estefania (4/5): péssima experiência - A minha estadia neste local foi péssima, mas não foi por causa do apartamento e sim dos serviços prestados pelo administrador do imóvel, Go House. Logo no início eles dificultaram ao máximo uma simples solicitação de alteração de datas na reserva, tentaram me cobrar taxas incorretas e desonestas, mas o hoteis.com conseguiu me auxilar neste ponto. Já durante a estadia, eles fizeram uma confusão achando que eu havia desocupado o apartamento e enviaram uma pessoa para limpeza que revirou os meus pertences, jogou fora minhas comidas que estavam na geladeira e o pior de tudo, levou minhas roupa de cama e toalhas. No mesmo dia, 19/05/18 eu informei a empresa do ocorrido e eles se comprometeram a entregar meus pertences no dia seguinte, porém até a data de hoje isso não ocorreu, mesmo após diversos contatos. Fiz um boletim de ocorrência e este escritório será notificado pela justiça. Os funcionários são extremamente despreparados a ponto de errar o português básico durante as comunicações.
