Das Parfüm mit dem Klimaanlage war sehr intensiv dass ich 3 tage lange Halsschmerzen erlitten. Musst deswegen das Klimaanlage ausschalten somit ist das ganz Zimmer feuchte und nasse die ganzen Tag. Ich weiße nicht nicht wie die anderen Zimmer aber unsere hatten sehr viel Mangel, Waschbecken verstopft, Dusche Knopf defekt

Un responsable souriant et également accessible.. La réactivité des équipes pour trouver une solution si problèmatique à gérer.(Surclassement) La piscine avec ses équipements modernes notamment les vestiaires et autres. Bref vraiment expérience a réitérer au sein de cet établissement. Sans aucun état d' âme je recommande vivement de passer par cet hôtel de classe qui mérite ses étoiles voire plus... - Sophie (9/5): 3ème séjour au Calypso et toujours un "très bien" - Cuisine délicieuse avec le nouveau chef cambodgien, et hôtel toujours aussi agréable, personnel très accueillant et très aimable. Ma chambre était bruyante, celle qui donnait en face des escaliers. J'ai eu l'impression que c'était pas vraiment bien insonorisé... A part ce point de détail, RAS.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipé et même parfumé aux huiles essentielles… Très agréable. Sur place, on trouve un excellent restaurant qui propose une cuisine de qualité dans un très joli cadre. Le personnel est également aux petits soins. La piscine est très propre. Nous recommandons absolument, et nous reviendrons le plus vite possible. Ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

- Hidrosolo (10/5): Book Calypso and Not Regret - It was an excellent experience that we had in our stay at Calypso. Good thing I changed hotel and it wasn't a miss. The staff are great, all smiling and greeting you. Special mention to Josefa at the reception, he made us stay like kings. He is one of a kind. You will have the gym with friendly staffs, the pool and the steam bath to make you feel more pampered. Food is great specially every sunday buffet. Breakfast is nice though they can still improve on this for not repeating everyday menu. I have stayed 14 days and the same breakfast everyday or maybe its just me. Nonetheless, Calypso is highly recommended.

Es hat uns bei jedem Anliegen tatkräftig unterstützt und für eine herzliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Überraschung an meinem Geburtstag: Das Team hat mir einen kleinen Kuchen gebacken – eine liebevolle Geste, die ich nicht so schnell vergessen werde. Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt ebenfalls kaum Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Gym, Pool und Spa ist hervorragend und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles ist modern, gepflegt und bietet ideale Bedingungen, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, klimatisiert und bestens ausgestattet – hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Auch das Essen war gelungen und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist das WLAN, das leider nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Das war allerdings nur ein kleines Minus in einem ansonsten großartigen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder!

- Rachel (10/5): - Any issue I had was resolved with superior customer service by the manager and the owner (who takes care of his customers with passion). The rooms are beautiful. The spa and gym are exceptional. The self serve breakfast is remarkable. Well worth the money!
