- อัญรินทร์ (8/5): - บรรยากาศชายทะเล ไม่มี wifi ใช้
- Azrul (5/5): Good for healing but hard to find food and store near by. - Infront of beach The room is in good condition but there is a lack of water for bathing in the morning and the water supplied is not very clean and far from the restoran and store.

- Norashiqin (8/5): Would repeat again! - The view is so nice! Very peaceful The floor slippery a bit
- Muhamad khairol (8/5): All the best! - Peaceful , far from city, so chill.. Low pressure water

- Jennifer (5/5): Würd ich nicht mehr hin wollen - Die Ruhe Der dreck rund herum, das Frühstück war auch nicht gut
- Mike (9/5): Very nice and comfortable - The people The property
- Singh (8/5): - The quiet and private location. Friendly staff. The location is quite a distance to the town.
- Nuramalina Mazeli (3/5): Scary - Super beautiful beach I would say. When we first arrived we were quite unsure about the location which was very interior with small road 12km into a village. The resort appears dilapidated with a lot of ruins at the entrance. No one was staying there except us. The room smells musty. The toilet was dirty with scary wall with ?graffiti from black paint scattered around. Floor of the toilet was stained with soils. Breakfast food was quite luxury prepared for the three of us but the utensils are dirty, the plates were chipped. Even with such a beautiful view the stay was straight out of scary movie surreal experience.
- Fazreen (6/5): Amazing location but the owners can do more to uplift the place. - The location is amazing with the private beach. Property is not well maintained
- Firdaus (5/5): -
- liyana (5/5): Average - Close to the beach The location too far.
The cleanliness is bad
- Alann (2/5): The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in - Very attractive beach Very inattentive staff when we arrived. The room was honestly disgusting - the bathroom is a ‘wet room’ with a shower in the middle but the water wasn’t draining so there was a standing puddle of brown water we had to wade through to use the toilet. The room was half painted with paint splashes all over the furniture. The bed was harder than the floor, it was dirty, there were no bedside lights or nightstands- we will NEVER stay there again. If we weren’t so tired we would have immediately walked out and paid to go somewhere else

- Iqmal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nurul (8/5): Very good -
- Nor (5/5): Passable - the room is not very clean as the towel and the bedsheet had a stain. the toilet had very bad smell and the water is rusty like yellowish. the thing in the bathroom also rusty. we also found centipede in the room luckily we noticed it and not step into it. there are part in the floor bathroom that had water stagnant. other thing is can consider but the worst part is the smell of the bathroom is very bad. i cant stay longer in it.
- Roger (5/5): Undecided - Good sunset,
Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
Surrounding areas was very interesting,
I had a rental car as transport which was essential. The AC unit was above the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable,
No hot water for a shower, lukewarm at best,
Without transport you are 30mins away from the nearest town,
This would have been a high end luxury resort when built, may I suggest those days are in the past.
I’m undecided about the resort,
it didn’t cost the earth but could have been so much better.
Without transport I would have struggled staying here.
The photo gallery is much better than the reality.
- Muruthii (5/5): Masterful photo manipulation. - Breakfast was hopeless. Until a group of Thais arrived to celebrate the end of Ramadan, we got a nasty cold fried egg, prepared about 2 hours earlier. When other guests arrived, the situation changed so much that the food was a bit warm, but only Thai. In any case, it was so nasty that we went to the town for meals. And so for 3 days, and on the 4th day we simply left, despite the fact that the stay was paid for. When I sat on the swing with a purchased rotisserie chicken, the rotten rope broke and I broke, and the chicken was eaten by cats. Bathing in the sea is not impossible, unless you accept murky and shallow water. Outside the resort - filth and malaria, which is worse than a garbage dump. A room with a sea view is the biggest manipulation (with a camera with a wide-angle lens). Formally, everything is correct, but reality is far from the beautiful shots on the Internet. So much so that we escaped before the reservation ended.
- Tammie (6/5): - We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app).
We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep.
The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to hang the clean clothing on.
It would have been nice to have offered to sweep our room during our 5 night stay.
All in all we would possibly stay again but would ask to see the rooms first before being assigned.
- Mohamad (3/5): Poor -
- Diogo (8/5): Recommend due to a good price - Amazing staff and location Shower
- Razeen (7/5): Friendly staff, good location but can improve cleanliness - Location & the beach Cleanliness & facility maintenance
- Iqkmal (4/5): Overall, it is pleased stay with great customer service. Just need improvement on the room. - The breakfast was simple yet delightful, and the customer service was excellent. I requested a honeymoon setup in the room, and they arranged it beautifully at no extra charge. The location is stunning, with a beautiful beach, but it's important to note that the resort is about a 30-minute drive from the town and Pak Bara Viewpoint. This is a perfect spot for those who prefer a peaceful environment, but if you're looking for nightlife or frequent visits to the town, it may not be the best choice. The bathroom is in poor condition, with slow water pressure and a bad odour. The room is not soundproof at all, as you can hear people walking upstairs.
- Nur (8/5): Very good - I like the location opposite the sea.. Fresh air. But better to reach there before night. Because it's a little bit scary inside the jungle.

- Mus (4/5): Disappointing - No Underrated
- Charles (6/5): Good - We were made very welcome and the hotel was very clean however there were language problems as we speak only English and the staff only some Thai !!! The col breakfast ( possibly the problem was lost in translation)
- Mus (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ahmad (9/5): Superb -
- Ruslan (6/5): Pleasant - Good view only It wasn't clean inside. Stuff is not helpful. TV doesn't work. Food and drink too expensive
- Jaturong (9/5): Superb -
- Suhardi (5/5): Passable -
- Panakom (3/5): second most dirty room after the one I stayed in Delhi, India. But great view. - the location is great. the private beach is very windy and secluded, with a place to chill. they even have a bar with booze selling that i found it rare accepted in Muslim community near by. parking for car is in tree shade so keep your vehicle cool. the room is dirty as hell. unfinished wall paint, stained bathroom floor, poop stain in toilet, hair clogged sink and shower. TV doesnt work (the box keep reseting). Shower were not strong but the hot water works. staff were clueless at most questions. When I checked in i was welcome by the cleaning staff taking a nap on the chill area of the hotel lobby. then upon going to the room at i think 3-4pm, they still has the bed sheet, the empty plates of food in front of the checked out room, attracting flies and looks unprofessional. The location works and has potential. but i think the staff are undertrained or maybe dont get paid enough to care. the facility need inspection rather wing it day by day. have the owner stay for a night see whats up? I think the quality does not justify 1350 THB price tag. I stayed 850 THB in Trang it was better in every single way except the beach front.

- Sucha (4/5): - When your taxi driver from Had Yai Airport and front desk informed you no cabs would come to this property to take you anywhere, this gave us an immediate concern. Property was very isolated with no shops or stores. The closest seven eleven was like 20 minutes away by car on the road with no sidewalks or streetlights. We stayed here for one night as we were headed to Pak Bara Pier the next day to go to Koh Lipe. The front desk told us that they couldn't call a taxi for us to get us to the pier. The cook was kind enough to take us to the pier the next day.
Duct tape was used to cover up holes on the bed. The hot water didn't work. The faucet was about to come off the sink. The couch was broken and you basically sat on the floor. You were on a bay and not the ocean. The pictures of the beach they put on their website didn't remotely resemble anything we saw on this location.
We stayed in a beachfront bungalow and according to Expedia, the room was over $100 per night. The original hotel we booked canceled on us so Expedia offered us this beachfront bungalow at a discount price. It is not worth $100 per night.
If you are looking for a place to stay for a night before hopping on a ferry ride to Koh Lipe the next day or actually for any reason, DO NOT stay at this place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - nice beach n hotel staff very friendly..room is very good
- Bobus (8/5): Very nice resort right on the beach. - Best view in the beachfront villa. Very helpful staff. Still building. Good food.
