- Verified traveler (2/5): - We booked this place, but the Management company "upgraded" us to a different place because this one was unavailable. The "upgrade" was an apt was a 2 bedroom. In researching it was the same price as the place we booked. They rushed us to accept this "upgrade" the "upgrade" ended up have 1 bed that was completely shot and no hot water. They needed to move us again because of these problems. I would avoid any listing that may be associated with the company Squa.re as they don't seem to have any consistency to the places they rent out
- Mansoor (8/5): - The apartment was clean and tidy; However, communication with the staff members was very poor; we were so disappointed when we requested a cot for our 14-month-old baby but we had it supplied without mattress or blanket which was quite surprising! We requested those and were expecting the issue to be sorted out but our request was simply ignored! We had to use our pillows to make the cot comfortable for our baby to sleep; but at the same time we couldn't have a restful sleep which wasn't nice at all. I will only stay there again if I had no other choice but definitely I will think twice before booking this apartment again.
