• Madddin (9/5): Ideal für den Marathon - Das Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Eine wirklich tolle Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zimmer sind groß, ruhig und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Will man kostenfrei parken, muss man einen Fußweg von 10 Minuten in kauf nehmen. Ansonsten werden Parkplätze von 20€ pro Tag angeboten.
• Valentina (7/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Betten waren leider sehr schlecht. Wir mussten uns ein Bett teilen, weil man sich im anderen kaum bewegen konnte – es hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung laut gequietscht. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch nicht zu denken. Ich habe das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet, da ein solches Bett für Gäste wirklich unzumutbar ist. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das ausgetauscht wird.

• Britta (10/5): Wir möchten wiederkommen! - Das Essen war prima zu tollen Preisen. Das Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das Personal superfreundlich. Die medizinischen Behandlung waren sehr angenehm. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben ;)

• Martina (7/5): Skvělé, ale snídaně nepřijatelné - Poloha hotelu skvělá, zařízení pokoje odpovídající, skvělý výhled na říčku z balkónu. Dala bych vyšší hodnocení než 7, ale snídaně byly ostudné. Nabídka jak za komunismu a především plesnivý chléb, shnilé ovoce atd. Stěžovaly jsme si s kolegyní a personál nebyl moc ochotný, ale pak to nějak řešili, stejně tak paní na recepci. Ale s něčím takovým jsem se snad nikdy nesetkala a doonce je to důvod, proč bych to hotelu už nejela, pokud se toto nezmění. Jinak během pracovního potytu na festivalu skvělé umístění hotelu. Snídaně.

• Jirina (8/5): - Hotel blízko centra města i blízko promenády. Snídaně dobré. Velmi milá a ochotná paní recepční Olga. Pokoj čistý, postel pohodlná, zařízení pokoje odpovídá spíše 3***. Potěšila mě možnost uvařit si na pokoji čaj. Hotel mohu doporučit.

• Jaroszlav (10/5): Beautiful architecture pleasant and cheerful people, amazing tranquility make you want to come again - Upon entering the hotel, Olga will greet you warmly at the reception, she will always kindly prompt and help, she knows Karlovy Vary better than any guide! A room with a view of the river. The quiet sound of water lulls and soothes, after the bustle of the city, and this is a bonus not included in the price! Very convenient location of the hotel, a few minutes' walk from the springs and away from traffic. Nearby is a recreation area with benches and a pond, in the river there is a huge amount of fish and ducks, you can feed them and watch how they share food. Excellent cuisine, the food is varied and delicious. I would especially like to note the chef Malvina, who knows how to create culinary masterpieces from ordinary products!!! Want to improve your health, you've come to the right place! Going down to the treatment block, you will meet Yana, who with great enthusiasm will guide you through all the procedures and explain their benefits! There is also a great massage therapist working there, after his hands you feel much younger! Overall, a great hotel with very pleasant, attentive and friendly staff, and this applies to everyone from the cleaners to the waiters and cooks! It would be good to install larger safes so that a laptop could fit.
• yuriy (9/5): - Excellent location, excellent treatment facilities, food was fantastic. Kitchen staff and waitresses were professional and pleasant to talk to. One chef from Uzhgorod, Ukraine deserves Michellin star for her beef in dill sauce. Receptionist Olga was very helpful. Overall, excellent stay at the hotel Pavlov. Some dated furniture and not very professional repair in bedroom noted. Didn't affect my stay but would definitely help to make a great first impression. Place is spotless clean so just a minor suggestion really. Biggest issue is definitely very slow Internet. This is why my rating was 9 out of 10.
• Marina (8/5): Lage top, einfach aber für Kurzurlaub in Ordnung - Deutsch schwierig, Schönes Zimmer (208) , alles sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung, Abendessen kann man außerhalb besser genießen. Lage top, Parkplatz für 15 Euro pro Tag zu haben .Sollte man nutzen. Lage optimal alles fusslaufig zu erreichen. Durch die Sprachbarriere wenig Informationen zu Behandlung im Hotel.

• Oleg (7/5): It was a pleasant comfortable stay. - Breakfasts were good. Nice variety of options. I would suggest trying to create more variety with eggs, such as omelette. Location is good. Close to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There is no air conditioning, so during hot days it can get a little uncomfortable in the room. If A/C is not an option, perhaps the hotel should offer fans. Dinners get somewhat repetitive. More variety would be welcomed.

• Svetlana (8/5): The stay was really comfortable due to hotel great location and very good staff. - The staff is really great everywhere: SPA, restaurant, reception. The rooms need upgrade: furniture, hairdryer, refrigerator. The food was really good for me: a lot of vegetables, green salads, fish, chicken etc. Main dishes were cooked very good. Please upgrade hairdryers in the bathrooms!
