• Guy (5/5): Pour passer rapidement une nuit. - La situation près des allées au centre de Béziers. Le geste sympa de la personne à l'accueil qui a monté ma valise jusqu'à ma chambre alors que je monte très mal les escaliers. Le lit très étroit et le matelas un peu dur. La fenêtre qui donne sur un couloir.

• Karsten (8/5): Nette Unterkunft, mit einfachem Zimmer! - Sehr zentral , mitten in der Stadt. Im dritten Stock mit doppelt verglasten Fenstern kaum etwas zu hören. Zentrale Tiefgarage ca. 200 m entfernt , bewacht für 12€ am Tag! Altbau, sehr enge, steile Treppe.

• Hélène (8/5): Hôtel original - Nous avons été bien accueillis, bien conseillés pour le repas du soir et nous avons pu laisser nos vélos à l’abri et en sécurité pour la nuit. Le petit déjeuner qui nous a été servi était très bon. Il manquait du salé pour le petit déjeuner. Mais rien de négatif à dire à part ça et c’est vraiment une question de goût personnel.

On s'en est débarrassé dès qu'on a localisé la boule, mais l'odeur a persisté pendant tout notre séjour, provoquant des irritations respiratoires. C'est vraiment dommage car sinon l'hôtel est très sympa.

• Nadine (5/5): Déçue de la chambre "supérieure" , plutôt standard... - La propreté, chambre impeccable, assez insonorisé de la rue,(pas du palier) , le lit est assez confortable, hôtel très bien placé, personnel de nettoyage très gentil sur place, par contre la direction est choquante. En fait je réalise que j'avais réservé la chambre avec terrasse, mais qu'on m'a donné une chambre simple avec fenêtre, donc pas celle réservée et payée, 3 étages à pieds, sanibroyeur à débrancher pour brancher un sèche cheveux difficile à manœuvrer car cloué au mur, pas de couverture et pas de chauffage, heureusement j'avais un pull, chambre plutôt standard, petite, et surtout pas celle réservée, et choquée de la réponse de l'hôtel qui prétend m'avoir donné la chambre avec terrasse et dit que j'ai "besoin de changer d'opticien , lol", je viens de découvrir que la chambre 18 est bien une chambre simple, selon photos.

• Françoise (10/5): Un hôtel comme on les aime - Un accueil aussi charmant que la décoration des chambres et de l'hôtel en général, particulièrement le petit salon, la qualité de la literie, la propreté de la chambreet de la salle de bain, l'excellent petit déjeuner. Exceptionnel pour une étoile. Vraiment pas grand chose, la douche est un peu petite, et une étagère dans la salle de bain serait un plus, mais tout est tellement joli, propre et accueillant, que ça n'a pas une grande importance.

The bed was comfortable too. I would stay again. The bathroom door was not stable. The hand rails on the stair could have been a bit more secure.

• Robert (1/5): Not a good experience - We cancelled this Hotel after arriving at the front entrance when the attendant was not there at the check in time of 3pm. We waited until 3:55 and still noone was there. Thankfully, the reservation got cancelled and we received our money back with the help of Booking.com customer support! The location was not great and on a sketchy street. Didn't get a chance to see the inside.

Good WiFi. Shower recess, wash basin and toilet cubicle situated are situated the bedroom at foot of the bed. Toilet cubicle was tiny. Hotel is dated and needs refurbishing. No elevator.

L’habitació feia molta pudor a tabac, tot i que el recepcionista ens va dir que no es podia fumar, l’habitació tenia enganxines de prohibit fumar i la pròpia habitació tenia terrassa. • DONÈS (10/5): Au top pour les amateurs d’hôtels authentiques. - Tout. Une véritable surprise. Surplombant les allées Paul-Riquet, l’hôtel est idéalement placé. La ville propose de nombreux parkings et ceux qui se donneront la peine de tourner un peu et que dix minutes de marche n’effraieront pas, trouveront des emplacements gratuits. L’hôtel surprend par sa décoration qui rend l’endroit des plus douillets. Il y a une âme, c’est palpable. Nous sommes loin de l’uniformité des chaînes hôtelières. Quant au personnel, il est adorable !

Décoration sobre, literie confortable, salle d'eau rénovée et propre. Petit balcon pour les fumeurs (dont je ne fais pas partie). Personnel sympathique : on s'est occupé de ma valise car je suis arrivée handicapée par une entorse. Escalier un peu étroit et assez raide. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. J'ai eu de l'eau chaude à disposition dans un thermos le premier soir, mais cela n'a pas été renouvelé le second soir.

• _OR_ (9/5): Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Ein kleines, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Das Personal war freundlich, sprach nur leider kein Englisch - heutzutage aber kein Problem. Wegen aktuellen Bauarbeiten vor der Haustür wurde tagsüber das Wasser abgestellt, aber dafür konnte das Hotel ja nichts. Ich bekam die Info direkt bei der Anreise und konnte mich darauf einstellen. Mein Zimmer war sauber und gut sowie nützlich ausgestattet. Der ausgeschriebene Balkon war ein typisch französischer Balkon, also sehr klein. Das Badezimmer war sauber und okay. In der ersten Etage gibt es einen wirklich schön eingerichteten Gemeinschaftsraum mit kostenlosem Kaffee und Tee. Im Badezimmer tropfte es ab und zu aus einer Klappe an der Decke. Kein riesiges Problem, wenn man ein Handtuch drunter legt, aber bei mehreren Übernachtungen vielleicht lästig und unangenehm.

We inadvertantly (my fault) booked a "twin room", which had a bunk bed that moved a lot on every single movement in the upper bunk. Doors and windows do not keep out noise well at all, so a fair amount of sound from street and other rooms. While almost facing the city square, the street itself is not busy, so noise level wasn't as bad as it could've been.
