The room was clean and inviting. The only thing I didn't really like was the lack of a wall mirror of some kind. I have really bad astigmatism and trying to see while putting makeup on is really hard for me unless I'm standing right in front of a mirror. Leaning over the sink to apply make up is less than ideal, I was struggling. It looks like there used to be one on the door but it was removed. The sliding door to the bathroom was also a little inconvenient but wasnt really a problem for me because I was there alone.
- Heather (10/5): - We came to Tampa for a concert. Hotel was super convenient and walking distance to pretty much everything restaurants even the stadium. The airport shuttle was on point. We even arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. They have a coffee bar until mid morning and then fruit infused water throughout the day. The pool was quiet and clean.Would most definitely visit this hotel again everybody there was amazing.
- Giuseppe (2/5): Staff was friendly I just felt - Staff was friendly I just felt they were not focused , charging someone for a room instead of incidentals is not a good way to start. Then finding the bed sheets on the sofa with stains just made the stay uncomfortable I booked my room with booking.com it was paid ahead of arrival. When I checked in they asked for a credit card for incidentals. The room was nice but the bed was dirty stains on sheets and pull-out sofa was disgustingly. We checked out the next day and when I checked my card account I see the hotel charged me for a 1 night stay, even though it was prepaid with booking.com, when I called to complain they said the check in representative charged me for a night instead of just the deposit for incidentals now I have to wait days for a refund.

Was not expecting Michelin star at an airport hotel. Room was quiet even though I was placed near the elevator. Shower has no door enclosure so water was spraying on the floor when I showered. Not safe and was a pain to wipe up every time I showered.

- Brian (10/5): Best Marriott Experience Ever - Friendliest front desk staff ever. Elisabeth, aka “sunshine” expressed happiness to see me upon check in. She efficiently checked us in while training someone else. After working that evening she had a morning shift the next day. She cheerily greeting me as I came down for coffee. I went to a nearby meeting and came back to check out. She wasn’t at the desk, but came running out to wave good bye, wish me safe travels and blow a kiss. If this isn’t hospitality, I don’t know what is. We were delighted with our short stay there. Nothing really

Left an item behind and the person at reception I spoke to couldn’t have cared less, no worse, she was clearly annoyed by my call. It was symbolic of the whole experience. Fortunately the item was nothing major because it couldn’t be more clear I’d never see it again. The bed was also quite itchy and the AC would basically be on blast or not cool enough. The room was also extremely humid.

However, for the price I think breakfast could be complimentary and $15 for a beverage is ridiculous!
