• Gabriel (10/5): Relaxant și plăcut - Locație cochetă, cu o vedere la Bosfor spectaculoasă. Micul dejun de pe terasa de la etajul 3 cu vedere la mare ai vrea să nu se mai termine. Camera bună, pat foarte confortabil iar gazdele sunt foarte primitoare și gata să te ajute cu orice probleme. Comunicare facilă liniște și stația de tren foarte aproape cu legături spre orice zona. Recomand cu căldură Preferam ca dimineață să am Turkish Coffee dar probabil ca ar fi fost prea complicat și de durată ca să fie în meniu.
• Sebastian (10/5): Highly recommended! - A very good hotel for its price range. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast served on the terrace is lovely and filling. The T6 line is located very close by, providing access to the city center and most attractions within 15 minutes. The rooms are quiet and clean. The neighborhood is relatively peaceful and safe (there is always at least one security officer at every T6 and metro station). Locals might occasionally wake you up at night with loud music from passing cars, but it is still much quieter than staying in the heart of the city center. While the area doesn't look particularly inviting on Street View, after exploring Istanbul, you realize that the many abandoned buildings, architectural chaos, and litter are simply characteristic of the city as a whole. Of course, the state of the surrounding area is beyond the hotel's control. Highly recommended!

• Nese (10/5): Home away from home. - We loved the enthusiasm and warm reception, the mix of new and old, the view, the terrace, the family room with plenty of storage, the convenient café, the tram right across the way, the bakeries around the corner... Hmmm, I can't think of anything that rubbed us the wrong way. It is not very close to the historical spots, but it's an easy tram away from the well known areas.
• Nese (9/5): A Sweet Place to call home for awhile. - The host and staff were very kind and eager to help. The family room was spacious and felt warm and thoughtfully set up with a nice amount of storage space for longer stays, a cute seating area and lovely little balcony. Public transportation was an easy few steps away from the hotel. The area is very walkable, but not close to the usual historical spots, so that tram comes in handy. The terrace has a lovely view and is wonderful to just sit out there with one of Yunus Bey's wonderful warm drinks. I didn't like that I had to even think of something I didn't like😋. At night there were some people hanging around outside and being a little loud, but mostly it was fine.

Terasa unde se serveste micul dejun este cu vedere la mare și a fost piesa de rezistenta. Comunicare perfecta si receptie 24/24. Oricand gasesti pe cineva sa te ajute/ indrume, mereu zambitori si amabili. Metrou in apropiere, cu care ajungi rapid in centrul istoric de la ei.Ne-am simtit excelent si cu siguranta o sa revenim! Micul dejun cu mai multe produse locale.

• Paola (9/5): - Hotel ristrutturato nella parte vecchia della città vicinissimo ad una stazione metro di superficie comodissima per arrivare in centro o in tutte le località da visitare. Hotel pulito ampia camera con a disposizione frigorifero con bevande e acqua in bottiglia. Bagno ampio con grande doccia e con prodotti da bagno e sempre con asciugamani puliti a disposizione. Colazione in terrazza verandata con vista sul Bosforo. Uno dei titolari alla reception parla benissimo italiano e ci ha consigliato sui luoghi da visitare ed anche aiutato con alcune prenotazioni è stato molto disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande suoi luoghi e curiosità. Consiglio sicuramente Nessuna nota negativa se devo migliorare qualcosa direi la a colazione pur essendo piu che sufficiente andrebbe variata un pochino.

• Viorica (10/5): Great value for money - Really nice and friendly staff, breakfast was very good. The area is mostly quiet, we got a good night rest. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The train station is right next to the hotel and you can get to Sultanahmet in short time (direct line). We also used uber a couple of times with very decent rates. Our room was a bit updated and could use a refresh (old furniture, even though lovely, tends to give the room a musty smell). Shower area should be fixed, water was getting under the glass panel and into the bathroom.

Čisto sve, peškiri menjani svakog dana, posteljina svaki drugi. Vlasnik Yunis, mlad ali iskusan i preljubazan čovek. Svaka čast za sve, drago nam je da smo ga upoznali i odseli baš tu! 🍀

• CONSTANTIN IULIAN (9/5): - Locație bună, foarte aproape de metroul de suprafață, la câțiva metri. De aici se ajunge repede în zonele turistice de vizitat, câteva stații. Transport public excelent în Istanbul. Cartier liniștit. Paturi confortabile, curat în cameră, lenjerie curată, schimbată chiar și zilnic, în funcție de preferințe. Apă caldă permanent. Aer condiționat. Apă, sucuri, biscuiți din partea casei zilnic. Semnal bun la internet. Mic dejun ok și suficient. Servirea foarte bună. Terasa cu vedere superbă spre mare. Am apreciat micul dejun care se servea între 8:00 și 11:00, noi fiind mai somnoroși. Parcarea gratis pentru mașină în fața hotelului. Personalul foarte amabil. Băiatul de la recepție vorbește bine engleză și îți poate oferi sfaturi cu privire la transport, obiective turistice etc. Pe noi ne-a ajutat să verificăm in sistem dacă avem taxă auto, ne-a sprijinit să comandăm pizza, diverse etc. Este la dispoziția turiștilor permanent, inclusiv noaptea. Pensiune sigură, se intră doar cu cartelă, am lăsat bani în cameră fără probleme, nu a dispărut nimic, așa cum am mai văzut prin recenzii la alte hoteluri. Personalul este atent și săritor la nevoile clienților, dar într-un mod discret, fără să agaseze. La sosire ți se oferă un pliant cu informații foarte utile privind zonele de vizitat și cum anume ajungi in fiecare dinte acestea, de la locație, plus harta transportului public în oraș. Ceva probleme la baie, era scurgere din tavan, pe perete, într-un colț, probabil de la camera de sus, ceea ce a afectat ventilația din baie, astfel că în ultima zi de cazare a fost deconectată. Ușor miros în băie, dar nu foarte supărător și dispărea la aerisirea camerei, de dimineață. Din ce am citit prin recenzii, este o problemă generală, la multe hoteluri în Istanbul, probabil de la rețeaua publică de canalizare.

• patrick (10/5): - L'hôtel est exceptionnel pratique pour les transports et au calme après le tumulte de la journée à Istanbul. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer.Je remercie le personnel qui a été très agréable en particulier pour moi qui a fait une chute et qui a été immobilisée. Le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour m'aider. Dans la précipitation du départ anticipé nous avons omis de rendre la clé, nous sommes désolés mais nous l'avons donnée au chauffeur de taxi qui vous la remettra. Encore un gros merci pour tout. Je recommanderais l'hôtel à des amis qui doivent se rendre à Istanbul et si nous revenons ce sera chez vous. A bientôt Rien

• invisible999 (9/5): Excellent stay for four days. Recommend to anyone and surely we will be back - First of all, communication with the staff was excellent - timely, without any language barrier. The young gentleman at front desk made sure that all our requests were adequately met. He also provided maps for local vicinities as well as ways to get to/from the hotel via public transportation. Additional bonus - tram station is right in front of the hotel that would take you to the heart of old city. While the room was small, it provided much comfort and relaxation. Despite huge windows and the attached deck curtains provided adequate sun blocking. Beds were comfortable as well. Separate mentioning - the breakfast that was included in our stay - every day it was fresh, tasty and great meal. We got four different kind of cheese, yogurt, nuts and dried fruits, wonderfully made coffee and local cheese pastry. Aircon unit was installed such a way that it blew directly to bed, but it could be managed by fixing the airflow toward the ceiling. Also, sometimes it took more that 10-15 min for hot water to flow, but again, this is not a beg deal.

• Júlíus (10/5): Frábær staður með yndislegu starfsfólki - Frábær morgunverður á þaksvölum með glæsilegu útsýni.Herbergið hreint með góðum rúmum. Það er lestarstöð rétt hjá hótelinu . Hægt að far um alla borg með lestum. Betra en sitja fastur í leigubíl. Starfsfólkið var einnstakklega þægilegt. Ég held að þetta sé með mínum bestu hótel upplifunum. Einnstakur staður. Það eru bara átta herbergi svo hópar gætu haft hótelið fryri sig.

• PrzemekBooks (10/5): Small hotel with local character and kind people engaged to help you in organisation of your stay. - Very good option to visit Instanbul and find local restaurants nearby. Metro is across the street and you can reach the old city as well as the beach. Nice cat guards the place. Brakfast at the terrase opened each our day in a charming way.

Room was very neat and clean, quiet, the view towards the sea vas incredible. All the cats around :) I can't really think of something I didn't like.
• Mario (10/5): Es waren sehr schöne Tage in Istanbul. - Wir sind mit dem Motorrad angereist und wurden sehr gut empfangen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und konnte mit Blick aus Meer genossen werden. Sehr gute Verkehsanbindung mit Bahn ins Zentrum. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Conveniently located. - Small family business providing excellent accommodation with personality—the rooms are very clean and comfortable and they upgraded one of our rooms so that we could all stay on the same floor (4 rooms). The view from the terrace is lovely. They installed an elevator so my parents didn’t complain about the stairs. It’s away from the bustle of old town, so you can walk outside and have a chat with the neighbors outside. Hot water heater capacity was low so whoever got the first shower also got the best shower!
• Agnes (10/5): Perfect stay for our family in Istanbul! - The room was clean and spacious. We received warm and welcoming service throughout our stay. Breakfast at the rooftop patio was delicious and abundant, with a beautiful view of the sea. Located in a quieter residential area, but we found several restaurants within walking distance. Super close to public transportation. Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey feel instead of corporate hotels.

• Iveta (10/5): Exceptional - This is the second time I stay at the hotel and each time I am overwhelmed by the kindness of the hosts, the wonderful food they serve for breakfast, the pleasant room and the ease of going into the touristy party of the city. There is a safe on the street parking, a metro station less than a minute walk and plenty of restaurants nearby.
• Pavel (10/5): Good quality - Very cozy hotel. Amazing staff. We felt very welcome. Fantastic breakfast on the terrace with the view It’s not the best area to stay as a tourist. But the views are nice. And if you travel with car - not a problem.
• Caitlyn (10/5): Exceptional - Small, charming, and beautiful hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. Clean and comfortable with amazing staff. The included Turkish breakfasts were excellent and the views from the breakfast cafe/terrace are amazing. Such an awesome way to start the day in Istanbul. All staff members were helpful, accommodating, and kind. There is also a very sweet resident lobby cat named Tophee to enjoy a passing cuddle with. Location is in more of a residential area which we really liked as it gives a more local feel but has easy access to the rest of the city as the Yedikule tram station is directly across from the hotel. A ride from Yedikule station to the station next to the major tourist attractions is about 10-15 minutes and the tram/stations are clean and feel very safe. Cost was around 1 USD per ride. My partner and I are also more budget conscious travelers so we loved that the local eateries and grocery stores nearby the hotel were about 1/3 the price of what we paid in the Sultanahmet area close to the more touristy area. If we or our loved ones were to visit Istanbul again soon we would absolutely stay and/or recommend the Queen Seagull. Nothing! Do not hesitate to book here if my review sounds good to you! :)

• Tamás (10/5): Made our trip a lot more magical. - First and foremost the staff at the reception is really friendly and helpful. They helped and organized our transfer from and back to the airport. They provide free bottled water on demand or when the room is cleaned. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with a view of the Marmara sea. The beds were comfy, not too soft, not too hard; perfect. Also they were new and clean! The room had airconditioning, a minibar with welcome gifts, and all the toiletries you'd need for a longer stay. The breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed it every morning, and the little daily changes to the already plentyful meal made our mornings better and gave the energy we needed for sightseeing. Did I mention that the hotel is 2 minutes away from a train station and a bus station as well? If you are still thinking about where to book, just stop. Come to this hotel, you are not gonna regret it! The hotel should introduce some house rules - hanged in each room. A few guests tend to be a bit louder and it can be annoying at night, when you'd like to sleep. However, it is just nitpicking, and more of a suggestion rather than an actual problem - the rooms are quiet in general.

The stairs were steep and could have done with something to hold on to and the lights were slow to come on so they were also a little on the dark side.

Been to Istanbul a few times but this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Will definitely be going back. All staff are extremely friendly.
