• Isabelle (8/5): - Le rapport qualité-prix intéressant pour une chambre et salle de bain partagée, l'espace commun agréable, le petit frigo et la bouilloire dans la chambre, le calme du village, la végétation autour de la maison, le bus qui passe régulièrement, la place de parking privée, les hôtes très à l'écoute et très gentils. Le comportement de certains locataires qui se comportaient comme s'ils étaient seuls dans cette maison où plusieurs chambres sont louées, criant la nuit au retour de fête, souillant la salle de bain commune sans nettoyer ... Quand on loue dans un espace commun , il faut en respecter les contraintes.

Preferirei la doccia alla vasca da bagno, aggiungerei una ciabatta o alcune prese elettriche per i caricatori di cellulari ecc.

(Bei Bestellung habe ich das nicht gewusst!) Dort natürlich keine Infrastruktur. In Zimmer keine Tasse, kein Teller, Messer, Löffel, absolut nichts! Auf meine Bitte habe ich Absage bekommen! Als ob Hausbesitzer nur 1 Tasse für sich selbst hat. 3 Tage wie Urmensch ohne Werkzeuge. In Booking Anzeige: "Esstisch". Ich habe gefragt: Wofür in Anzeige Esstisch (draußen! Im Zimmer nur erbärmlicher Tischchen) wenn gibt es gar nichts dafür? Besitzer geantwortet: "Esstisch für Computer." Und größer Käfer in Toilette.

• Aaron (8/5): Great for the price. - The directions were very helpful and getting into the room was very convenient. The location is very nice and scenic. It could be a nice and romantic place to stay if you had the whole place booked to yourself. The attic room is very low except the middle and pretty hot overnight. Everyone hit their head once. The small bed was very hard and uncomfortable and did not fit a grown adult very well. A wine bottle opener would have been nice to have!

• Chiara (9/5): - Il giorno della partenza ci sono state fornite delle indicazioni dettagliatissime per raggiungere la struttura che abbiamo trovato senza difficoltà. Avevamo un parcheggio privato e tutti i comfort elencati nella descrizione della struttura. I servizi igienici e la biancheria erano puliti. La struttura è a 10 minuti dalla partenza della cabinovia che porta al comprensorio sciistico e la mattina abbiamo trovato sempre la strada pulita.

• ElyzaRC (7/5): - Il proprietario comunica in modo efficace. La casa è carina. La posizione è a 5/10 minuti di macchina da Aosta. La strada è bel segnalata. C'è il parcheggio. Ho avuto un po' freddo in camera al risveglio. Il bagno è esterno alla camera e in condivisione con un'altra camera, ma ne eravamo consapevoli.
• Massimo (5/5): CAMERA ESSENZIALE , NON LA CONSIGLIEREI ... - Trattasi di una Mansarda secondo me al limitite delle regole per essere affitata , con una scaletta in legno per accedervi sconsigliata per chi porta bagagli ingombranti . Altezze a rischio di colpire spesso e volentieri la testa in bagno se siete sopra il 1.80 . Vasca da bagno senza tappo , cuscini del letto pessimi , arredamento minimal e TV di dimensioni tali che per dove è stata posizionata praticamente inutilizzabile. Stanza sconsigliata a chi ha dei problemi fisici di deambulazione o simili .

• Tiziana (9/5): Camera comoda e accogliente. - La casa è accogliente e ha a disposizione il parcheggio. Si trova in un punto panoramico. Il bagno è appena fuori dalla camera ma è comodissimo perché è proprio la porta accanto alla camera ed essendo una mansarda nello stesso pianerottolo non c'è nessun altro. Per chi viaggia con l'auto al seguito è molto comodo. Il proprietario è molto gentile, abbiamo fatto il self check-in ma poi è venuto a salutarci per darci il benvenuto. Il fatto che non ci sia la colazione costringe a spostarsi la mattina presto. La struttura più vicina dove poter fare colazione non ci è piaciuta perché non avevano nulla e abbiamo dovuto aspettare tanto perché ci preparassero dei croissant a dir poco mediocri. Il secondo giorno abbiamo scelto di cenare nell'hotel Monte Emilius, lo consigliamo vivamente. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo fatto colazione nello stesso albergo e abbiamo pagato per un'ottima colazione a buffet. Lo consigliamo.

La casa NON si trova a 20 min a piedi dal centro di Aosta come affermato sul sito, bensì a 1 ora e 10 min di salita e sofferenza, in discesa in 40 minuti sì è in centro Aosta. La casa si trova a circa 4 km dal centro NON 1,8km come affermato sul sito. Questo non costituisce un problema nei giorni feriali poiché i bus della linea 4 sono molto comodi ma nei festivi è molto limitante.

L'host Gianni è persona gentile, disponibile e riservata. Comodo il self check-in ed anche il parcheggio privato assegnato a ciascuna camera. Rapporto Qualità Prezzo ottimo.

• donato (5/5): NIENTE RISCALDAMENTO - Il gestore è stato molto cortese e disponibile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni per ragione il posto e organizzarci con i posti da visitare e cosa mangiare intorno. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati abbiamo sentito freddo, ci siamo resi conto che i termosifoni erano spenti. Compresi quelli del bagno e dopo una giornata invernale in giro è stato molto disagevole. Il gestore, che abbiano contattato telefonicamente, ci ha di che la temperatura era stata settata a 18 gradi. Ma dopo un'ora eravamo con i giubbotti ei riscaldamenti non partivano! Così ci siano accorti che il termostato non era partito e c'erano 16 gradi A work punto abbiamo chiamato il gestore che è arrivato dopo circa 30 minuti. Le batterie erano scariche. Dopo averle recuperate ha fatto partire la caldaia. Di fatto siamo riusciti a togliersi i giubbotti dopo mezzanotte. Ho chiesto al gestore un rimborso visto che il nostro soggiorno è stato rovinato Visto che lo scopo di aiutare una camera in inverno è stare al caldo e godere dei servizi offerti mentre abbiamo dovuto fare una doccia in un ambiente freddo. Mancava la casa igienica per una disattenzione di ciò si occupa delle pulizie e ci è stata più fornita dal gestore. Un altra sgradevole sorpresa è stata la pulizia SOTTO LA TAVOLOCCIA DEL WC, sporca di urina incrostata. Evidentemente ci prova non la solleva per pulirla. Abbiamo segnalato anche questo al gestore inviando le foto. Malgrado abbia mandato dei messaggi per avere anche un rimborso simbolico non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta con mia enorme tristezza. Mi era già capitata una cosa dei genere e mi avevano offerto un altro soggiorno per risarcirmi in un appartamento più costoso. Il gestore non mi ha risposto Che dire??! La giudico una brava persona, ma davvero siamo rimasti malissimo

Byłem sam na parterze z łazienką (czysto ) dzieloną ale nikogo nie było na parterze więc oceniam w ten sposób że ok zwłaszcza w stosunku do ceny. Widoki z okna jak i ulicy super zwłaszcza rano. Rano można iść z tej lokalizacji do razu w góry. Są znaki do ścieżek z czasem potrzebnym na przebycie.

• Kim (8/5): - We were happy with our stay here. The host was very helpful, answering all my questions promptly. The place was clean and comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view was amazing, with a nice terrace area and backyard. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. The room was equipped with a TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle, and free maps in the living room. It's a solid option for both short and longer-term stays near Aosta, especially if you have your own car and plan to eat out. We liked everything about the place, but I think I should highlight a couple of things so other travellers can be aware of them (even though it's mentioned in the profile) before booking. Firstly, as the profile states, there's no kitchen, kitchen utensils (no corkscrews or knives) or even a sink. Therefore, unless you're happy to eat sandwiches, you should bear in mind that cooking isn't possible. We ended up having breakfast there (kept yoghurt, fruit, juice, cheese and bread in the fridge), heading out for the day and eating out, and then picking up some ready-made meals from one of the supermarkets in Aosta for dinner - it was nice to eat at the terrace table overlooking the mountains. Secondly, if you don't have a car/motorbike, you'll rely either on the bus (€1.50 each way) or on taxis (€15 plus) to get there from Aosta - it's not possible to walk! The first bus to Aosta left early in the morning, and the last bus back was at 18:20, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to hang out in the city. Again, nothing major - just thought I'd emphasise it. Finally, I should also mention that you can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms, so take that into account if you're a light sleeper.
