The bathrooms were spacious and modern and the beds were comfortable. We were steps from the wonderful Piazza Navona, right in the heart of Rome! We will definitely stay here again! Nothing!

Nos recibieron con champagne en el cuarto, un detalle que se agradece. En general una buena experiencia, lo recomiendo. Vale aclarar que el hotel ocupa un piso dentro de un edificio residencial, algo que no queda del todo claro en la publicación y que al principio nos resultó un poco extraño. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea perfecta. Además nos dieron un regalo de bienvenida, que se agradece bastante. Cabe destacar el trato excelente de Alberto, el recepcionista, que nos ofreció un mapa para conocer la ciudad así como puntos de interés y recomendaciones. En general, está todo muy bien y volvería a repetir en este alojamiento. Quizá por sacar alguna pega, que el ascensor del edificio no inspira mucha confianza, ya que es muy antiguo, así que subimos por las escaleras.

Alberto couldn't have been more helpful, making recommendations, giving advice about tours, providing maps etc . An excellent breakfast every morning set us up for a day sightseeing and fabulous roof terrace for a relaxing coffee/drink before heading out again for the evening.

Отдельное спасибо администратору Катерине, прекрасная отзывчивая и душевная девушка, хотя и другие администраторы были прекрасны. Очень понравилась терраса с видом на город. Расположение отеля 10 из 10, транспорт понадобился только для аэропорта, все остальное в пешей доступности. В непосредственной близости от отеля находится ресторан с лучшей карбонарой в мире! Вид из окна просто потрясающий. В первую ночь было холодно, так как система кондиционирования не работала из-за проблем с электрическим щитком, но на следующий день все проблемы устранили. В 1 номере слышно соседей из соседней квартиры, но уже к 10 вечера все шумы затихали.

• Cristina (8/5): Ubicación perfecta - El personal fue súper amable. Eli nos amenizaba el desayuno y nos preparaba tortitas o lo que quisiéramos. Alberto acudió fuera de horario de recepción para traernos una cuna para nuestro bebé (reservamos por la noche de emergencia por un problema con otro alojamiento). La ubicación es excelente. La habitación triple perfecta y espaciosa. El desayuno muy básico. Lo que no nos gustó fue que nos cobraron por la cuna 20€ al día y que la habitación normal (estuvimos en dos habitaciones distintas) bastante más incómoda y con olor a humedad. El agua de las duchas se salía por el suelo del baño en ambas habitaciones. El ascensor es muy pequeño y con maletas grandes no cabes. Nuestra estancia fue agradable y recomendaría la habitación triple por el espacio, la normal se me hace pequeña y cara para lo que ofrece.

The only slight downside is that access to the top floor location was via a very small lift which was located a half level up from the ground floor. Around 8 steps which was enough with a suitcase.

W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje i klimatyczne knajpki. Oldschoolowa winda :) Dziewczyny z obsługi sympatyczne i pomocne. Obiekt elastyczny jeśli chodzi o godziny zameldowania czy zostawienie bagażu. Pokój i jadalnia niewielkie, ale czyste i przytulne. Na upartego mógłbym się czepić ekspresu na kapsułki - serio? We Włoszech kawa powinna być top. Chociaż można poprosić o pyszne Cappuccino czy inne rodzaje kaw. Śniadanie ok, wybór niewielki - można się najeść, choć następnym razem pewnie skorzystałbym z którejś z okolicznych knajpek.

• Graham (10/5): Bella Bella Roma! A fabulous little hotel full of charm, and such a central location!. - Alberto & the team were the perfect hosts, we really felt looked after. How many boutique hotels offer a choice of 4 different types of mattress? Little touches like a complimentary bottle of wine, and a little jar of sweeties at check-out were wonderful!. We were there for the Italy-Scotland rugby game, and it's such a beautiful and central location. The big surprise was Alberto found out that I played guitar, and on Sunday morning he brought in his own guitar for me, and we all had an amazing sing song!. Such a lovely time, and we will be back! Not something the hotel could have done anything about but the rain in Rome was torrential!. But they are well prepared, and there were curtesy umbrellas for all!.

• Steffen Klittmann (10/5): Ein sehr charmantes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel in perfekter Innenstadtlage mit freundlichem Personal, sc - Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden – zahlreiche Cafés für ein entspanntes Frühstück sowie Bars für einen Aperitif am Abend befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Die Zimmergröße war ideal. Zwar waren gelegentlich Geräusche von Nachbarn oder aus dem Flur zu hören, durch die geringe Größe des Hotels war es insgesamt aber sehr ruhig. Da ich morgens früh zum Erkunden der Stadt aufgebrochen bin, hat mich das überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Terrasse sieht sehr einladend aus, konnte von mir jedoch aufgrund des Winters nicht genutzt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ein echtes Highlight war außerdem der wunderschöne alte Aufzug bis in den fünften Stock – ein tolles Detail mit viel Charme. Eigentlich gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Zu Beginn habe ich den Eingang nicht sofort gefunden – das lag jedoch ausschließlich daran, dass ich die vorab zugesandten E-Mails nicht gelesen hatte, in denen alles sehr gut und verständlich erklärt war.

Rooms not huge, but well equipped and you choose your own mattress, which we found a nice touch. Can't fault it. 5* Hotel was right in the heart of the city as well meaning we could walk everywhere. Nothing, we loved everything.

• Stephanie (10/5): Great! - Staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and we had an amazing view outside our window. The roof garden was beautiful, and we wish we had enjoyed it a little more. The location was great. It was about a 30 minute walk to the colosseum and Vatican City. This location was very centrally located and had many restaurants near by. The staff even gave some recommendations of their favorite places and things to do. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Rome! Room was a little small but worked for two people.

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Really enjoyed our time while living in these apartments. Super friendly welcome, guest - oriented stuff and perfect location. The fifths floor (the upper one) of the historical building, very curious elevator (oh, Gosh, it was awesome to get up and down :)) Not so big but cute enough room with all necessary facilities and good city view. The kitchen is available around the clock. You can get there tea/coffee and some biscuits/ fruit Also it has an outstanding porch on the rooftop (the view is overwhelming there - you can smoke or have a cup of coffee and get grounded a bit) As we were there during Christmas - we found a Christmas cake in the kitchen at Christmas Eve, so cute!) Overall, we’d like to come back - that’s for sure!
• Mascha (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt im Zentrum Roms - Die Betreuung war sehr herzlich und eng. Alberto und Elli gaben sich große Mühe. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, vor allem Albertos Eier! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung. Das Bett war extrem bequem. Wir hatten ein Fenster mit Blick über die Dächer und gleichzeitig auf einen kleinen Platz und eine Kirche sowie einen kleinen Renaissance Palast direkt gegenüber. Das Hotel im fünften Stock war sehr gut mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Die Lage ist super, mitten im Zentrum. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Campo di fiori und Piazza Navona direkt um die Ecke. Das Wetter, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. 🙂

• Drawo (10/5): Ottimo per un weekend nella Città Eterna - Struttura molto bella, curata e pulita, disponibilità del proprietario, posizione centralissima in pieno centro a Roma vicino a piazza Navona e a Campo de' Fiori, facile da raggiungere da Termini con una linea di bus. La camera è abbastanza grande e con due finestre con una bella vista e i letti comodi. A disposizione degli ospiti poi c'è anche una piccola zona relax comune con tavolini con sempre caffè, acqua e qualche snack disponibile, c'è anche un bel terrazzo anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito molto a causa del tempo piovoso. La struttura fornisce anche tappi per le orecchie e mascherina perchè a volte arriva del rumore dalla strada (normale perchè siamo in centro a Roma). Colazione buona con possibilità di ordinare anche uova, bacon etc. Qualche armadietto/mobile in più in stanza dove riporre gli oggetti, il riscaldamento ad aria funziona ma ci mette un po' a scaldare quindi bisogna avere un attimo di pazienza. L'ascensore comune del palazzo è molto piccolo quindi potrebbe essere necessario più di un viaggio in caso di bagagli voluminosi (per noi non è stato un problema).

• Lisa (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay in perfect location, from arrival to departure. - Exceptional in every way, from the warm welcome to the beautiful room and comfortable bed (they offer a choice of mattresses) the lovely rooftop garden and views, to the gorgeous shower. There was even a complimentary bottle of chilled Prosecco in our room when we arrived, and hand written note and a gift on departure. Many thoughtful touches you do not often find elsewhere. The room was also super quiet.

• Caroline (7/5): Un pied à terre agréable - La chambre 1 est plutôt bien agencée, les lits et les oreillers confortables. L’hébergement est situé au 5e étage d’un vieil immeuble, qui donne en partie sur la rue mais le bruit reste très supportable. Le staff est bienveillant et disponible. L’emplacement sur une placette permet de réserver des transferts comme Über qui se garent à proximité. Le panthéon est très proche à pied, et l’emplacement est assez central. L’ascenseur est situé en haut de plusieurs marches, et il est ancien donc minuscule et peu pratique. La réception est fermée après 15h (mais on accède jusqu’au logement grâce à des codes). Le coin du petit déjeuner est étroit et le roof garden est sûrement plus agréable (mais pas en hiver !!!!). La salle de bain est un peu petite (room 1).

Great staff and intimate property - made to order breakfast, plush bedding, and even a nice sized triple room for 3 adults. Had everything we needed and more, exceeded expectations. After spending hours reading reviews, very happy this property was available and would return.

• Nataly (10/5): מיקום מושלם! חדר מרווח קרוב להכל. - מיקום מושלם. קרוב להכל מרחק הליכה אין צורך בתחבורה בכלל. על הפיאצה, חנויות בשפע ממש מתחת למלון. שימו לב שזה לא מלון "רגיל", עם לובי בכניסה, הוא בעצם ממוקם בקומה חמישית, ובדומה ישנם החדרים. אם אתם מגיעים אחרי 15 תצטרכו להיכנס לבד, יש הוראות, לא מורכב לתפעול אבל אם אתם מבוגרים קחו בחשבון שתצטרכו להיכנס בכוחות עצמכם, יש קוד כניסה והוראות, המארח זמין כל הזמן בוואטסאפ. אהבנו מאוד, קיבלנו חדר גדול ופינתי (מספר 1). ארוחת הבוקר מאוד קטנה אבל לגמרי משביעה, תבקשו שיכינו לכם חביתה זה לא מוגש, מבקשים.
• Christian (9/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Rom und in dieser Unterkunft. Unser Empfehlung! - Die Unterkunft ist in der 5 Etage eines Wohnhauses (mit Fahrstuhl) und umfaßt nur wenige Zimmer, ein Frühstücksraum und eine schöne Dachterasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, das Bad sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und das Frühstück top! Alberto spricht sogar deutsch und konnte uns viele Tipps geben, Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut. Mitten in der Altstadt kann mal alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Rom ist laut! Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist eigentlich nicht möglich. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts!

• Martin (8/5): Pleasant stay with a great location and friendly staff, and you get exactly what you paid for. - We really liked the location, the friendly staff with clear instructions, the comfortable bed mattress options, and the nice welcome refreshment. The room was close to the reception, so we could hear noise through the door. Overall, the soundproofing was insufficient.
