- Laurent (6/5): Raisonnable mais pas particulièrement bien. - Le check- in était lent, la réservation n'étant pas finalisé. Le spa sauna qui est mentionné c'est avéré payant alors que cela n'était pas explicite lors de la réservation. Les lits n'étaient pas confortable et l'appartement était plus petit que la superficie annoncée.
- Matthew (8/5): Good value for money - Apartment was more central than description and was only about 5 minutes walk to the gondola (all uphill). I would use ski depot lockers unless very fit. Ok facilities ,quiet location ,apartment was spotless and cleaned daily. Quite a modern design for Bulgarian Apartments (have stayed in a lot). Pack your own tin ,bottle openers and corkscrew .limited pans if cooking and no condiments. However ,had toaster ,kettle ,microwave and hob. Room also had good storage with iron and ironing board,clothes rack.small balcony. Bar area that does basic snacks ,swimming pool and sauna.Negatives, satellite tv did not work, hard bed ,no restaurant ,no shuttle service, a bit devoid of atmosphere ,noise really travels and was regularly woken up . On balance ,great value for money ,clean and fairly comfortable. Tv, lack of restaurant etc didn't bother me and there were decent restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk with a basic shop next door. If you want a good value ,decent enough accommodation break ,come prepared ,pack some earplugs ,and well worth a visit
- Babs (4/5): - Bed sheet didn’t fit bed. Spare pillows stained and smelt bad. Duvet didn’t fit bed. Fridge broken. Spare duvet stained:,shower leaked on floor slip hazard. Light fittings full of dead bugs, sofa stained and covered in hair more like 1 star than 3 star. Only good thing they did a lovely hot chocolate.,

- Steven (8/5): - The apartment was really clean, bed reasonably comfortable but would be better with a fitted sheet as the other one barely covers the top and bottom and annoys you all night. I wouldn't fancy sleeping on the pull out bed though, The apt gets cleaned everyday, but the killer is the walk up to the gondola, ok if young and fit but a bit harder when older.
