Alles was schoon, voor wat je kan verwachten voor een appartementje. Goede airco. Erg fijne en veilige plek voor een solo travaler! Misschien alleen het douche gordijn vervangen.

• Ana (6/5): Déconseillé pour 4, appartement bien placé mais pas fonctionnel - Super emplacement, propriétaire réactive et bon wifi. Appartement pas du tout adapté pour 4 personnes (3 chaises, 2 fourchettes. 3 couteaux), la cuisine manque cruellement d'équipements (pas assez de couverts et de vaisselle, pas de planche, plaques dysfonctionnelles, bouilloire en mauvais état, pas d’égoutoire, pas de torchon ou de serviette à mains). L'appartement n’est pas en bon état (poignée de la salle de bain qui reste dans la main, chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de tapis de bain, très peu de prises dans l'appartement). L'emplacement rattrape la note mais l'appartement n’est pas du tout fonctionnel et ne vaut pas son prix à moins que vous ayez prévu d’y passer une nuit juste pour dormir (sans cuisiner) et à deux (groupes allez trouver de la praticité ailleurs).

Hay 4 deptos en el mismo lugar, no sabes cuál te toca de todos los de las fotos. El que me tocó (2b) tenía el colchón durísimo, las almohadas eran un papel y súper duras. El congelador llenisimo de hielo, no entraba nada. La única sartén para cocinar, llena de grasa. No había pava para calentar agua. La toalla es de copetín. Muy decepcionada.

• Paula Marcela (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación está muy bien, centro de San Telmo. Comercios y restaurantes cerca. Zona concurrida y aparentemente segura. El departamento está muy bien para descansar y disfrutar de un desayuno y/o comidas sencillas. El personal muy atento y predispuesto. Se podrían mejorar algunas instalaciones. También renovar y/o sumar algunos utensillos de cocina y limpieza. En términos generales la estancia fue agradable.

• Graciela (5/5): Barato pero sucio - Muy buena la ubicación, queda cerca de microcentro y de los principales puntos de la ciudad. Acceso a líneas de transporte El departamento en sí requiere mantenimiento, el colchón es viejo, incómodo y está hundido. Al llegar había un olor particular, como a amojosado que impregnaba todo el ambiente. Pedí que me cambien las sábanas porque tenía aspecto de no haber sido limpiado y un desodorante de ambiente. Zuni se encargó rápidamente, aún así el olor persistió durante toda la estadía. En cuanto al equipamiento de cocina, no había vasos, estaba todo con aspecto de viejo y sucio. La ventilación del departamento da a un patio interno que está lleno de cosas para tirar, lo cual da un aspecto feo. La puerta de entrada también es vieja y requiere mantenimiento. Es solo una reja, lo cual da la impresión de poco seguro. En términos generales el departamento podría estar en mejores condiciones. No volvería a hospedarme en oportunidades futuras.

• Euler (9/5): - Económico y sin contratiempos para la reserva. Es un punto cercano a sitios turísticos de la ciudad y venta de souvenires. Es un lugar bastante encerradito. De noche, no es muy turístico en su alrededor, tendrías que desplazarte a ciertos sitios en Uber y/o taxis, debido a que hay cuadras solitarias. Diferente a La avenida corriente que siempre está con gente e iluminación por todo lado.

• Karina Michelle (7/5): Vale muito pela localização - A localização é ótima, incrível. Por WhatsApp tinha uma pessoa bem atenciosa, porém somente quando eu mandava mensagem. O quarto é amplo e conjugado com uma cozinha e banheiro de um tamanho bom. As instalações estão muito judiadas (só tinham 2 cobertas muito finas, no inverno é complicado, a toalha de banho de péssima qualidade, fiquei 7 dias lá e nunca apareceu ninguém para oferecer troca ou perguntar se tinha algum problema, o colchão está muito velho e afundado, os travesseiros tbm muito velhos e a limpeza ficou MUITO a desejar).

• Lucia (7/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación es buenísima, en el corazón de San Telmo, tiene un balcón precioso a la calle, pero aún así las noches son tranquilas sin ruidos molestos de afuera para dormir. El lugar es cómodo, tiene tv, y lo básico que se necesita en la cocina y en el baño. El anfitrión muy amable respondió enseguida a mis consultas y el check in y el check out fueron ágiles y sin problemas. El apartamento olía muy mal cuando llegamos. Como a sucio, a humedad, a frito. Habían unos cuántos detalles a mejorar, la limpieza era súper básica; la ropa de cama dejaba bastante que desear, la persiana del balcón no funciona, por lo cual si te molesta la luz para dormir, no hay mucho que hacer porque no cierra. Sólo hay un enchufe disponible para cargar celular o computadora y es en la cocina . Varios detalles que pueden mejorarse fácilmente con poca inversión

They gave us a better room with ac, balcony and view The ac didn't work in the apartment we booked. They said they called for a man who should fix it ??? But the couple who was leaving the same day we arrived have had the same problem for three days only view from the smaller apartment was a storage for beds and stuff. The equipment in the kitchen had seen better days and also the stowe ( same in both apartments).
• Mick. (7/5): Good - The location was fantastic. Literally in the heart of the city. Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Most sights were within walking distance. The area felt safe at night as well. The air-conditioning wasn't up to much. Just blowing air. Obviously it needed maintenance.

• IAN (6/5): - Local muito bom, acesso a transporte público fácil, ao lado de uma das emblemáticas praças da cidade. O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso e confortável, a comunicação foi muito boa. Deixo a consideração sobre a qualidade e limpeza das roupas de cama e toalhas. As toalhas eram de microfibra, muito finas. E sugiro mudar o local de lavagem de tudo, estavam com um cheiro péssimo, uma mistura de suor com sabão ruim, tivemos que forrar os travesseiros com nossas roupas.

• Kimiko (9/5): Superb - Amazing location right by Dorrego square. Spacious, clean with friendly staff. Being ear plugs it is very loud - but that’s to be expected given it’s location. The kitchen didn’t have a toaster or chopping and the plug in elements don’t get very hot.

• Humberto (6/5): - La ubicación de lo departamos es privilegiada, tienes todo a la mano. El departamento es espacioso y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia cómoda. También cuentan con un chofer de confianza para traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Lo que no me gustó fue que el horario de recepción es limitado, si llegas en la noche debes pasar a otro lado a recoger las llaves, y si necesitas algo tampoco hay nadie que te responda por esta misma situación. También es necesario que implementen la limpieza de las habitaciones, al menos alternando los días, estuve siete días y nunca lo hicieron, lo cual puede ser molesto cuando es más de una persona en el departamento. Hay cosas por mejorar, y es imperante que las tomen en cuenta para poder garantizar una experiencia más completa.

• Matthew (8/5): Stay like you live there! - This was perfect for me. Traveling solo, the studio setup is enough space. I was able to appreciate the old building while staying there. Yes there are narrow staircases and no elevators, but that's not to be expected here in one of the oldest parts of Buenos Aires. Many of the structures here were occupied by the rich before a disease outbreak over a century ago. Now it's a lovely neighborhood called San Telmo, with so much historical character and European styled architecture. Even though the building is so old they still use skeleton keys, it is worth staying here. Just make sure you aren't too fat or you won't fit in the narrow front door! And remember whatever you travel with you WILL be carrying up and down a good 30 stairs in 2 narrow staircases. Once you are settled in however, ahh, time to drink wine and listen to the sounds of dancers practicing the tango in the square below, Plaza Dorrego. Overall, you will feel like a native when you're staying here.
