女のおかげで、今までのいい印象が全てダメになりましたね。今回、部屋の中が暖房効きすぎで暑くて寝れなかった。
Verified traveler (8/5): - 良い点：とにかく安い、地下鉄にも日本橋にも近く立地がいい、キッチンが使える、様々な国の人と交流できる、ベッドにコンセント２口アリ、シャンプー類備え付け悪い点：セーフティーボックスがない、冷蔵庫が小さい、トイレが時々汚い、ベッドにライトがなく使いたいときは別料金、上段の底板に隙間があり物が落ちる
MASAHIKO (8/5): ロケーションがいい - ロケーションは文句なし！次回も是非こちらに泊まろうと思います。個室にはライトがないので（全室かはわかりませんが）吊るすタイプのLEDライトがあると便利です～
