- Ludger (8/5): Das Hotel ist eher eine gut Ausgestattete 1 Zimmer Ferienwohnung im einer Coworking Umgebung - Die Unterkunft ist exzellent ausgestattet. Es ist kein Hotel in klassischen Sinn mit Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant etc. Es gibt im Gebäude weder Fitness noch Sauna etc.

- Britta (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel, sehr nah am Stadtpark - Sehr nah am Stadtpark, ruhiges Hotel. Gute Unterkunft, wenn man dort ein Konzert besucht. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Einfacher Check-In durch Übermittlung eines Pin-Codes am Anreisetag. Ich bekam ca. 1 Std. vor dem geplanten Check-In um 15 Uhr eine Nachricht, dass das Zimmer voraussichtlich erst eine Std. später (also 16 Uhr) bezugsfertig sei. Das brachte unsere Zeitplanung durcheinander. Wir haben dann umgeplant und auf einmal bekam ich dann doch um 14:40 Uhr eine Nachricht, dass das Zimmer jetzt schon bezugsfertig sei. Das war natürlich etwas irreführend. Schöner wäre es auch, wenn man die Tiefgarage evtl. schon 1 Std. vor dem Check-In nutzen könnte. Wenn man von weiter entfernt anreist, wäre das toll, da man nicht immer auf die Minute genau die Ankunft planen kann.
- Gabriele (4/5): - Kein Personal, somit kein Ansprechpartner, alles über Codes, Tastaturen teilweise nicht in Ordnung, teilweise 3-10 mal versucht pin einzugeben, kaum Hinweise egal ob parken oder im Zimmer (Strom, Licht etc.). An manchen Stellen verwöhnt. Für ältere Menschen nicht zu bewältigen.

Die zusätzlich gebuchte Taxifahrt Flughafen zum Hotel über Booking com hat nicht geklappt! Die telefonische Auskunft davor, wie diese inkludiert Taxifahrt abläuft war falsch! Dazu rief ich bei Numa an!

- Volha (10/5): Очень симпатичный отель, не хотелось уезжать. - Очень симпатичный номер, понравились окна во всю сцену, очень удобная кровать и чистое постельное. Было чисто, все необходимое в номере: фен, микроволновка, плита, приборы, оливковое масло, соль, кофемашина и кофе. В здание и номер можно было попасть с помощью кода. До 8 вечера в день выселения можно было оставить вещи в камере хранения. Там же есть утюг и запасные туалетные принадлежности, полотенца, кофе, если понадобятся. Увидела только тогда, когда зашла оставлять вещи в камере хранения. Сложно было разобраться как включать воду в душевой и как включать микроволновку (на немецком:) но возможно это только у меня так

- Susanne (5/5): - Das Apartment und die Osteria mit den leckerem Essen und tolles Frühstück und sehr tolles Personal 😁 Dieses Hotel ist nur was für Menschen die alles digital haben wollen und nicht sprechen. Vorab und auch dort keinerlei persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Viele neu angereiste fragen die Personen die untergebracht sind nach allem oder schreien Personal in Osteria an weil sie keinen Ansprechpartner haben. Wir würden daher nicht mehr wiederkommen, obwohl Unterkunft schön war. Echt traurig wie weit alles gekommen ist. Wahrscheinlich findet es die neue moderne Welt digital in Ordnung. Wir nicht.

I basically like self service but I did not like that to find out anything extra, such as the breakfast times, you should download their app. I think the guests should not be obliged to do that to find the necessary information.

- Martin (6/5): - Wer in diesem Hotel übernachtet, sollte wissen, dass es vor Ort kein Personal gibt, dass man persönlich ansprechen. Check in, und out sowie zusatzleistungen, Erden sämtlich über die Website oder App verwaltet. Die Einsparung des Personals, hat dabei gefühlt keinen Einfluss auf den Preis. Frühstück ist an ein Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude ausgelagert. Richtig unflexibel zeigt man sich beim einchecken. Den PIN für die Zimmertür gibt es erst nachdem die Ausweisdokumente aller Gäste hochgeladen wurden. Die Angaben des Buchenden reichen nicht aus. Alles in allem überzeugt mich das Konzept überhaupt nicht. Man kann nur hoffen, dass die Digitalisierung und das auslagern von Arbeitsschritten an den Kunden keine Schule macht...

All the things we needed where there including the bed for our child and bowls for our dog. Thank you. I did not like, that dogs are allowed in the rooms, but not in the restaurant. The heating was on way to high at the beginning, but with the instructions at hand we managed to take it down.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Flur und Zimmer. Silberfische im Zimmer. Streaming am Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Der Fernseher kann nur über den Hauptschalter abgeschaltet werden, dann funktionieren die Steckdosen nicht mehr. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht, Air BnB Feeling zu Hotel Preisen. Kein Zimmerservice und kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Aufwendige Registrierung in der App mit Personalausweis. Prinzipiell ein gutes Konzept mit dem digitalen Check In, dies müsste sich jedoch im Preis wiederspiegeln.

- Mirella (9/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt, den ich so nochmal buchen würde. - Auch ohne Personal alles gut organisiert. Die Betreiber des Restaurants waren unfassbar freundlich - Frühstück war prima. Das Schlafsofa wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht so geeignet. Das Fitnessstudio ist nicht im Haus, Fussläufig auch nicht wirklich schnell zu erreichen.
- Nadja (9/5): Alles prima. Würden wieder kommen. - Sehr schöne und moderne Ausstattung. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite gebucht, die vom Platz her mit Teenietochter prima war. Einzug die Schlafcouch hat etwas gequietscht bei jedem Umdrehen. Anbindung mit S-Bahn ist super. Haltestelle nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt. Parkplatzsituation ist solala, wenn man nicht 23€ pro Nacht fürs Parken ausgeben möchte.

- Gisela (5/5): - Schönes Appartement mit guter Grundausstattung Online- Personal freundlich, spricht aber nur englisch Es mussten alle Ausweise aller Reisenden hochgeladen werden, um einzuchecken. Das habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Das ist unnötiges Datensammeln. Mein Sohn war ohne Ausweis unterwegs und erst nach Stunden wurde das Angebot gemacht, kostenlos zu stornieren, da das Einchecken ohne alle 3 Ausweise nicht möglich war. Wir hatten Termine in Hamburg und fanden schließlich eine Lösung, um an den fehlenden Ausweis zu kommen. Schlafcouch war durchgelegen. Verbindung in die City dauerte aufgrund von Bauarbeiter im öffentlichen Nahverkehr 50 min. ( Kann aber überall passieren)
- Nicoletta (7/5): - Sehr geräumig, sogar mit eigener Kochnische und Geschirr. Schön sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider schaltete sich nachts automatisch immer wieder der Start-Screen des Fernsehers an, sodass ich aufwachte. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass es recht warm war.

- Sung-Chul (1/5): Ein Zimmer in einem miserablen Zustand - Schon am ersten Tag, als wir im Zimmer ankamen, waren wir schockiert: Das Bett sah so aus, als hätte bereits jemand darin gelegen. Auf dem Tisch standen zwei benutzte Gläser mit Wasser, und aus der Wasserflasche war der Rest ausgelaufen. Außerdem lag ein Kissenbezug achtlos neben dem Bett auf dem Nachttisch. Als wir versuchten, eine Beschwerde telefonisch auf Deutsch vorzubringen, erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir warteten über eine Stunde vergeblich auf einen Rückruf. Schließlich erreichten wir einen Mitarbeiter auf Englisch, der uns eine Rückerstattung von 15 % für die erste Nacht versprach – bis heute, selbst nach dem Check-out, haben wir jedoch keinerlei Antwort oder Erstattung erhalten. Das Schlafsofa war in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man darauf unmöglich schlafen konnte, da es völlig durchgelegen war. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts lagen Staubflusen im Badezimmer herum, sodass wir ständig niesen mussten. Eine derart schlechte Erfahrung mit einem Hotel habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gemacht. Das war absolut inakzeptabel. Solche Unterkünfte sollten von Booking.com unbedingt besser überprüft und herausgefiltert werden!
