• Coath (8/5): - Excellent position, spacious bedrooms and lounge, elegante building. Bathroom not on same level as bdrms and too far away from sleeping area. Tv too small for large lounge. Voucher system for breakfast is hopeless. Don't offer breakfast in this way.

• Colette (8/5): Comme à la maison! - Très joliment meublé avec goût. Il y a des livres et des informations sur Lecce. On se sent chez soi. Il faut mentionner que le logement est dans le centre historique interdit à la circulation après 13H et que le parking securisé est à 20mn à pied . A l'arrivée, c'est désagréable avec les valises. Il faut aussi mentionner que l'appartement est en duplex avec chambres à l'étage et que les toilettes se trouvent au rez de chaussée.

Su Booking.com è scritto chiaramente che la colazione è inclusa, tuttavia ci hanno chiesto cinque euro al giorno per la colazione! Qualcuno ha mai visto una colazione in Europa a cinque euro? Sono cliente di Booking.com da molti anni e non ho mai visto niente del genere!! Se dice che la colazione è inclusa, si dà per scontato che sia una colazione completa, non solo un caffè! Non mi riferisco al prezzo in sé, sto dicendo che mi sono sentita davvero truffata dalla pubblicità di Booking.com! Quando cerco un alloggio, controllo se la colazione è inclusa o meno! Sono molto arrabbiata per quello che è successo! Voi di Booking.com dovreste controllare questa pubblicità, che non corrisponde alla realtà! Sono cliente di Booking.com da anni e ripeto, non ho mai visto niente del genere!

• Vasileios (8/5): Excellent. - The apartment was great. Very big and spacious. Clean. In a good place. I found parking spot both nights close to the house. The toilet was downstairs. The floor was wooden. So during the night everyone woke up if someone had to use the restroom.

Lovely cafe for breakfast and a great restaurant on the door step. The piazza was a little lively in the evenings but it just added to the vibe. Had everything except a laundry. Good air con in the bedrooms.

• Val (9/5): It was excellent ! - It was very spacious, comfortable and lovely traditional features. Fabulous location within short distance to main sights and overlooking square with bars and restaurant. Host was really helpful. Only point is that bedrooms and bathroom are on different floors - not so good for old people going to loo in night.
• James (10/5): - You can't beat the location! Very close to the main street and places to visit - yet quiet enough to enjoy a good rest at night. The apartment is spacious and has two levels with the second level dedicated to two large air-conditioned bedrooms (very muched needed during the heat wave). The main floor has a nice balcony to sit and enjoy a beverage before retiring for the evening. The breakfast location was a short walk from the apartment and allowed us to start each morning refreshed. At night, it was a brief walk to visit the many sites of Lecce. Parking/getting your bags to and from the apartment can be challenging. The parking garage is located a little ways away and is fairly expensive. You can drop/pick up your bags in front of the apartment at certain times of the day/week. Check with the owner for more guidance.
• Robin (8/5): We enjoyed 4 nights there. Lecce is beautiful. - The property is located in a beautiful part of town. And the apartment is interesting. We had great access to nightlife. One bathroom on the lower level was not convenient for 3 people. The stairs were steep. We would have preferred everything on one floor. Parking, until we understood how it worked, was stressful.

• Stafford (10/5): Fabulous location, fantastic apartment and wonderful host - The property had everything we needed, the best accommodation in Italy. Apartment set up perfectly for our stay- (2 adults and 2 children) Very grateful to host Francesca who met us when we arrived and booked us taxis and dinners during our stay. The location was simply the best, right in the heart of Lecce, we were spoilt with choice of restaurants and shopping. We even had opera singers and bands performing right outside of the apartment in the square during our stay which we could view directly from the balcony. Francesca’s service was next level which made our trip to Puglia simply the best! Thanks again Francesca you really are the queen of Lecce! • Giuseppina (9/5): Superb - Location! Apartment was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Clean amd the host was very helpful. No parking- you have to park at an offsite commercial parking lot. It was very expensive. Breakfast voucher to the coffee shop was fantastic- excellent food!! However perhaps the voucher could be more the 5 Euros per person. Maybe 8? Most things on the menu to eat were between 4-7 Euros.
• Roberta (10/5): Wonderful experiences between two oceans - we loved our stay in lecce. The apartment is super well located, spacious rooms in a historic building that gives the place a charm. Francesca was extremely kind and available, gave us tips and made reservations. We had the experiences of people in the region. As we stayed for six days, we still had the comfort of having the apartment cleaned and towels changed. in addition to having breakfast offered by the accommodation. The only thing I can say about the accommodation is the bathroom, because it was just one, the shower wasn't big, but I understand that adaptations were made to a century-old building

• Jeannine (10/5): Noisy But Fun Stay - After having stayed in a lot of bland nondescript rooms, this was a welcome change. Apartment 1 was very spacious, beautifully and personally furnished. It’s in a very old building with vaulted stone ceilings and is in the centre of Lecce, the perfect location. There are steep stairs to a small kitchen and stairs up to another bedroom and two small inner courtyards. There is a restaurant that shared a wall of one courtyard and which is very noisy, and cooing pigeons next to our bedroom. If you like it very quiet then this is not the place for you. As we live in a noisy city, this didn’t bother us. It’s city life. Breakfast was at a small cafe down the road but the vouchers we were given only covered one croissant and two coffees. It’s a contribution to breakfast and should be described as such.

Excellent communication with the host. It was musty and there were some cockroaches we had to deal with. The cleaning for kitchen was not replaced when cleaned.
• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - The location cannot be beat. The apartment is in the heart of the historic center, with all the main sites so close. A very comfortable apartment with small balcony overlooking a vibrant square. All was good!
• Fraser (9/5): Fabulous quiet apartment in the heart of the old city. - Wonderful location on corner of quiet street and buzzing little square. Very quiet in the apartment, and great for our teenage kids who had a room on their own floor. Breakfast vouchers were for a very good cafe a few metres down the road. It was very hot in August, and so the basement kitchen and table were not really possible to use much. Not a problem for us, but stairs are VERY steep to the kitchen, not for the very young or the older traveller.

• Marilena (10/5): A host who went above and beyond in a perfect location and accommodation. - I've always wanted to visit Lecce. We originally had another location booked but had to change our dates so it was necessary to find a new accommodation. I feel lucky we came across this one as I KNOW it was better than our previous. SPACIOUS, comfortable and perfectly located. Where we were originally in Lecce's main Piazza, this location was set in a smaller square but with enough going on where if you wanted to keep it super easy, you can pop downstairs for food and an aperitivo. Still within walking distance to all of Lecce's major sites. This is a city that GLOWS. Come magic hour, it exudes warmth. Our host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond for us, from reserving a parking space at a parking garage no more than 10 minutes walk away and making a reservation at an excellent restaurant the night we arrived. I felt very lucky to land at this location and hope to visit again very soon. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Kitchen well stocked if you wanted to cook. For me the stairs were a little cumbersome, steps were high,but the apt is beautiful and excellent location
